I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Seita Jewelers. My engagement ring is a unique shape which proved to be very difficult when looking for a wedding band. One jeweler insisted the only option was creating a custom band at a very hefty price, another completely turned me away. With Becki's help, I was able to find the most perfect and beautiful ring on my first visit to Seitas. Becki was so personable and excited by the challenge. I am so thankful to her and everyone at Seita Jewelers!

Seita Jewelers has been our hometown jeweler for many years. My grandfather shopped there, my mother shops there, and my boyfriend (at the time) went there to custom make my engagement ring. We then went together to custom make our wedding rings. All of the staff are incredibly intelligent in their field, and helped Jeremy find the precise specifications that he wanted. When things needed tweaked from the ring makers, Seitas handled everything with ease and at no additional hassling or cost. My custom 1.2 carat oval diamond sits in a custom cast rose gold setting. The ring makers and seita exceeded any expectations that my husband had and they also became great friends in the process! We also had our bands custom made there and the experience was equally amazing. They made several phone calls to makers to find if they could make rings to our specifications, and did not rest until they did. Our bands are exactly what we asked for. All of our stones have a lifetime warranty and the ring makers we designed thru also have a lifetime. If Seitas can help, THEY WILL! My husband accidentaly lost his wedding band 3 days into our honeymoon (it happens ladies, it's not the end of the world as long as you have your man!), and I emailed our pals at Seitas with our story ( I was at the time VERY heartbroken, but we got a "temp" rind from a quaint Hawaiian market the next day, and I loved that ring just as much. for $20), and asked if they could order us a new band. They immediately ordered my husband a new ring, along with the most sweet, heartfelt reply assuring us that everything would be ok, as long as we had each other. They also had Jeremy come in for another fitting to assure the correct sizing (and that he wouldn't snorkle with his ring on again!)and the owners brought the ring to us themselves and hugged us and made sure we were ok, while thanking us for our patronage. I cannot say enough good things about them. They are local, they are unique ( they LOVE one of a kind pieces, and they are constantly getting new things in because often they do only carry one of a kind!), and they support up and coming artists.
