Rafael was a great Dj, very professional but understood what we wanted! The music was spot on, all of the speeches and toasts were right on cue! Was also perfect for an English and Spanish Dj if you need! Would highly recommend to my friends and family.

Rafael was great and was very easy to work with! We had a very busy schedule, and it changed throughout the day. He was very accommodating and understanding. He arrived early and stayed late. We provided general guidance on cocktail and dinner music and he set the vibe perfectly. He kept the energy going all night and timed our choreographed dances perfectly. He also acted as a great emcee and kept us on schedule all night. We'd definitely recommend hiring Rafael.

ent was top-notch, and his professionalism and attention to detail were exceptional. Rafael went above and beyond in every aspect of our wedding. During the ceremony, he was able to seamlessly connect our violinist to his state-of-the-art sound system, and his lighting setup for the reception was incredible. He took the time to understand our individual style, carefully worked through our playlist and special requests, and made the entire process feel effortless. His experience with weddings really shows. He coordinated every detail directly with our wedding coordinator, which allowed us to simply enjoy our day without worrying about a thing. And his emcee skills were fantastic, he kept everything flowing naturally and made our guests feel like they were part of an amazing event. Rafael is a true professional who genuinely cares about making your wedding special. We couldn’t recommend DJ Mambo more highly!

I had the pleasure of working with Rafael as a fellow vendor. As a wedding coordinator I value communication and efficiency, both of which Rafael was great at. In addition to being...

well prepared and organized, his equipment and setup looked amazing and provided a great guest experience on the dance floor. This particular venue required music at three different locations throughout the evening, which he was able to setup and manage seamlessly. Additionally, he was extremely kind and caring towards the couple and guests. I highly recommend and would be honored to work with Rafael again!

Our DJ Rafael was amazing! We spoke prior to the wedding to iron out details and he was nothing but nice! Day of the wedding, he was incredible, with high energy and great mixing. ...

He constantly reassured my wife and I that he was there for us and would do whatever to make us happy on our wedding night and he delivered! He remembered all names and announcements, as well as any special songs that we requested. Rafael is also bilingual, which really helped with my Spanish speaking guests that were worried they were gonna be lost all night. And to make a perfect night even better, Rafael stayed until the very end and didn’t let the party die until the venue decided it was time to stop! Overall I highly recommend this DJ, and for the love of god please take the nightclub lighting and sound upgrades, it takes everything to an entirely different level and is guaranteed to make your event unforgettable and insanely fun!

Rafael was an absolute standout for our daughter’s wedding in Sedona—truly a five-star DJ in every sense. From our very first interaction, he was generous with his time, thoughtful...

in his communication, and full of creative ideas that helped shape the entire experience. He answered every question thoroughly and guided us through the process with ease and confidence. What set Rafael apart was his willingness to collaborate. He worked closely with us to create a custom playlist that perfectly reflected the tone we wanted for both the ceremony and the reception. Every transition felt seamless, and the music captured each moment beautifully. On the day of the wedding, Rafael arrived early and fully prepared, bringing a calm, professional presence that immediately put us at ease. As an MC, he was exceptional—keeping everything flowing smoothly while adding just the right amount of personality and warmth. By the end of the night, he didn’t just feel like a vendor—he felt like part of the family. For anyone planning an intimate wedding or special event, Rafael is an outstanding choice. His dedication, talent, and genuine care made all the difference, and we couldn’t have asked for a better DJ to be part of such a meaningful day.

We used Raphael as our DJ for our wedding at The Croft Downtown, and he did an amazing job. Throughout the planning process he answered all of our questions with care and professio...

nalism, which made everything feel easy and stress-free. On the wedding day he went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. He regularly checked in with us to confirm that the plan still felt right and pivoted with us whenever needed. He kept the dance floor popping all night, and our guests are still talking about how good the music and dancing were. We originally felt a little overwhelmed trying to choose every song we wanted (and didn’t want), so we ended up just sharing the vibe we were going for and trusted him to take it from there—and he absolutely nailed it. We highly recommend Raphael for weddings or any other event.
