F & B, Michelle created fantastic meals and treats for all. The most impressive aspect of the weekend was how kind and accommodating the staff were at every event. Whenever we had questions or special requests, everyone tried to help make it happen with a smile. The property itself is a fantastic backdrop for enjoying each other's company, being active and playful, and celebrating with loved ones.

ns and they were amazing. Their initial coordinator left some to be desired but once we started working with management everything went off without a hitch. All the staff were friendly, helpful, and obviously wanted our weekend to go well. We had a few special requests and they honored all of them to the letter, which made our day extra special. Our guests are raving about the reception food, bartending services, views on the grounds, and convenience of everything being all together. With the ceremony site being right on the water the view was great, although be prepared for a bit of wind likely regardless of the time of year. Highly recommend for the couple that wants a wedding weekend all in one place with plenty of options for making it unique to you and your family!

questions trying to plan a wedding during covid and they were patient and always willing to help. We had our rehearsal dinner, welcome party and ceremony/reception at Sebasco and everything was pretty near perfect! They worked flawlessly with our team of vendors and were hustling the entire weekend to make sure everything went off without a hitch. We’re so thankful they were so amazing because it allowed us to relax and enjoy our weekend. Sebasco is such a special place and having all of our friends and family there for the weekend was really incredible. We can’t thank the whole team enough for everything they did to make our weekend so special!

itself is not only stunning with the water and Maine coastline as the backdrop, but it also has such a comfortable, vintage feeling. We knew we wanted a place where everything and everyone could all be in one place. We had our guests all over the resort in cottages, Harbor Village and the Main Lodge, and we've gotten rave reviews. The resort is definitely on the rustic side (I like to say just like Dirty Dancing!) but is well-kept and exactly what we were looking for. From dinner at the Pilot House and a ride on the Ruth, to the Lobster Bake Rehearsal and the fire pit + old-school candlepin bowling for the Welcome Party, the most incredible wedding ceremony on the Pool Lawn and party in the Cornelius Room - this resort has so much to offer! Can't forget a full weekend of golf - Jeff and the pro shop staff were more than accommodating for our big group! Melissa was so helpful throughout the weekend as well as leading up to it which we are so grateful for. We also want to thank Michael Lynch for making us feel so welcomed and taken care of that weekend and every time we visited. The staff at Sebasco makes the experience that much better. One note to brides is that this is a busy family resort during the summer, so don't be worried if communication seems a little slow as the season approaches. Sebasco knows how to make your day so special, and we would without a doubt recommend it for those looking for an incredible venue with quintessential, coastal Maine views!

en when we had a couple snafus he was there to come to my rescue. Highly professional. My only complaint was that as the resort opened and he got busier it was harder to get in touch and get fast responses but I felt I I could always call or he would be in touch in a few days. Also the reception was too short. Had to end by 10pm due to resort quiet time. Everything was amazing and I would do it all over again. In fact we will probably go back sometime to enjoy all the resort has to offer since we were too busy getting married!

We had a rowdy crowd that took up the majority of the resort and Sebasco was extremely accommodating - letting the party continue late all weekend long! Most of our guests were from out of town so we started the weekend off with a welcome party in the quarterdeck - games, drinks, s'mores- it set the stage for an incredible weekend! The harbor backdrop during our ceremony/cocktail hour was picturesque; I’m counting down the days until we get the pictures from it! We followed the cocktail hour with the reception in the Cornelius room, where Melissa let me do whatever I wanted for decorations and set everything up exactly as I hoped! We capped off the weekend with breakfast in the Pilot House. The view from the Pilot house is spectacular and it was the perfect place to rehash events from the night before and say goodbye to our guests. We've heard so many of our family and friends say they can't wait to make a trip back for family reunions and vacations - and we can't either!

eded ANYTHING! I loved (and so did our guests) being able to stay on one site during our stay. We had our rehearsal dinner at the Clipper followed by a party at the Quarterdeck. Everyone had SO much fun! It was the perfect spot for all of our guest to relax and have a good time- people are still raving about it! Our wedding day was perfect. Justine even pulled off a last minute miracle finding a hair and make-up artist after a cancelation. (preferred vendors- use them!) Everything went of seamlessly, from the Ceremony to the after party at the pub! The majority of our guests will be making Sebasco a vacation spot! Four months post wedding, I am now a wedding planner in South Carolina, so trust me when I say that you are in great hands at Sebasco.

coordinators Justine and Melissa were phenomenal and extremely professional. They answered all of our questions quickly, connected us with local vendors, and were extremely accommodating with all our requests. The actual wedding weekend they were both amazing, staying up late to ensure our wedding went well and all our guests were happy. The resort itself is heaven on earth! Our guests have not stopped talking about how beautiful the resort was and we even had some guests extend their stay they liked it so much. Our 196 guests absolutely loved the mix of cottages and hotel rooms which granted our guests affordable accommodations. The Clipper room to Quarterdeck combo for our rehearsal dinner was a home run. Our guests loved the campy feel and were surprised by the candle pin bowling! Our guests ranging in age from 2 to 90 were all entertained and had a great night! The wedding ceremony was unbelievable on the pool lawn. The ocean backdrop with the rocks and pine trees is so beautiful; our pictures are ridiculous! The reception in the Cornelius room was amazing, the resort did a great job setting up and our large group had plenty of room to socialize and dance. Overall the Sebasco staff was extremely attentive and accommodating, ensuring your guests had a pleasant experience. My wife and I wanted our guests to think of our wedding weekend as a vacation and Sebasco harbor made our dream a reality!

Everyone at the resort did their best to make everyone's stay enjoyable, warm (with it being 40 degrees out for our fall wedding) and a truly Maine experience. Our wedding was at peak leaf color and this was definitely the place to enjoy the color, the ocean, and celebrate the beginning of the rest of our lives together!

s why: Friday we welcomed our bridal party and their spouses by taking them on a harbor cruise on the Ruth, which swept us away and allowed for us to unwind from traveling with a few cocktails. Friday night we had a welcome party and clam bake with a campfire followed by candle-pin bowling in their Quarterdeck building and I will say we were pleasantly surprised about how big of a hit this was. PEOPLE LOVED IT. People were raving about it during the wedding day. It set the tone for the weekend, people were excited about just relaxing with friends and family, and people were able to settle in nicely with the surrounding resort. If you do choose to do your wedding there, you should definitely do this for your guests. Saturday we had beautiful weather and were married on the pool lawn overlooking the harbor. Immediately following we had a cocktail hour right behind where we had the ceremony, and people loved the atmosphere and setting. Our reception was handled beautifully and the on-site staff was extremely attentive to our needs throughout the day. They did a lot of the setup and work, allowing us to relax with our wedding party and relax. One of the great things about this place was how intimate it was. All our friends and family were staying on site for two nights, and we were able to see all of them throughout the course of the weekend. This was a huge plus since typical weddings people go to the venue for the ceremony and reception and take off to wherever, but here we were really able to stretch that time with our loved ones. Also, no one has to drive anywhere after the reception. The resort is packed with activities from candle-pin bowling, canoeing, golfing, or cruising the harbor in the Ruth. This place made our wedding a lot of fun for our guests and made our day really special. One additional thing: for a nine hole golf course, it is not only difficult, but really pretty and very well maintained. My groomsmen and I played Saturday before the wedding and we had a great time.
