Executive Chef Casey Ryan has over 20 years of experience serving his scrumptious creations in the sports, entertainment, and hospitality industries. He began his career in 1998, working in country clubs and restaurants, gaining a knowledge of constantly-changing trends and techniques. He now leads the culinary team with both Second Plate Catering and the RP Funding Center, ensuring that his clients receive the highest quality dishes.
Second Plate Catering can work with most couple’s budgets, and has an array of entrées to choose from. Chef Casey strives to use locally-sourced goods, continually working with his own vendors to provide the freshest meat, produce, wine, among other ingredients. They have options for both buffet and plated dinners, and have experience with a range of cuisines, including Hawaiian, Southern, and Italian.
