Your wedding music can include every genre you can dream up, enhanced by professional sound and audiovisual equipment. Shawn does not do that, he mixes and mashes songs that collaborate so well with another that the dance floor finds you. He made the planning process so stressfree and took the time to get to know us! Day of the event, he was ready when guests arrived and made the night special. When the dancing started, there wasn’t a single moment that the dance floor was empty. The entire time, people were engaged, singing, dancing, and having the time of their lives thanks to Shawn! We had requested that songs blend from one into another and he came through, the music never slowed down, which kept the energy high. The transitions between songs were amazing. All night, people came up to me (bride) and groom to ask where we found the DJ and to compliment how incredible he was. One of our (married) friends jokingly stated he wanted to get married again JUST to have Shawn DJ. FAR EXCEEDED our expectations. Meeting with him was easy and was very organized. We did the final meeting one week before the wedding to keep things fresh. While that did lend some anxiety to me for checking off those to-dos, the result was absolute perfection. He does a great job with the music for our ceremony, our cocktail hour, and the actual reception. He played every single song we had previously requested and was able to match our musical taste exactly, playing songs we loved but had forgotten to request. He had his own transitions and remixes of classic and popular music that pulled everyone to the dance floor. I honestly think I spent the whole night on the dance floor outside of bathroom breaks, and the floor was NEVER empty.
