SEI provided delicious food and great service! I had multiple guests come up to me saying how great the food was! They were great to work with!
We had our wedding at Elizabeth Farms. SEI had done some weddings there before, so they knew what they were working with. The food was excellent. We got to choose from several meat...
s and sides at our tasting, and everything was delicious.
SEI’s food was INCREDIBLE - hot and fresh! We emailed a ton due to my indecisiveness and to chances on my end, and they were very flexible and helpful with making sure we got what ...
we need. It was also very helpful being able to get linens through them. The only disappointment was that we had a few different dessert options, one of them being small cakes made by the mother of the groom, and they were not cut and passed out. But seriously, everything was absolutely delicious and I would definitely recommend using SEI for your events!
SEI Catering was wonderful to work with and it was amazing how they were all-inclusive. The food was amazing and we had non-stop compliments from our guests. Their professionalism ...
lacked in emails by not getting back to me in a timely manner weeks before my wedding which was scary to not be answered for two weeks with no warning. But once I was contacted it went smoothly. It is an amazing value and you get more than what you payed for. Well done!
My husband and I hired SEI Catering for our wedding in mid June 2022 at Hertzog Homestead. We had a great experience doing our tasting, and they were very accommodating and profess...
ional the day of. 1-2 months to the wedding day, there was not much communication which lead to deposits being late and some details being worked out last minute. There were no late fees or hard feelings, but as a bride it was a little stressful! Other than that minor detail, everything was great. The food was very good, and all of our guests thought so as well. There was a variety of food options for us to pick, and as I said previously, our tasting experience was positive and professional. Being able to have china at a venue that typically uses disposables was a HUGE plus for me. On top of all that, the pricing was really reasonable! I would definitely recommend SEI to anyone planning an event or wedding.
Jennifer was very easy to work with throughout the planning process. She was responsive and was able to answer my many questions! During our wedding, the food was amazing. We recei...

Jennifer from SEI was wonderful to work with throughout our planning process. She was always accessible to answer any questions we had. I had reached out to her multiple times with...
questions and to confirm and re-confirm information and she never seemed as though we were a bother to her. Unfortunately we did not have much interaction with the staff on the day of our wedding but they did a fantastic job of setting everything up and the food was great. We had no complaints from our guests about anything and we were able to take home any leftovers we had. The SEI staff was great from start to finish to work with.
If your looking for an affordable caterer with excellent food, book with SEI! We had a pleasant tasting prior to our booking! Our chosen menu included Brisket, stuffed chicken brea...
st’s, cheesy scalloped potatoes, green beans and vegetable medley, caesar salad and spring mix salad with feta (which Jennifer was flexible and willing to not place the Balsamic dressing directly on it but rather on side) and assorted cheesecakes! All guests we heard from mentioned how excellent all the food and cheese cake was!
The evening before SEI sent a crew of two to setup things up in advance and staff arrived early the day of too to do that last minute things. All staff was pleasant and friendly to us and our guests...to be honest, I didn’t even know when they left to say thank you, all things were cleaned up well and done when they could be without causing any distractions!
We would definitely recommend anyone to SEI and found their pricing affordable and excellent tasting and fresh food!
Thanks again SEI!

the wedding to help set up the reception space, then the same staff arrived on the day of the wedding to help out with the buffet and perform food cleanup afterwards--and, of course, the food was wonderful! Everyone we interacted with at SEI was professional, kind, and a joy to work with!

desert that I really wanted! Not only were they fantastic to work with, but the food was amazing. We had so many compliments on how tasty the food was, and any left overs we did have, we got to take home! They cut our cake for us, set up, and did such a wonderful job the day of the wedding. If you're looking for great quality service, amazing food, and friendly people, then SEI is the caterer to go with. summer desert at the brides request was certainly a highlight ! Jennifer's expertise, professional demeanor, and sweet personality allowed us to coordinate with the groom's family, and pull our daughter's wedding together successfully. SEI offers many good food and package choices. I would definitely look to them to cater future events.
I JUST CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT SEI!!! The food, oh the food, was just absolutely amazing. When we went for our tasting, there wasn't a single thing that we didn't like,...
and they made it very hard to choose what to have at the wedding. The food was just as good when made in bulk for the wedding!!! They were all very pleasant to work with and very helpful! I would choose them again and again, for any occasion! SIDE NOTE: my husband had broken his jaw and had surgery about a week before the wedding, so he was unable to eat anything but the mashed potatoes, and SEI and Jenn so kindly told us to let them know when he is able to eat again, and that they would make him everything we had at the wedding so he could eat it!! SO, SO awesome!!!!!!
Thank you so much, SEI and Jenn for such amazing food and such great customer service, you rock!
