Throughout the process they kept in touch, and as the wedding neared we had a catch up call and communicated a shot list, although we totally trusted their creative eye. My husband loved having Thad with him the day of the wedding and felt he was another one of his friends. Caitlin and Thad kept the vibe going the day of the wedding and it was the perfect mix of serious pictures as well as laughter and smiles. The pictures were delivered in a very reasonable timeframe and there are more than we could imagine. The gallery was the perfect balance of portraits and candid shots, which is exactly what we were hoping for. I had a few questions after the gallery was delivered and they were quick to reply and assist with my few edits. I absolutely loved working with Caitlin and Thad at September Company and will treasure our pictures forever.

They made us feel comfortable and we are two people who are not generally comfortable in front of a camera. We were coming from out of state, so Caitlin sent me a list of 30 or so recommendations for restaurants and various things to do in the city. They genuinely care about their clients and it shows. st beautiful photos to look back on. I go through these pictures every few days STILL because of how much emotion, beauty, and love was captured. When we first met the day of our elopement, I felt instantly comfortable and happy. The energy this beautiful couple put out really is nothing short of sunshine. leans! We hadn't decided on a ceremony location until the evening before the wedding and their willingness to go with the flow was greatly appreciated. On the day of the ceremony they managed to keep us on track (which was no easy task) and they fit right in with our Krewe. I'm eternally grateful to Caitlin for making sure that we were able to take pictures at several locations that I had requested. The pictures in the Tree of Life and outside Tipitinas are some of our favorites. Since we didn't have any family attend our elopement it was important that the photos captured the spirt and love of the day. All of our loved ones went nuts for the pictures! re in the early process of planning our destination wedding in New Orleans. We reached out to them and after a preliminary phone conversation knew that we found the perfect photographer tandem. We proceeded to have a truly fantastic engagement photo session during our visit to New Orleans as preparations continued for our big day. Caitlin and Thad worked in poetic harmony, making us feel comfortable, establishing a chemistry with us that would prove to serve us well come the day of our wedding, and were so personable and down to earth, all while fulfilling their professional duties to the fullest extent that my wife and I could imagine. Following that session, we knew that we could not be in better hands for our wedding. Fast forward several months and our assumptions came to fruition (which actually is a complete understatement). To say that this power couple photographer team helped make our wedding the grand slam that it was would not be doing them justice. Again, their collected and personable demeanor combined with their professional expertise made for an efficient, fun, and successful wedding day. They became front and center, taking the lead in coordinating certain shots when needed and assumed a subtle, unobtrusive presence when the environment called for it. I get so many compliments on the setting of our photos, the arrangement of details photo, and our second line photos, and I have to tell people I had nothing to do with it. Caitlin and Thad quietly created these perfect shots while I was just enjoying my day. We are so grateful for them and for the amazing memories they captured. We also loved their album designing technology. As we were working out of town when it was time to design the album, it allowed them to adjust the layout and photos in real time to tailor the album exactly as we wanted. They are able to show off different examples of the cutest movements (with each other) in the photo sessions for us to follow which is such a helpful guide to get the all the amazing shots they get without having any awkward posed photos. They made the most helpful timeline schedule of when different things could happen- which was a huge relief since we didn't have anyone else to do that nor had we done it our self. While getting ready, Caitlin was with the girls, and Thad was with the guys- making sure they captured both worlds leading up to our big moment. When it was time to bustle my dress- my maid of honor wasn't sure how to do it, but Caitlin was right on it! They were so helpful in every aspect.
