We had a bit of a weather scare on our day, but Dr. David remained calm and assuring. He also helped to escort us to the reception space so that we wouldn't get accosted by guests! ok the time to discuss the results of our assessment. While none of the results were a surprise for us, Dr. David gave us tips and tricks on how to better communicate and where potential pitfalls might be. In terms of our ceremony, Dr. David gave us a lot of helpful templates that my now husband and I used to create our very own unique ceremony (with helpful suggestions from Dr. David). My husband and I both really enjoyed the time spent working on our ceremony. On the day of, Dr. David was fantastic. All of our guests really enjoyed listening to him and love our ceremony. It was truly great to have Dr. David there, he made our wedding so special!

After our first video conference/interview, my wife and I just looked at each other and said, "yup, this is it, let's lock him down". Dr. David did not disappoint. From his pre-wedding communication, planning, ceremony outlines & packages, personal experience and insight, he helped up get back on track and was literally with us every step of the way from there on out. We felt so comfortable working with Dr. David that when it came time for choosing some of the closing prayers (needing to appease both Jewish and Catholic families) we just turned over control and gave him the freedom to ad lib the entire Blessing of the Marriage. The ceremony was absolutely fantastic, and we received comments not just immediately following the ceremony, but even days after about how amazing Dr. David was. It pains my wife to admit that I did a pretty darn good job finding Dr. David and she couldn't have been happier. To all the future brides and grooms out there, stop your search and call Dr. David. He will not disappoint!

The day of was great, even with a microphone malfunction he just kept going like it was nothing. Joy was very personable and made our day even more special with her beautiful words. You can tell she has been doing this for a while. I would recommend her to anyone. Rev Joy Blessing married my husband and I on Vilano Beach in December 2017 and we loved her so much that we asked her to officiate our vow renewal ceremony at the Marriott Sawgrass on June 1, 2019. Since Joy has known us for a few years, she was able to bring a personal touch to the ceremony that made it that much more special. She even incorporated some of the comments my husband and I provided her for our beach wedding into this ceremony along with a list of what we love most about each other after being married for a year and a half. Joy took the time to collect marriage advice from our closest friends and family and included it in our ceremony which was very touching. We did a sand ceremony on the beach, so Joy suggested doing a glass ceremony this time, which we loved. Joy was a pleasure to work with and we absolutely loved her enthusiasm and excitement for our wedding. She has a beautiful way with words and created a ceremony that read beautifully. We would highly recommend her.

The Wedding Words Toolkit made it extremely easy for us to put together our ideal ceremony and Lon had several great ideas about how to make our ceremony even more special. Something that was very memorable for us and our guests was that Lon asked us to each write 5 sentences to each other that Lon read during the ceremony. It was very special and allowed us to share our feelings with each other without having to write our own vows. We have received several comments from our guests on how great our officiant was and that he seemed like a close relative or friend. We knew right away that we had found our officiant, and shortly after, we were already raving about how much we liked him to friends and family! He was engaging, tender, respectful, and creative with a genuine comfort that we really connected to! Aaron and I wanted to incorporate some traditional Christian/Catholic touches, along with some modern wedding traditions and Rev. Todd was able to bring our ceremony to life! We also spoke with him about having a hand fasting ceremony done, which was an Irish wedding tradition that we wanted to have, and while he was unfamiliar with the actual act of hand fasting, he was more than open to learn and presented no barrier to having that included in our ceremony. He was so kind, sincere, and accepting of all of our wishes, and genuinely wanted us to have a perfect ceremony that spoke to both of us and set the tone for our celebration. He provided outstanding and compassionate guidance throughout the entire process, modifying and selecting readings, revising ceremony phrasing, and answering emails that had multiple questions. On more than one occasion, he made arrangements in his day for us to have brief phone calls so that we could speak to solidify our plan for the day. Our parents and all of our bridal and groom’s party commented on how genuine and nice he was the night of the rehearsal dinner, and the night of our wedding, he was so focused on Aaron and I that I felt like it was just the three of us in the room. Our guests commented that they had never seen an officiant be so focused on the bride and groom but that made the guest (200!) feel that they were a part of an intimate, personal celebration. We simply cannot say enough. There is NO NEED TO LOOK ANY FURTHER.

From extra photography time, to a larger cake, everyone made sure we had exactly what we wanted for our wedding day. The top deck of the Paddlefish was stunning and all of our guests loved the location and set up. The staff there (with the help of Glynn too) set up our chairs and decorations just the way we wanted and it turned out perfect. We finished our afternoon with a lunch at House of Blues, which turned out great too. Cannot say enough great things about this company. Definitely recommend to anyone planning a small Orlando area wedding.

Glynn provides us with a large assortment of sample ceremonies that we could pick and choose from that we definitely utilized but we also picked something unique to us for our unity ceremony. We had a unity volcano that was so much fun to make and then use at our ceremony. My husband and I poured vinegar into our volcano that had baking soda already in it. The Rev. Glynn seemed to genuinely enjoy the different path we took on our ceremony and told us of other unique ceremonies he had done. He was a real pro and made everyone perfect and easy for us! We would definitely recommend intimate ceremonies of Orlando!
