Very professional and designed our wedding reception music according to our likes and made notes on what we didn't want played. I highly recommend Sequoyah!

Jason was the best!! Prior to the wedding, we had extensive interactions discussing details for the big day. He was able to give direction while also listening to our needs and wants. On the day of, he rocked it! Our sound and lights were set exactly as planned for ceremony and reception. We danced the night away to all of our favorite songs with some of our favorite people! Jason was ready to party the night away with us, and would have if it was not for the curfew time at the venue. Highly recommend!!!

We had the pleasure of having Jason Lovely with Sequoyah Entertainment at our wedding ceremony in September 2018. Our experience with Jason was truly amazing from start to finish and he made the planning processing incredibly easy. During our telephone meeting prior to the event he was on top of all of the details and helped us create a timeline for the evening. He also offered great suggestions and ideas that we hadn’t thought about. All of our guests could not stop talking about how great Jason was and how much they loved the music. He completely understood the vibe we were going for and did such an amazing job. We cannot thank Jason enough for contributing to such a wonderful evening. Jason was wonderful to work with and an easy going guy! Only complaint is that I did give a list of music but he did not play much if any off of it. It may be because he didn’t have the songs but i wish he would have told me.

Jason was the DJ for our wedding, and we couldn’t be happier. Jason was super easy to work with and made our wedding a great success. He took the time to work through our timeline and how things are traditionally done with us, which was very helpful. Jason did a terrific job with the music during the wedding ceremony and the reception. He was also a fantastic MC during the reception prior to the dance party. He made sure to play all of the songs we requested, and he did an amazing job at keeping the crowd going during the dancing.

Jason is such an awesome DJ. Everyone at the wedding loved everything he played. Me and my husband truly enjoyed working with him. Jason is someone you instantly feel comfortable with and truly makes your wedding go more smoothly and very fun. Everyone was out dancing which was such a joy to see.

Jason (the owner) and Jeremiah (DJ) were absolutely amazing! Jason was extremely responsive and even helped create a timeline of events for the wedding day. Jeremiah was awesome the day of the wedding. We gave a detailed list of the songs we wanted him to play but not the order. He was able to read the crowd and at the end, no one wanted to stop dancing! Highly recommend!

This is a review for DJ/uplighting services I received from Sequoyah Entertainment for my wedding on April 11, 2015. Jason is not only a true professional and seriously talented MC, he’s also incredibly considerate, thoughtful and worked hard to make my wedding special to/for me. He was one of the few vendors involved with my wedding who didn’t say “this is how we usually do it…” or otherwise implied that they delivered one routine service for all of their wedding clients. Jason connected with me multiple times during the planning process to clarify details, song selection, venue set up, etc. and coordinated with my planner to make sure everyone was on the same page. We discussed every detail, how he would introduce us, the vibe we wanted to portray, the type of party we wanted – he covered everything and delivered on our plan perfectly the day of the wedding. During our reception, Jason was on top of everything and the entire evening ran so smoothly. Not a single hiccup or weird moment. We had nearly 230 guests and he made it a party for all of them. He also took charge during the reception as the MC, directing our guests to the next event (cake cutting, toasting, etc.) seamlessly – everything was perfect. He also made our venue – the Church on Main in Chattanooga – look awesome. He helped me pick out lighting colors/style based on my wedding palette and the feel I wanted for the evening. The manager at our venue commented multiple times on how professional the lighting looked – it really made such a huge difference in the space. The short of my experience with Sequoyah Entertainment is that Jason and his team are as good as it gets – top professionals who made sure every detail of their service was carried out. I would recommend Sequoyah Entertainment’s services to anyone who is looking for a smooth, well-run, and unique-to-you event, wedding or otherwise. I can’t rave enough about my experience with them.

Jason was the DJ at my brother's wedding and a friend's wedding and both were incredible experiences! I ended up getting married out of town which is the only reason I went with someone else, but I HIGHLY recommend this group to anyone else!
