She attended every site visit and vendor meeting, and spent countless hours on zoom with us planning out every single tiny detail to ensure the day went exactly the way we wanted it to. The decor, flowers, and overall wedding experience turned out to be nothing short of magical and let me just say, Katy is an absolutely INCREDIBLE florist. We received countless compliments the entire wedding night about how beautifully the venue was decorated. I can confidently say, our wedding would not have been as amazing as it was without the help of Katy and her team. We are GRATEFUL that Katy was part of the biggest day of our lives and we cannot wait to work with her again in the future. Like so many others, we had to make a tough decision and chose to postpone our wedding a full year to 2021. The silver lining of this is that we got an extra year with Katy. There isn’t a word descriptive enough to tell you how important Katy was in making our wedding day better than we imagined. She went above and beyond our expectations in every single way: planning, sharing ideas, listening and incorporating, organizing, keeping our vendors on track. Katy has an incredible talent for taking an overall vision from paper and executing it flawlessly. She did such a great job putting all the design pieces together and truly understanding how we wanted the look and feel of our day to be. Katy also has a keen sense for floral design and we were blown away by how beautiful all our floral arrangements turned out. We received many compliments on how beautiful our wedding was! Katy was also so easy to communicate with during the planning process and was always happy to connect on a call, a zoom, or in person to answer questions or go through fine details. The day of our wedding went off without a hitch; everything was on time, transitions were seamless, and we got to let go and enjoy the party fully thanks to Katy. In addition to her hard work and talent, Katy is delightful to work with and we feel lucky that after 2.5 years working with her, we can call her our friend. We cannot recommend working with Katy and Seattle Stunning Events enough.

She also has an extensive inventory of decor items available to rent, which was really helpful to not have to purchase items we would only use once. On the day of Katy took care of all set up, clean up, and managed the flow of events. We were able to fully enjoy our wedding and our family didn't have to take care of any of this either. Everything was set up beautifully, and exactly as I imagined. Any day-of mishaps Katy handled without involving us, allowing us to enjoy ourselves and the wedding. Katy is organized, thoughtful, and has a great eye for design - hire her for your wedding!

n amazing job. Hiring Katy was the best decision I made throughout the entire wedding planning process. We live out of state and she made the long distance wedding planning process so much easier. Katy really understood the vision I had for our wedding and I trusted her fully to make my wedding dreams a reality. On the wedding day we were able to relax with all our friends and family and enjoy the day instead of worrying about the details. We had multiple family friends come to us after the wedding asking us who our wedding planner was, because she did such an amazing job planning our wedding. I really enjoyed that Katy had a large collection of wedding decorations so that I did not feel like I was apart of the disposable wedding industry. Katy made my wedding day better than I could have ever imagined.

Katy is very responsive and her natural ability to make ideas and visions into reality is uncanny and so impressive. Katy allowed us to put very little effort and because of her, we endured a minimal amount of stress. Katy held our hands throughout the entire wedding process, all the way until the end. Katy was the first to offer help when we needed something - she puts her clients first. If we needed something from her today, she would gladly help out. That's the type of person she is. Katy handled the team of vendors seamlessly and brought everything together. Everyone at our wedding expressed how great Katy was and the job she did. Our wedding would not have been spectacular without her. She's so personable and genuine. If a wedding coordinator soul mate is a thing, Katy was ours. Without a doubt. We love her!

questions for us, reviewed contracts for all other vendors we worked with, and met with us for hours (yes, hours) at her own home to put together a day-of timeline in addition to the multiple scheduled meetings she attended with the venue contact. She guided us in every step of the planning process and constantly thought of things that hadn’t occurred to us. She even provided budgeting tools and put together a detailed info packet and timeline for our vendors and bridal party. In every way Katy went above and beyond to make our day everything that we were hoping for, and we just couldn’t have done it without her help. She was hands down our favorite vendor that we worked with and we would highly recommend her to anyone.
