lawlessly, I mean it. Wedding planners are needed in three stages: long term planning, 1-2 month out planning, and week/day of planning, and Samantha did it all seamlessly. For our long term planning, she had all of the recommendations for all of the vendors - we went with as many vendors that she recommended as we could (out of those that were available) and they were all amazing, just like she said they would be. She took time out of her schedule to tour rehearsal dinner spaces and wedding venues with us, telling us the pros and cons of each one and how the logistics would work there. It was incredible to have someone with that much knowledge already considering the details of our family dynamics and number of guests in the venue considerations. For the 1-2 month out planning, she knows her stuff inside and out and all of the little details that brides normally worry about, I did not lose a single minute of sleep over because Samantha handled everything. From menus and print-outs, to logistics, to welcome bags, she handled all of the last minute, small items that make a wedding great, but that I did not have time to cover. She reaches out when she has a question but otherwise takes over where she knows she can handle it within the scope of your vision. For day-of she is a force - she knows who needs instructions, where they need to go, and when we had a little challenge with the logistics of the shuttles, she was all over it, spending all day making sure the issue was resolved. From fluffing my train to getting an extra shuttle from a hotel we weren't even staying at to make up for a last minute cancellation, she was amazing. Outside of all of the planning, she is easily reachable, and so knowledgeable and reasonably priced for the service you receive. Seriously cannot recommend Samantha and her team enough.

She's thorough, professional and on point. Every last detail, she made sure that we were in sync on and always made sure that we knew that she was there to make things go smoothly. Having been in the industry for so long, she even know most of our vendors on a first name basis, which made us feel even more at ease. Anyone looking for a wedding planner or day of coordinator who just knows how to get stuff done and make sure it all turns out perfectly, Samantha is your best bet.

e big day! She was very easy to talk to and always accessible via email. Seriously, she would respond to my crazy email questions very, very quickly! She's extremely knowledgable about the wedding industry and traditional wedding etiquette, which I also found very helpful throughout the 6 months we were working together. She took care of business. All in all, I would definitely recommend Secretariat's services!

while back. When it came time to planning my own, she was the only person my family wanted... and luckily for me she was available! I had my wedding in Boston and even though Samantha doesn't live here, she was with me every step of the way. She made herself available 24/7. She is extremely reliable, very organized, insanely dedicated and most of all a comfort for any bride. She takes time getting to know who you are as a person, spends time listening to what you want and provides honest feedback. She is also amazing at offering advice about situations you might not be comfortable speaking to your family/fiancé/bridal party about. On top of all that, there is no one better at executing a Wedding. I was a very nervous bride, yet Samantha couldn't have made me feel more comfortable. If there was an obstacle, she not only fixed it, but made it seem as though it never happened. Samantha helped create one of the most memorable days of my life and I would highly recommend her to any bride.
