Maggie was the best wedding photographer I could have asked for. She made me feel completely comfortable in front of the camera. She was such a delight to work with and the she captured the most amazing pictures. I cannot recommend her enough.

Maggie does phenomenal work and is so great to work with! My husband and I can both be very awkward at pictures, and she gave great direction and worked some miracles to make us look good. She did our engagement pictures and wedding pictures, and she captured everything perfectly. There are things at the wedding especially that I would have missed with everything going on, so it was so fun to be able to look back at pictures and relive it all. Our pictures are something we'll cherish forever, we couldn't say enough good things. (But I will also say that she got us back around 1000 edited photos in less than the estimated time? Need I say any more?) Book her! You won't regret it!

I don’t even know where to start with how fabulous Maggie was for our wedding! She shot my sister in law’s wedding, and after seeing her photos, we knew we wanted her to shoot out wedding, too. Maggie was amazing from the start! Great with communication, great options for different packages, so nice when we met her! I knew I loved Maggie's work after our engagement photos, but the wedding photos blew me away. They are stunning, everything I asked for, Maggie did not miss a single moment that was important to us. She arrived slightly early the day of, walked me through her steps for the day, and kept everything moving and on time. She had creative ideas on how to get the most out of our venue (The Fernbank Museum) and those might be my favorite photos. Maggie & her second shooter were both friendly and professional the day of. And icing on the cake we received our gallery in less than a month. Well before we expected. I love every single photo and cannot recommend Maggie enough to capture such a special day!

I knew that I wanted to have Second to Nunn Photo for our wedding before we even got engaged. I was willing to move my date if ours wasn't available! Maggie was phenomenal throughout our entire planning process. We loved our engagement photos and are BLOWN OUT OF THE WATER by our wedding photos, and we've only gotten the previews so far because we just got married this weekend!!! Maggie and Miranda, the second shooter for the day, were both extremely communicative, professional, friendly, and the ultimate hype people. They truly made my wife and I feel comfortable and beautiful and it was so much fun. They were also really patient when my family didn't follow directions.... We are so glad we hired Maggie for our wedding photography! We chose the package including an engagement session, and once we got to meet her we were completely put at ease! She always had a game plan and kept things rolling, so we never felt awkward in front of the camera! Knowing that we had confidence in our photographer made going into the wedding weekend that much more peaceful. Maggie is phenomenal! She shot for our wedding and I can’t express how amazing the photos turned out. Every shot we wanted was taken exactly the way we asked her to. We LOVED our wedding pictures and Maggie was wonderful to work with!! She was so patient with us while we had to keep hunting down our families and wedding party who kept disappearing for photos! Maggie has a laid back vibe which was so refreshing for a very hectic wedding day. We got to know her during our engagement shoot (which were also gorgeous phots,) so we felt super comfortable on wedding day. Maggie is amazing!! She did a bridal details photoshoot for me a few months after my wedding because we had some pandemic-related issues at the actual wedding. The photos turned out so great!! Maggie made my whole family feel really comfortable in front of the camera, and she gave us enough direction in terms of posing to get good photos while still looking really natural, spontaneous, and fun. I will definitely hire Maggie again when I need photos in the future!!

Where do I even begin?! Maggie has been my personal photographer for my jewelry business for years, we are not only friends but love creating together. When planning our destination wedding in Mexico there was no question as to who we wanted to photograph for us. Maggie went above & beyond to make sure everything was absolutely perfect. Maggie was an absolute professional who knows how to capture beautiful images using natural light and her amazing eye. My husband has always wanted a boudoir shoot and so before we got married I decided to suck it up and do it. I do not like to be photographed and especially not with lingerie. She made me feel so comfortable and it turned out to be so much fun. Maggie has been taking my family since 2015 when I was pregnant with my son. She has covered many milestones in between from maternity to now my wedding. We had a quick, simple ceremony at a local park and looking at my pictures you would assume we had a professional wedding!! We received SO many photos and captured so many sweet moments in such a short amount of time- I’ve used her for years, but once again she blew me away. I've followed Maggie's work from the beginning and her talent shines through! She is very professional and meets with couples beforehand to get an idea of what their vision is. Maggie is the most incredible person and photographer, I would not have wanted anyone else to be with me on my special day. Besides that Maggie takes the most beautiful photos (not only weddings, but all of her work), she’s such a wonderful person who makes sure that you know the focus is on you and what you want. She accompanied me and my family to the courthouse after my now husband and I decided to cancel our big wedding - we had already booked her for our original wedding date in October as well - and just the previews of the photos alone have me in awe (and also made me realize that besides your to-be spouse, the photographer is really the most important part of the wedding). I didn’t know a courthouse could look so beautiful, but wow, if I didn’t know where we were, I wouldn’t guess “courthouse.” I can’t recommend Maggie enough, if you’ve made it here in your search for a photographer, look no further.

First and foremost I just want to say Maggies photos are amazing! She knows how to work with natural light, composition, working with and around the elements and really listening to what you want. I had a horrible experience with an engagement photographer previous to finding Maggie and within the first few minutes of working with her you can automatically tell she knows what she is doing. She has amazing ideas to work with, knows her surroundings. Our engagement photos put my husband and I in awe and then the wedding photos….Maggie went ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectations. She had to work with a cold moony sunset, the leafs in the middle of changing colors, the short amount of time we had to get our sunset photos, and children and yet she still exceeded our expectations. Many of my family and friends from the wedding came up and complimented the photographer for her attention to detail. Within AN HOUR of me retiring to my hotel after the wedding, I had an email In my inbox from Maggie with a sneak peak of some of our wedding photos. My husband, our family and I all teared up at how BEAUTIFUL they were. I don’t think I can exaggerate enough, you won’t be disappointed with Maggie!!!! Even her second photographer was the bomb and helped her without any direction. We are so happy with our photos, we’ll be sure to recommend Maggie to everyone and anyone!

Maggie was phenomenal! My husband and I chose Maggie to photograph our wedding in August of this year. We currently live in RVA, but are originally from Georgia. We decided to plan our wedding in Georgia since our family and friends are there. Maggie made time to FaceTime us since we were unable to meet in person. On the day of the wedding, she went out of her way to ensure every detail was perfect! She continuously checked in with our DJ and caterer to make sure everyone was on the same page. Maggie photographed our wedding in the Blue Ridge mountains. We couldn't have asked for a better photographer!!! She is very laid back but extremely knowledgeable and resourceful about finding the perfect shot. As a photographer myself, I was very picky when selecting who was going to be my wedding photographer. Through Facebook, I watched Maggie's talent develop over the years and I knew she was the best person to photograph my big day. I wanted to have a mix of serious and silly candid photos to capture who my husband and I truly are and she nailed it. She captured the loving moments between my father and I, the humorous moments between my husband and I and the sentimental touches of those we lost in heaven who could not be at our ceremony. She got exactly what I was looking for. Maggie is a professional young woman with a great talent for portrait photography in natural lighting. She was prompt to get with me on little details I wanted to capture and I received a beautiful set of full resolution photos three and a half weeks later, which is a pretty good turn around time (trust me, I've done a couple weddings and I commend her for getting hundreds of photos to me that quickly). Overall I have nothing but good things to say about Maggie and I will continue to recommend her to people I know who are looking for a photographer who can capture both the serious and the not so serious moments in life. I can't thank her enough for her patience, her understanding and her talent that truly gave us beautiful wedding photos we will cherish forever. Take it from a fellow photographer. Maggie photographed my wedding at The Densmore Farm on October 20th this year and all I can say is that she is absolutely PHENOMENAL!! She was so patient and so kind. Maggie photographed our wedding at Flint Hill and she was absolutely phenomenal! Our wedding photos were one of the most important components of our wedding day for us, and so we wanted to make sure we hired someone who would produce beautiful photos that we'll treasure for the rest of our lives! Not only does Maggie take gorgeous photographs, she's also punctual and extremely professional. She met with me a month or so before the wedding to go through general details such as timeline, she asked for a photo list for both sides of the family ahead of time, and she proactively made sure we knew what to expect and when.
