As the night went on, she helped us make some in-the-moment adjustments and guests told us afterwards they did not even notice that the timeline and events were different than what we had originally planned. If there was any issues that cropped up we never heard of them and having Katie deal with everything reduced our mental load and anxiety to the point we could literally just enjoy the day. There was extra cake that needed cutting after dinner and we didn't even notice but Katie went into the kitchen herself even though the caterers had already left and cut and served the cake herself. Leading up to the wedding, Nicole was always available to help answer questions, provide advice, and attend meetings with our vendors. We had a lot of communication with her in advance of the event and the timeline she put together for us really put our minds at ease. The day of the wedding, she and her assistant made sure that everything ran smoothly - they made sure we all stuck to the timeline and ensured that everything was set up the way we had envisioned (seriously, this was incredible - we didn't have to worry about things getting set up correctly - we just enjoyed our day and knew that they had this covered). But even more importantly and amazingly, Nicole and her assistant went above and beyond to make our day just so incredibly special for us, and handled last minute issues that we weren't prepared for (the all-star moment was when my dad's shirt didn't fit correctly and they got him a new shirt in under 40 minutes, just in time for family photos - seriously amazing!). When we needed help getting my dress busselled after the ceremony, Nicole was there to help, and she brought with her a tray of all of our appetizers so we could enjoy our happy hour food while she helped with the dress (I can't emphasize how amazing this was - we were incredibly hungry and we otherwise wouldn't have been able to try the food we had picked out for the happy hour). They also organized a grand reveal of our dinner hall for us, and it was amazing to have a couple of minutes to take everything in by ourselves. They coordinated a last minute change to our schedule during the dinner service, checked in with us throughout the evening, and even set aside a box of our desserts for us so we could enjoy them later. I could go on and on about how amazing they are! But if you are on the fence about hiring a wedding coordinator or a day-of coordinator, I would say go for it and hire Nicole - you won't regret it and having Nicole there on our wedding day truly made all the difference in the world!

Nicole was super helpful with answering questions and tips leading up to the wedding month- like sending me gratuity recommendations, timeline templates, etc. We started working together consistently as we were approaching June- we had a lengthy phone meeting discussing my timeline, vendors, all of my decor - the gal has this down! Her level of organization was outstanding. As a stressed out bride with 10 different spreadsheets of miscellaneous things, Nicole helped bring everything together. I was feeling great going into the wedding week! Fast forward to the week of my wedding. My head was spinning off with so much decor & so many details to consider (we brought in everything to our parent's lake home so we had a ton of stuff). I texted Nicole the morning of my wedding with a list of things I forgot to do- not only did she handle all of my forgotten tasks, but she gave me SO much reassurance that everything would come together perfectly. I finally was able to relax. She is not only the best wedding planner in town, but also a great friend and an amazing listener. The day-of the wedding, her and her assistant showed up in the morning and got right to work. I wasn't onsite until after the lunch hour, but I just knew she had everything handled. Nicole and my vendor team took care of it all. Her and her assistant did SO MUCH - from setting up the champagne wall, setting up all of my decor, coordinating my vendors, making sure my ceremony was perfect- she even walked my dog halfway down the aisle because my husband forgot him. She was consistently checking in on me to make sure I was doing okay & if I needed anything. The day was PERFECT and it 100000% is all because of Nicole and her team. Hiring her was the best decision I've ever made in the wedding planning process. Looking back on the wedding day, my family still talks about how great she was. My dad always mentions "Nicole is so sweet and detailed and she can lay down the law when it's needed - it's the best combination" (i.e. when something needs to be done, she gets it done!). If you're trying to save money by not hiring a coordinator for your wedding, you will regret it. Honestly, do yourself a favor and hire Nicole!

Nicole is the best at everything, literally. There was not one detail missed and she truly listens to you, which goes to show on the day of the wedding. Nicole took charge to make sure timeliness was there and everything was perfect. I truly did not have a worry going into the day of my wedding because of her and throughout my wedding day, she was by my side kindly keeping things running smoothly. Our day also would not have gone as smoothly. I forgot my veil as the ceremony started (yikes!) and Nicole mitigated the problem very well by having my husband walk down our dogs separately. It bought us some time to run up to the room and snag my veil! My husband and I both really appreciated her giving us time together to walk through our reception ballroom all decked out before any of our guests. She even consulted my mother to approve of the layout! We were able to take the time as a couple to walk through the ballroom and see how beautiful our flowers, decor, and tables looked. I loved the way she organized our guestbook table too; she definitely has a good “eye” at what looks beautiful! I also appreciate Nicole consulting me about little things the day of such as asking us if we wanted to switch the seating at the head table to coordinate with the mr. and mrs. sign. The only bummer is I wished my husband’s step-dad received his boutonniere. It somehow was missed when my husband and I were doing photos and having that second-eye to catch that would have helped but honestly, since that is one of the only thing’s that were missed, I am very grateful! While planning we had several ideas of how to make our party engaging and fun and she helped us focus those into actual details that ended up being memorable (a unique guest book idea, feedback on the layout of the reception). She knows how parties run and where she can add the most value. For example, at the end of the night she had neatly packed all our materials/cards/gifts/getting ready stuff in our hotel room so we could just leave worry-free! I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to keep wedding planning pleasant and the party to be focused on having fun and celebrating with your family and friends. She's a pro and she's super warm and friendly, thank you Nicole for making my and Dan's day so happy and memorable.
