She had the most beautiful black gown I’ve ever seen on the rack, ready for me to try! It was the first dress I tried on and I knew that it would be mine. e my dad is immunocompromised. Our consultant showed me a range of dresses, and was patient when I needed a few days to think about my final selection. She helped me understand my options to customize the dress to make it perfect for me! Seng did my alterations herself. She was absolutely wonderful, patient, and kind, and altered my dress to fit me perfectly. On top of everything, Seng made a breathtaking custom veil with the extra lace from my dress. It took us 2 hours each way to visit Seng Couture, and all that travel time was worth it for Seng and her store.

ng and Anthony truly made EVERYONE feel comfortable and confident! He listened to our dislikes/likes and found a dress that would lend itself to all body types. He is so knowledgeable and well versed in this industry. We all enjoyed our experience with him and it felt like we were just hanging out with one of our friends. I originally came to Seng looking for a specific Calla Blanche dress, which Nicole was willing to order for me. After trying on other dresses from the same designer, I found one in the shop that I loved even more! Seng Couture was the only bridal shop I visited that allowed you to pick a handful of dresses to try on from their website. I really appreciated this, and I think it made it easier for them to pull additional dresses that I would like. that was WAY out of my budget. By sheer luck, the adorable Miss S had recently designed a dress for the store Liz knew I would love (yes they have their own designs there!). This lady knows her stuff! Together they made the entire experience fun and stress free. The dress came out amazing and was tailored to perfection (my strapless dress did not BUDGE at all!). Wonderful, patient staff who so kindly dealt with this initially stressed out bride. Highly recommend!!

almost as much as the gown! They purposely ordered me a larger size on this gown so they could gouge me on the alterations. There is no sign in the store that displays the cost of items if altered. They are shred, rude, dishonest, and most of all lack customer service. The manager should be fired!

They were extremely organized with the dresses that I had picked out ahead of time waiting for me upon my arrival and I had Hilde's full attention for my entire appointment! ty handed. Many places I had gone to previously picked out ballgowns for me to try one assuming I wanted the "princess look." I loved a couple of the ballgowns I tried, but never felt like it was the one. Other places I had visited felt high pressure - often reminding me that I only had a couple of months until my wedding and I needed to place an order soon. It was hard to make a decision, especially since there were so many styles of dresses and you can't try all of them on. I had gone to another location and my family loved a dress I had tried on (not a ballgown!). I did too, but I had an appointment at Seng Couture right after and I did not want to buy this dress without visiting them first. I went in and met my bridal consultant - Allana. Seng Couture lets you pick 5 dresses from their website for you to try on. After that, Allana helped me pick a couple of more that she thought I might like after I described what I was looking for. I ended up liking one of the dresses, but my family could not get the image of the last dress out of their mind. I was torn on making a decision, and Allana made me feel comfortable and said if I couldn't decide on it today, then it wasn't the dress and told me to sleep on it. I made another follow up appointment to come back and see Allana, but this time by myself. She pulled the previous wedding dress I liked and a few others after she got a better understanding of my vision. I picked some more dresses from the website, and she pulled the ones that she thought I would like based on things I liked from other dresses. After 45 minutes, I had narrowed it down to 2 but I was so torn. She knew I had a tough time committing to a dress in such a short amount of time. Allana didn't have another appointment, and helped me in and out of both dresses multiple times. She took photos of me since I was alone and really allowed me to soak in the moment. After the 3rd time switching out of both dresses, I finally chose the one and I couldn't be happier! I came back for the follow up appointment because of the service I received from Allana as well as everyone who worked there. I knew that this was where I wanted to buy my dress even though I didn't find it the first time. They really wanted to make sure you felt beautiful and were genuine in their approach. I would recommend Seng Couture to every bride.

o one other dress shop last weekend, and while I had a good experience, this was an elevated experience and it helped that I found THE dress! When I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and smiling staff. My 5 pre-selected dresses were waiting for me promptly in a dressing room, as was my bridal consultant, Nicole. She was fantastic, in addition to Alexis who was in training. They both were lovely, kind, and honest - which I can truly appreciate. What made it great too was that they answered ALL of my mom's questions (repeatedly), were truly honest, and took other things into consideration like how heavy was the dress, is your venue bright? (This way you can see the sparkle of the dress), etc. Nicole was my height so it was helpful that she was relatable - it was like talking with one of your girlfriends! She gave me a veil to top off the look and it ended up being a GORGEOUS veil which I purchased! The staff also was not pushy or selling me, they truly wanted me to feel confident in my decision. She stayed within my budget and honored that which I can appreciate alot! Even my mom and sister said that it was very "warm" in there, environment wise - it had a friendly welcoming atmosphere which you need, IMO. Overall, 10/10 - Nicole was great, Alexis was lovely, and had a wonderful experience I can't wait to go back for my fitting!

After I settled on my dress Liz hand picked my veil and it was just perfect. Overall I was extremely satisfied by the dress selection, service, and how friendly and helpful all of the staff were. When we checked out that day, Seng Couture made everything incredibly easy - payment and timeline expectations were set (they were clear and upfront about alterations needing to be in cash), and apart from maybe a week or 2 with the dress delivery time, the expectations were accurate. Pon handled the alterations, and she was a total delight! I really appreciated that she was there for the entire process - I felt in very good hands with her, and I have the dress to prove it! It's absolutely perfect in every way, and I can't wait to wear it in just a few weeks (10/22/22). Pon was sure to explain the alterations she was going to make with each visit and what I should expect for next time. Pon (and every other staff member) made me feel beautiful as well, they made me feel like I was the only bride they were working with at the time, and I know that's not the case! I can't recommend Seng Couture enough - they will take care of you and make you feel absolutely stunning for your big day!
