Seawinds Estate is a breath-taking oceanfront vacation rental in Bandon, Oregon. This exclusive property is unmatched in the continental United States. It provides a private, picturesque location surrounded by crashing waves and mature woodland ideal for the most discriminate of guests.
The property is limited to 16 overnight guests and a maximum of 10 vehicles, as stipulated in our special use permit. This unique 72-acre property features mesmerizing ocean vistas and a private coastline reaching a mile in length. Guests will enjoy a magical experience on a cliff overlooking the majestic Pacific. In the event of adverse weather, guests will still have astonishing views of the coastal landscape through floor-to-ceiling windows in the great room of the Estate. The Estate features 6 King beds, 2 Queen beds, and 2 Twin beds with 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, and a sleeping loft. All bedrooms have direct ocean views and ensuite baths, and all have access to the oceanfront wrap around balcony. Couples looking to escape in a small and intimate gathering can do so at this luxury location.
Pricing ($14,995 high season/ $12,995 low season) includes 2 nights and 3 days at the Estate.
You will enjoy a beautiful lawn, landscape lighting, luxurious furnishings, and a chefs kitchen features dual Sub Zero refrigerators, dual dishwashers, double ovens, and a Wolfe gas cooktop. Further guest accommodation can be found in nearby lodgings and bed-and-breakfasts.

rocess. He was proactive with his communication and even during the ups and downs with COVID restrictions kept us fully in the look. Fast forward to August when we arrived at the property. It was everything that we pictured and more. We arrived and the caretaker met us to lead us to the property and then walked us through all the important details. When we walked in we just had to take a moment to appreciate the beauty and the amazing views. Our family and friends were also excited as they went through claiming beds and bedrooms. We opened the doors off the patio and the sounds of the Pacific Ocean filled the home it was peaceful and gorgeous. The home itself was clean and in order, it smelled inviting and everything was neatly in its place. When we walked around outside we appreciated the landscape because our host informed us that they were completing outdoor landscaping…it looked great and really added even more character to the home. Our entire experience was a good one and we have already recommended SeaWinds to others. The pictures we took and the memories we captured are phenomenal. As a family I could definitely see us returning.
This venue was everything we wanted which was a destination wedding in the states. It provided privacy and was an amazing location to say our vows to one another in front of our family and friends. Even during the ceremony as we stood cliff side and the sun came out from behind the clouds it could not have been more beautiful. I wish this platform allowed us to upload pictures because we have some great life long memories.
