In the 1970s it passed through a number of hands and renovation processes, the most notable by Bobby Robinson and Kent Smith. They bought the estate knowing it was their dream home, purchasing it in 2003. The property features the farmhouse, barn, and gardens ideal for a stroll and wedding photographs. The expansive lawn is perfect for a tent and outdoor weddings of up to 300 guests. Multiple dressing rooms, including in the Guesthouse, are available onsite for preparing for the big day. Serenata Farm boasts a European feel throughout its building and grounds, even weaving in actual furnishings from the continent. Deep-colored wainscoting envelops the richly appointed rooms, with gentle curves gracefully marking the interior furniture.
