Her flowers and candles are absolutely incredible and she went above and beyond to make everything perfect and special for my wedding day. Highly recommend her!!

Lana was the first (and last!) florist we met with to discuss our vision for the wedding. It was very quick and easy to click with her. She was just as comfortable driving the discussion (when we didn't have an idea) as conforming to our vision (when we had specific things we wanted to incorporate). She was flexible and worked hard to give us a beautifully decorated wedding within our budget constraints. Her and her team were very professional in the weeks leading up and the day of the ceremony, and everything looked flawless when we arrived at the venue. Lana was also very responsive over email. We were really lucky to have Lana as our florist and wedding decorator, her floral arrangements are amazing. We met her a couple of times to discuss what flowers, colors and table decorations we like. Lana understood what we were looking for and came up with great ideas, she showed us samples to help deciding on the flowers and overall wedding decoration. We had to change our wedding day several times and Lana was really flexible and cooperative. We rented beautiful vases, candles and runner from her, and her team set everything up. We were amazed with the end result on the wedding day, everybody loved it and complimented how beautiful it all looked. She did a fantastic job, everything looked so perfect! Lana is an incredible floral designer and person! Her arrangements and designs are stunning, one of a kind and extremely fresh! She uses very little filler in her arrangements and if she does add it, it actually has a design purpose for the overall tone she is trying to achieve. Lana is extremely easy to work with. Three months before the wedding, we decided to change from a church wedding and museum reception to a backyard wedding and reception because of the potential restrictions due to Covid-19. She was involved in every design decision my daughter and I made planning both weddings. She met with us and the various vendors to make sure all the design elements worked together. She collaborated with the team and helped us chose the tablescapes (linens, chargers, plates, silverware) designed the layout of the ceremony and reception. Not only did we change the wedding location but we also moved the date up by 3 weeks because its original date was suddenly not going to be in compliance with the governor’s ever changing wedding guidelines- Lana and her team had 1 week to create the flowers for the wedding and they were STUNNING!!! She will hold your hand during the whole process and will make your wedding dreams come true. Believe me when I say Lana is the best floral designer I have ever worked with!

After reading tons of reviews and hearing numerous referrals, Lana’s name was the most mentioned and I am so glad that I chose her as my wedding florist. The moment I walked into the church and saw the bouquets, boutonnieres, and the altar all I could say was “WOW!” The church looked amazing! Lana’s beautiful arrangement transformed the church into more than what I had imagined. Her attention to detail and her creative artistry was beyond impressive. My now husband and I were running out of time with our wedding planning and needed flower arrangements for our wedding. I haven't researched enough about flower arrangements and was not sure what to expect when it came to sitting down with a florist. When we sat down with Lana, she explained what she has done, showed us examples of her work (which are absolutely amazing). All we knew was that we wanted something reasonably priced, classy, that enhanced the wedding colors and the venue. She had several ideas in mind immediately and it does help to have your florist be familiar with the venue and your wedding colors and theme!! She had several flower images all arranged by color ( I haven't seen so many colors in my life!). We went through the wedding timeline and from there she was able to breakdown how many arrangements would be needed to how they should be moved/arranged from the ceremony to the reception area. Our ceremony and reception was done in one location. I was stunned to see how beautiful the aisle looked (my first time seeing everything was during the bride and groom first look photos) and the arrangements on the two pillars at the end of the aisle - I was so happy!! My bouquet, the bridesmaid bouquets, the aisle arrangements and the flowers on the cake looked amazing! The sweetheart table arrangement was beautiful! The groomsmen looked so handsome with their boutonnieres. All of the flowers were kept and they lasted for so long! For me, they lasted 2 full weeks! My MIL dried some of them and kept dried leaves as potpourri. The flower arrangements are to be enjoyed post wedding for sure! Lana is kind, thoughtful, and very experienced. You won't go wrong with Seattle Floral Design.

I want to share & show the gratitude for the most gorgeous job Lana & her team did arranging my wedding flowers. They over & beyond exceeded my expectations!!!!!!!!! Talk about the "WOW" factor. Everyone was so impressed & amazed with their work. I heard it over & over again & still hearing it. They say it was the most beautiful & detailed they've ever seen in a wedding. I almost cried walking down the aisle because I knew how much hard work, thought, creativity, time, effort, & energy was brought in to bringing my vision to life. I picked Seattle Floral Design for my wedding flowers and I couldn't be happier with my choice. Lana. the owner of this shop, is a gem. For one, her customer service is outstanding. We count ourselves fortunate to have found Lana and Seattle Floral Design. She designed and delivered a floral setting that showed how much we loved each other and all of our families and guests. Neither we nor any of our wedding guests had seen flowers and arrangements as beautiful as the ones at our wedding. Every guest that we spoke to remarked upon the flowers and arrangements. The arrangements for the ceremony were romantic and elegant; the scent was wonderful. The arrangements for the reception tables, sweetheart table and dance floor were spectacular and set the tone for a festive evening of dining, toasting and dancing. Seattle Floral Design provided much more than flowers and arrangements. Lana supplied an integrated design for the wedding arch, the bridal aisle, the background for the sweetheart table, beautiful vases, candles, and table settings and accent pieces. Each place setting had a gorgeous bud, set upon the perfect table linen, color co-ordinated to the entire wedding. We and our guests saw a completely coordinated wedding. We first saw Seattle Floral Design when we were looking for a wedding venue. On the day we visited our eventual wedding site, we were struck by the beautiful arrangements being set up for a wedding on that day. We booked Lana 10 months before the wedding day. We provided only color suggestions, Lana took over the design from there. The process was easy and working with Lana was delightful. Choosing Lana as our florist is the best decision we had made for our wedding. We had high expectation for her because lots of our friends including wedding planner had recommended her, but her work still exceeds our expectation. (10/10) Great consultant for flower choice. Lana is really professional. She will listen to your requirements and ideas, but she also give her honest opinion. She might felt little strong opinion at first, but we glad to hear her professional suggestion, and final result turn out to be really good. (11/10) Aesthetic of wedding flower and decor Lana and her team arrive in time, it is very hot summer day. They had no complains. And they does not take a break until everything is done. The flowers looks AMAZING at wedding day, we took much memorable photos. After I told guests can took flowers home if they like them, all the guest are went crazy and took everything away in 5 minutes. (10/10) Be your friend and beyond Lana is such a nice person to be friend with. Few weeks before the wedding, we went to her home to finalize the choice of flower and rental, she is very patient and spent nearly 3~4 hours with us, and she give her honest suggestion on every single item. And she showed us her cute cat, and told us lots of good stories. She treat us not just like customers but also friends. She is also very generous, we broke some rental glasses, she does not mad at us at all, she worked out a solution that minimizes the lost for both of us. Really appreciate ! Lana did a phenomenal job on our floral and design. We didn't know exactly what we were looking for, and Lana was thoughtful, patient, and helped us create a beautiful aesthetic. I appreciated her feedback, and the fact that when we asked for her opinion she gave us detailed suggestions (this was immensely helpful during the process). We were very happy with every aspect of our experience with Seattle Floral Design. Our floral and rentals from Seattle Floral essentially made up all of the décor for our wedding and we received so many compliments about how beautiful it was. Lana was responsive and pleasant to work with from beginning to end. Our story is like a fairytale....two people meeting as kids and becoming friends, then life taking us in separate directions, to only come back together. Lana helped us create our fairytale setting with her breathtakingly beautiful flowers. She created exactly what I was envisioning. She was a dream to work with. This was a outdoor wedding she took on with her schedule all ready full .I am a simple man wasn't to excited about the price or the fact that they were just flowers .I have never written a review in my life . I am not one to write reviews, but the flowers that Lana created for my wedding are beyond what words can describe. The flowers were breathtaking! Lana's support through the process was incredible. TRUST HER! She knows best. Let her know your vision and she will create for you! She is a flower genius! TIP: Because the flower displays are SO amazing there is a lot to clean up! I would recommend adding on the fee for clean up help. Overall, I STRONGLY recommend Lana for your wedding vendor. She is just a delight to work with and her product is A+.

To this day, my husband and I still can’t stop thinking about how grateful we are to hire Lana as the florist for our wedding! I was looking at some other florist options too in the area; however once I found Lana and her Seattle Floral Design website, I kind of knew she would be the one to hire. She has TONS (really TONS) of great ideas but at the same time she also listens to our inputs as well. We had countless email exchanges and meetings as I’m quite particular with how the flower and the overall décor will look for our wedding. Lana nevertheless was happy to have us at her place every time to talk through our ideas and reach a decision. She’s also willing to step out of her comfort zone to try on new ideas that we brought up. On our wedding day, she and her team worked so hard to put our vision into reality, and all of our hard work paid off! They handled the room flip smoothly, not a single glitch happened on the day! I would give Lana ten stars if i could. Her perfectionism, creativity and eye for detail is extraordinary. Everything at our wedding looked stunning, like out of a dream. The bouquet colors reminded me of a sunset. My guests would not stop talking about how beautiful the flowers were, so I made sure they got to take some home. :) We met with Lana in person a few times to discuss options and design. Even if you know nothing about flowers, or have no idea what you want, Lana will create something to take your breath away. We rented vases and other decorations from her, and her team set up and took down everything. Once I knew what colors I wanted, I completely trusted Lana. She is a pro. We were surrounded by so much beauty and love, and have Lana in part to thank.

Lana was by far my favorite vendor I hired for our wedding. This woman is incredible and completely transformed the look and feel of our wedding with the most amazing floral arrangements and bouquets. Our wedding was at Axis pioneer square in downtown Seattle (which is sort of a "blank canvas" type of space). Lana worked with my budget and provided the most amazing display of custom arrangements that completely surpassed my expectations. I had so many friends and family who complimented on the beautiful display of flowers. Interestingly enough, floral was originally on the lower portion of my priority list at the beginning of my wedding planning, but after meeting with Lana, I discovered how important the floral centerpieces meant to me and how she would be able to create the look and feel I wanted, but also met my budget by using flowers that were in-season and just as beautiful. Lana is extremely talented, listened to my requests, gave me several discounts, and did not skimp on quality or quantity of the product provided. Lana hand delivered the bouquets and boutonnieres to our hotel room before the wedding and even took the time to help pin the boutonnieres on the groomsmen. If you are looking for a floral vendor with talent, creativeness, attention to detail, and great value (she will work with any budget), Lana should definitely be your first choice. Choosing Seattle Floral Design had to have been one of the best decisions we made when planning our wedding. Lana was a pleasure to work with, and it was clear that she had our best interests at the front of her mind the entire time. We had no wedding theme or grand plan going into this process, just colors in mind and a bit of a sense of our own style. With that Lana was able to put together EXACTLY what we wanted in a way that we could have never described. There was no need to put any more budget towards decor because Lana's flowers took over the room in a way that I couldn't have imagined. Our venue presented some challenges in terms of access time and parking, and Lana took it upon herself to get more equipment so that her crew would have no trouble getting the ceremony and reception set up perfectly with time to spare. I would recommend hiring her for you wedding in a heartbeat... We found her prices to be in line or favorable to other florists and her quality to be much higher.

Lana was amazing to work with! Our flowers looked gorgeous and exceeded all of my expectations. There was nothing I would have done differently with my flowers. We got so many compliments on our flowers and our guests were very impressed. With other weddings I went to over the summer, the florists were using artificial flowers for flowers that weren't in season. None of our flowers were artificial and everything that we used was in season and worked amazingly for our fall wedding. Trust Lana and what she has in mind, she will choose flowers that work perfectly for the atmosphere you are going for. Our three words to describe our wedding were simple, classy and elegant. She nailed this and I would highly recommend her to anyone. One word of warning, when she offers to have you pay for her to come back and pick up the glassware and drapery I would highly suggest it, especially if you have drapery. The drapery poles are very long and you need a large vehicle - we had to use a full size truck bed and the poles still stuck up a bit. Save your family the trouble of packing everything up and have Lana come back to pick everything up.

Lana is an incredible woman! What I love about her is that she is open minded to a taste or style different than her own and can still master it, I showed her my Pinterest boards and she integrated all of them and made my wedding absolutely perfect. The photos on her website don't do it justice. She blows any ideas or photos out of the water. If possible, I would like to give Lana and her team ten stars! The flowers in the wedding are way beyond my imagination!!! It’s so dreamy and romantic and I felt I was a real princess that day surrounded by those fantastic flowers. My parents and friends kept talking about those flowers months after the wedding. My parents even dried my bouquet and kept it at home as a wedding souvenir. Now, by looking at the wedding pictures and videos, I can still smell the roses, remember every little detail of the grand ceremony and reception. There is no doubt that Lana has a great taste of flowers. What’s more, she really cares about your wedding and tries her best to make your dream wedding come true. This is very important, because only the florists those who have the great patience to listen to you and to understand you can bring your flowers dream to reality. She worked with me to make the most of the budget, gave me great suggestions about what flowers to pick up. She even sent me those pictures of the flowers as a favor to let me know what exactly the colors of the flowers will be, and make sure both of us are on the same page. By the way, Lana is every easy to communicate with and she is always on time at the appointment. Not only flowers, Lana also has a great sense of life. I like to talk with her, and I can always learn good things from her. We now even become good friends and have dinner from time to time. From her, I know how elegant a woman can be at her age. Lana did an amazing job with the flowers and decorations for my wedding. All of her flowers were gorgeous and it was breathtaking when I entered the room. Everyone complemented on how beautiful my wedding was. Lana is very professional and confident with her work. She gives great advice and suggestions on what type of flowers to use and how to make your wedding standout. Lana really cares about her work and she puts a lot of efforts to make sure everything is perfect. It was exactly the way I had envisioned. The price was just right. I feel so lucky that I found Lana as my wedding florist. She helped me to make my wedding dream come true. I don't know what to say. The flowers were just breathtaking. It's so so so pretty. Everything is just perfect on my wedding day. Beyond what I ever imagined before!!! And I noticed Lana provided me some rentals and flowers that's not even in our contract. I'm just speechless when I saw everything. I'm so glad I chose Lana to be my florist. Lana and the Seattle Floral Design team did a spectacular job bringing the vision I had for my wedding day to life! Despite planning a wedding from the other side of the country, Lana was able to understand my style and what I was looking for. It wasn't always easy to put into words what I wanted and the overall feel I wanted my guest to have, but Lana was able to read between the lines and create the look and feel I had imagined. She provided classic, simple, romantic and elegant floral arrangements that made the room. She even surprised me with small details and creative elements I never would have thought of. I'm really lucky to work with Lana at Seattle Floral Design for my wedding reception in October. Lana is such a wonderful person. She is professional, creative and her flowers are just beautiful. The flowers were the last thing we need to worry about because I know that Lana would take care of everything. On the wedding day, due to the wind storm the night before, our original venue lost the power and we had to move the reception to a new location. I called Lana up in the morning and told her about the last minute plan changes. She was flexible to transport the flowers to the new location and she even tried to calm me down. When I walked in to the venue later in the day, I was stunned. The flowers were beautifully arranged, just like they were designed for the venue and my cake was decorated with pretty flowers too. My wedding was more than I could have dreamed of! From my dress to the flowers, it seemed like a dream. The wedding was in a beautiful venue but all my guests were raving about... the flowers! Two months after the wedding and I am still hearing comments such as “your flower design was so unique!”, “who was your amazing Florist?” “Your flowers were an inspiration to my wedding planning” “The flowers made it seems like a fairy tale story.” And truly, it made a world of a difference from the other weddings. Sure enough, Lana, the owner of Seattle Floral Design works her magic in every wedding, expo show or display case of her work. Her attention to detail is incredible! Everywhere you looked, the flowers were designed in a such a creative way. My bridal bouquet was so elegant and unique. The bridesmaids loved their special bouquets as well. But my gosh! The ceremony bouquets were just incredible. Right before I walked down the aisle, I literally stopped in my tracks because I was so taken back by the beauty of the ceremony tent. The aisle was laid out in graceful swirls of white roses, the side aisle was lined in blooming orchids and gypsophila as though welcoming me and the guests in. The stage was draped in white linen with large bouquets adorning the stage. I was speechless! My reception room was just as detailed and beautiful. The sweetheart table drew all the attention as the focal point of the room with large adorning bouquets. A gorgeous chandelier hung above us, decorated in orchids! Each guest had a name card and a single orchid on their plates. My cake had real orchids cascading from the top tier to the bottom. Every floral detail was like a puzzle piece that created a one stunning scene. Might I also add, working with Lana in the prep days was simply a pleasure. I first saw her work featured at the Newcastle Wedding Expo and I told my fiancé at that time, I have to have this florist! I told him that he can choose all the other vendors but I get to choose the florist. However, when I met her, she informed me that she might not be able to take me a client due to the fact that she had a large event the day before my wedding and it would not provide her with enough time to prep. I was devastated. Yet, she still scheduled a meeting with me to see what our alternative options may be. After speaking with her, to my surprise, she worked things out accommodated the dates to make it happen! In fact she was actually excited about doing my wedding! I was extremely happy when we officially booked her for our date. Regarding the expenses, well – all good things come at a price. However, I must say, her work is worth every penny! We figured out my budget and she worked so hard to supplement more flowers and still stay within my budget which I so greatly appreciated; she truly cared about making my wedding the absolute that it can be. Also, she is a great listener. She asked what I envisioned at my wedding and she gave lots of great advice and suggestions. I was grateful for her artistic eye and constant input. I loved that Lana acted as thought this was the most important day of HER life when I was the bride! She truly exuberates such passion and energy! I am so grateful for Lana and her creativity. My wedding was so beautiful from the amazing arch, bouquets, aisle decors and the beautiful center pieces. She is very sweet and honest. We used this vendor for our wedding and the flowers were so beautiful. Lana listened to everything we mentioned and put our vision together perfectly. She even was flexible and incorporated some of our family pieces that we wanted in our table designs- that day of! When looking through her photos of other weddings you can tell how talented she is-she truly can do any style that you desire and make it just like you envisioned. She is not a one trick pony. Our guests were floored at the floral design and I can't help but drool whenever I look at my wedding photos- we had kind of a antique/vintage/shabby chic style. (We are still getting complements on them 4 months later) We couldn't have asked for anything better. The service was great, the price was affordable too, even when we got expensive flowers like peonies and garden roses. She was also flexible and creative with a rain plan and with our floral delivery. Go with Lana, you won't regret it!

Lana was amazing! She got us exactly the flowers we wanted, picking a color scheme that tied together the bride's dress with the bridesmaid dresses, despite the varied colors of the dresses. She absolutely nailed all the bouquets and decorations, and was super helpful and prompt at all times. Highly recommend her!

Preparing for a wedding all by myself and being pregnant on top of it was very stressful and nerve racking! I didn't really know exactly how I wanted everything, but all the ideas I did have I just laid all out there.I was searching for a while for a florist and was recommend by our venue in Newcastle to Lana. I immediately checked out her website and emailed her. She got right back to me and we made arrangements to meet. After discussing my general idea and color scheme she knew right away how to manage the colors and how to incorporate all the detail I wanted for my wedding. We met a couple times before the big day and she really made sure to take in to account every detail. Whatever I needed she was willing to somehow work it out for me and make it look beautiful. I had only seen pictures here and there of the flowers she was going to use and we had together picked out the best looking table arrangement look for my guest at the reception. However it was the day of the wedding when it was all a big surprise for me. I was blown away with her work. Pictures hardly even do her work justice. The flowers were perfect! They were bright and popped just how I wanted them. She was on time and so professional. She had everything ready and set to go. She arranged everything so perfectly for the ceremony and reception. Everyone was so amazed how beautiful our flowers and decor was. After the wedding which had ended so late she was right there on time to clean up. I didn't have to worry about a thing. She is a dear sweet lady to work with. And she really works hard to make it everything for the bride. I enjoyed working with her and am so glad we went with her for our florist! Once the wedding was over I was so happy with the day! But it was bitter sweet feeling, as stressful as all the planning can be at times I was sad to know it was all finally over. I will miss working with her, but I promised for our up coming arrival of our baby and any other special events that come up that need floral arrangements she is definitely getting called !! If flowers are important for your wedding look no further Lana amazes all the time! Even my husband who was not into detail at all during the whole wedding planning process was completely impressed by her work. He said everything was better than he could have even imagined. It truly was a perfect day! And Lana played such a huge part of that! As far a cost we did have a budget, and we let her know right away. However with flowers it was really important for me to have the look and color scheme exactly how I imagined so we made our florist budget a little more flexible than a few other things. Seattle Floral Design was referred to me by my dress maker. I wanted to be surprised at my wedding with the flower decor. I asked my wedding coordinator to work with Lana and come up with something different and unique and elegant. When I walked down the isle and saw this beautiful floral arch I was stunned and amazed at the beautiful work. Lana is a gifted floral artist with flower design. All of the rest of the flowers were absolutely breathtaking. I highly recommend her and her company.

I have attended many weddings over the years, but Lana's work three months ago for my daughter's wedding ranks at the top. From the moment I saw the creativity in the centerpieces, when she started bringing them on the boat I knew the whole floral décor would be special. My original florist canceled one month before our wedding. I found Lana through a friend of mine... she was super quick to respond, always very professional and the flowers were out of this world beautiful!!!! She completely understood what I was going for and went above and beyond that. Everyone at our wedding complimented us on our flowers...including all our vendors. You'd be crazy not to pick Lana. She is simply amazing!!! Her prices are very reasonable as well. =) I seriously cannot say enough good things about her!!!!

Lana did an ammmmaaaaazzzzinnngggg job with my flowers. Flowers was one of the least important things on my wedding list so I didn't have a clear idea of exactly what I wanted in terms of arrangements or even bouquets. I met with 3-4 different florists and ultimately went with Seattle Floral Design because she not only makes pretty bouquets or centerpieces, but she makes art out them. During our initial meeting, I told her that I liked the clean and simple look of phalenopsis orchids and calla lillies - unfortunately those are also 2 of the more expensive flowers. She then sketched up a design of how we could incorporate those flowers but still be within my budget (less than 2k). I got an idea of what she was going for with her sketch and just trusted her with her vision. The end result was absolutely gorgeous! My centerpieces had some orchids, calla lillies, roses, cosmos, and scabiosa - I learned the names of the flowers from the florist =P). After deconstructing some of the arrangements after the wedding, I can see the amount of detail that went into creating each one. Lana is very talented and sweet - she even gave me a potted orchid after the wedding for our new home =). I think any florist can make a pretty centerpiece, but Lana's creativity had more design than just a pretty arrangement which made them beautiful and unique

Lana was wonderful. Our wedding was small, but we wanted it to be beautiful. And we pretty much only had to tell her our color theme and general thoughts about what we wanted in terms of flowers, and she did the rest. She met us at the venue a couple of weeks before the wedding and walked us through an amazing vision that she designed just for us. Even better, on the day of the wedding, she was professional, calming (helpful with all of the wedding-day stress!), and efficient. Right down to the little details, like making sure the groom's and best man's corsages were pinned on right, to the flowers hanging from the trees and arbor, to the incredible centerpieces, everything was done perfectly. Even better, the flower arrangements were unique (with some ideas I never could have thought of on my most artistic day), HIGHLY photogenic, and more beautiful than we could have hoped. I have been dreaming about my wedding day ever since I was a little girl. I knew exactly what I wanted it to look like and worked hard to incorporate all of the ideas that I had wanted to do for so long. I had HUNDREDS of decorations at our reception of only 100 people. I am not exaggerating when I say hundreds of individual decorations. I had milk glass, mason jars, books, clocks, candles wrapped in lace, silver platters, frames, lamps...the list goes on and on and on. Lana took the time on several occasions to meet with me in person and have phone meetings and even walk around my wedding venue with me to discuss ideas. My greatest fear was collecting decorations for several years and then when the day actually came, have things fall flat or just not look right when they were all pieced together. I can honestly say that on my wedding day, I was taken back and blown away. I knew every single decoration in that place (obviously because I had spent so much time collecting it all) but Lana still managed to take my breathe away and surprise me. She set everything up. I literally dropped off giant tupperware pins at her home and walked away from it all. She spent hours arranging every item that I purchased and 100% nailed my vision. I can tell you that without a doubt, she is one of the most passionate vendors that you will ever meet. You can truly tell that she honestly cares about her work and love what she does. Her prices are fantastic!!! We were on a budget and had interviewed with several florists and every other florist said the same thing "Tell me your budget and then we can discuss what I can get for you in that price range." Lana was very different because she said "tell me what you want and I will give you options and try and make things work in your budget" and she really did. After seeing the work that she did, I feel like I would have paid double for her. She really is that good. You would be a fool not to hire her honestly. I am telling everyone I know...
