The charcuterie table looked like a work of art — it could have fed the entire wedding on its own! Every detail showed pride, passion, and professionalism. From the service and presentation to the quality and taste, everything was outstanding. And the dessert! The churros were warm, crisp, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. But their team decorated the whole table beautifully with fresh flowers, leaves and it helped brighten up the room. The service of the food was wonderful, they were very kind and even packed to-go boxes for the guests and brought the boxes for it. The team was very easy to communicate and organize when they arrived. In terms of clean up, when the party ended, it was amazing that they left the location in perfect conditions. It seemed like they were never here. All these aspects made it in amazing experience to have their service and I would choose them again for any other event.

They understood the importance of tradition and flavor and boy did they deliver ! Sensational Paella not only understands what food means to family and friends but that food has the power to transcend all barriers and bring joy to anyone who considers themselves a true “Foodie” (me)! Sensational Paella brought their A game and all of our friends and family are still talking about the food at our wedding! From day 1 of our intimate wedding menu tasting for 2, to all the meticulous details and surprise eats in their setup, sensational paella does not mess around. Our grazing table was out of this world! My personal favorites were the spicey batatas, the sautéed garlic shrimp, the wildly delicious thick cut and juicy chicharrón (pork belly) if you know you know and if you don’t _ trust my review!! My goodness! As if that is not all Sensational Paella was kind enough to throw in some surprise classic treats like Colombian empanadas and churros! Just wow! But wait there’s more! As I mentioned I was having a hard time finding my Guatemalan antojitos, the small signature classic cravings of my country, well when I was able to have someone deliver them the day of, during set up, Sensational Paellas Chef Julian was kind enough to incorporate my very own little antojitos onto our grazing table! I will forever be grateful for that moment. Sensational Paella not only has mastered the delicate art of paella, but captures the very essence of Latin flavor in every bite! Their professionalism, diligent and intricate presentation captures hearts and fills appetites all around! The memories created around a table filled with exquisite food surrounded by all of your loved ones are memories that will forever be treasured! Happiness in every bite! When it comes to Sensational Paella, they understood the assignment and truly went above and beyond! Our friends and family are still raving about the food at our wedding and now we need to think up another event to have them cater again! Thank you for such a memorable and delicious service! to making our day perfect was evident in every interaction. He made wedding planning enjoyable, and was happy to help in other areas such as our rental order and finding cost effective servers. He sold us on our first phone call with his genuineness and excitement for our day. We really felt so special.  To experience what we’d be getting the day-of, Julian hosted us for a tasting. Delicious food, some wine and getting to know each other, we left feeling like Julian was a friend as opposed to a vendor. AND we got to take home leftovers!! The day of the food was even better! Our guests are still raving about the delicious paella and the charcuterie spread. We’ve gotten several texts post wedding saying it was the best charcuterie spread they’d ever seen, the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding period and “I’ll be thinking about that paella for the rest of my life.” The presentation of everything was stunning as well. The venue manager noted that the staff were incredibly respectful and hard working. She also mentioned they were one of the best catering services she has worked with and wants to use them for their own internal events. People milling about town even kept coming up to the tent to see if food was for sale it smelled that good!  To boot, Julian sent us photos he took during the evening of food, guests, etc. as a pleasant surprise.  The biggest thank you Julian and the Sensational Paella Team!!!! We'll always be thinking of excuses to host an event to hire you again.

for large events, and this felt like a good way to remember him on the big day. Julian honored that sentiment and then some! Julian was very helpful and friendly throughout the process. He helped us understand what was possible with our budget, and he helped us make selections when it came to our table settings. He was friendly and easy to work with throughout the whole process, and he had everything handled when our wedding venue coordinator left her job and someone less familiar with the venue took over. On the day of, Julian and his team were on it! The cocktail hour spread and food were both amazing, and Julian made up plates and had waters ready for the bride and groom right after the ceremony, so we had plenty to snack on while we were having our couple's portraits done. He and his team were cooking up a show, and even let the ring bearer mix some of the paella, which the family got a real kick out of! He also took candid photos throughout the day, which felt like an added bonus. Even now, six months out from the wedding, people are still commenting about how amazing the food was. Our family is trying to come up with other occasions big enough that we could hire Julian again! We wholeheartedly recommend Julian and his team to anyone looking for amazing food.

it was so personal and we loved everything instantly. The only down fall was having to wait another 6 months to eat it again at our wedding. The wedding experience was so easy and again the food was amazing. People took his cards and I’ve been telling everyone to hire them for their next event. Everyone was amazed by the grazing table and the shrimp were a hit. I literally have 0 complaints. I’m just trying to figure out an excuse to hire them again. Thank you so much!
