Serendipitous Events

I cannot recommend Loghin and Serendipitous Events enough! She made planning fun, easy, and was super accommodating to our schedules. We cannot have imagined a more perfect day and a huge part of it was due to Loghin. We were able to enjoy every moment of our special day instead of focusing on all the little things. We are so thankful for all the time and effort Loghin took to make our day perfect 💕

If there was anything wrong on our day, I was blissfully unaware! Loghin is the absolute best hands down! I would have lost my mind without her!

Thank you Anna Moe and Serendipitous Events for a wonderful wedding!! Anna went above and beyond planning and enacting our wedding rehearsal party, ceremony, and multiple receptions. Anna is an excellent, efficient, and flexible project manager. We could tell that she put a ton of work into securing vendors, planning the aesthetics of the celebrations, and coordinating the many moving pieces involved in planning our Sioux Falls wedding while we lived out-of-state. We connected with Serendipitous Events hoping primarily for set-up and clean-up support for the wedding day, which are large tasks in their own right, but Anna ultimately helped so much beyond these tasks -- she worked for months to secure vendors and help us make plans and schedules for the busy days surrounding the wedding, to ensure that everything went well. Our wedding day was so much fun, and we have Anna to thank for making it a fabulous event for our family and friends. Can't thank her enough!!!

100% recommend! We hired for day of and clean up. Anna delivered!! She was organized, friendly, energetic, and professional. She went above and beyond to help figure out some ideas. We had zero stress leading up to our wedding and the day of. By the time we finished saying goodbyes our cars were loaded and we were able to walk out of the venue. So thankful for Anna!!

Loghin was AMAZING! Our wedding was in Mexico and we heard great reviews about her so we reached out and it was by far the best decision ever made. She started helping about 3 months prior with our package we chose and helped with ideas of decor, spacing, timing, etc. She then came to Mexico with us and worked with my vendors to figure out timing, placement, etc. and was very patient with the language barrier. She made it extremely stress free prior to the wedding as well as the wedding weekend. She helped with the littles things you forget about as well like sending people down the aisle on time, and getting everyone to cocktail hour directly as well as bringing everyone in for the reception. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE AND ANYONE!!!!!!!

I don’t think there are enough positive words, to explain the experience my husband and I had with Loghin. She was absolutely what we needed. She completely understood what we wanted; as it wasn’t your typical wedding reception. She blew us away. I remember seeing the space after the wedding and being left breathless….it was beyond perfect. I really don’t know what I would have done without her. We love her, and feel totally grateful for her and her amazing work.

I worked with Jess and Loghin. There are SO many more details that go into wedding planning than I had ever imagined. These ladies were at their emails and phones at seemingly all hours. More than this they helped me feel relaxed when I (or my Mom) felt ultra stressed, and provided so much direction for everyone involved. They also know all the vendors and collaborated with everyone flawlessly before the wedding, and everything was seamless throughout the wedding night. 100% recommend and truly worth every penny. Thank you!

Loghin was absolutely amazing. She answered all my wedding questions I had while planning. She helped me line up vendors and made sure I was not missing anything on my day. When the wind knocked over the arch and damaged the flowers on it, she got things picked up and put the flowers back together so you could barely tell anything happened to them. She made everything stress free, and was easily the best money I spent on my wedding!

Rebecca went above and beyond in all aspects. From day 1 of meeting her, I could depend on her every step of the way. Her communication with myself and all vendors was excellent and always in a timely manner. I loved how she truly wanted to make this the best day ever for my fiancé (at the time) and I and she definitely succeeded. Rebecca made planning a wedding out of town extremely exciting and was so accommodating when setting up meetings. The family and friends who attended the wedding were beyond impressed with every aspect of the wedding. From the details at the church, to the most beautiful reception at Minnehaha Country Club, we couldn’t be any happier. We will be forever grateful for her.

I’m not sure where to begin, but Becca was absolutely AMAZING. On the day of, I did not have one worry. She took care of everything, and I was able to get ready at ease with my mom and my girls. She handled everything, and she was so calm through it all. Our day went so smooth (at least in my eyes !), and that was thanks to Becca. Our venue looked absolutely gorgeous because of her set up, our flowers were all in place because of her, and all of our vendors knew where/when they needed to be somewhere. Not enough words can describe how grateful we are for her!! Becca responded in such a timely manner with everything, and we are beyond lucky to have had her!!

I can't say enough good things about Serendipitous Events and our planner, Rebecca. We booked the full planning package and it was the best decision for us as we live out of state. My husband and I, and all of our guests, had such a good time on our wedding day thanks to all the organizing and planning Rebecca put into it. She truly makes it stress-free for the couple. I loved all the vendors we had, thanks to Rebecca's recommendations. We are so grateful to her for the hard work she did to make our day so special. I would absolutely recommend her and Serendipitous to anyone.

Loghin, Loghin, Loghin.. WHERE DO I START. At first, I was weary of a wedding planner. I am very organized, independent, heck, I plan/planned events at my current and previous job so I thought I wouldn’t really need the help. Boy, was I WRONG. She helped with so much more than planning! It was nice to have someone to run things by and the extra help was amazing. My mom and I were able to be 100% present the day of my wedding. I did not see the venue until my reception but I knew it would be just how I imagined! She was able to handle my vendors and their questions. If anything went wrong that day, I still have no idea! She took care of 100% EVERYTHING. So thankful to have booked Loghin as my wedding planner!

I had Becca as my day of coordination planner and let me tell you....probably the absolute best decision I have ever made. I had zero stress and zero worries the day of my wedding. Her communication with me and my vendors was fantastic, always replied in a timely manner. She met with all my vendors with me, confirmed times, actually dealt with rental companies for me, and made a very detailed timeline/schedule for me as well as vendors to follow. She also did every aspect of setting up the day of. As I was getting ready and enjoying my day as a bride should, she was working her tail off to make my venue absolutely perfect (which it was) for when I showed up. I had the most beautiful and perfect day because of Becca. Everyone should hire this beautiful human if they want to have the most amazing and perfect wedding day and experience. LOVE HER and thank her for making my wedding better than I could have ever imagined!

My experience with Serendipitous Events is seriously hard to put into words. Loghin was a LIFE SAVOR. My husband and I were married at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic and I don't think I could have mentally handled all of the quick decisions without the help of my planner. Not only was she a life savor during that week, I felt so supported the weeks prior and the weeks following as my husband and I attempted (and pulled off!)to plan a reception in September. If you haven't already, book this group to help you through your wedding planning journey. I will sing their praises from the rooftops for forever because of how amazing they are! As a couple, you will want to enjoy and savor every moment of your wedding planning experience-- Serendipitous Events provides you with an opportunity to do that.

Loghin is an angel from above. My mom and I were completely overwhelmed when I first got engaged. We didn't know where to start, what to prioritize, or where to begin. We didn't have a vision or truly any idea of what we wanted for the wedding at all, but Loghin helped direct us to a clear vision with amazing vendors that would be able to exceed our expectations. If I could go back in time and plan my wedding over again, the very first thing I would do is hire Loghin. She knew every little thing that needed to be planned and decided on, details we would have forgotten about or would have overlooked. She was extremely professional while also being so fun and easy to get along with. She wasn't afraid to direct wedding guests or scold the bridal party when needed so I didn't have to look like bridezilla :). I would recommend any bride planning their wedding from a distance to hire Loghin or truly anyone from Serendipitous. Such a professional and lovely group to work with. They work so well with all vendors. My wedding day was absolutely seamless and I wouldn't change a thing thanks to Loghin! -SO MUCH LOVE!

Sara was fantastic! she helped plan our timeline for our big day, gather all last minute information, and of course help make our day extremely stress free and beautiful! It was so nice not having to worry about the small details. I cannot thank her enough for everything she did for us!

Becca was awesome! I didn’t have to stress about anything because I knew she had it all taken care of! I really don’t think I would have enjoyed my wedding day without her because I would have had too many things running through my mind. SO HAPPY with Rebecca and Serendipitous!

WOW! What an amazing experience!! We had Loghin as our wedding planner and I couldn't have been happier with how everything turned out! Worth every penny and more! She made it 100% our day, made sure everyone was where they were suppose to be, scheduled when photographer, DJ, etc was there, and even coordinated with everyone in the wedding party. I mean, I feel I can never express how amazing the experience was. If you are or aren't debating a wedding planner I would for sure squeeze it into your budget!! You aren't supposed to be stressed on your big day and they will ensure you aren't!!!

Loghin ensured our dream day became a reality! The entire day was more than I could have ever imagined. Even though the day was rainy she made sure the day went off without a hitch! She even dried all of the guest seats for our outdoor ceremony. I was able to spend the morning relaxing with my bridal party and family, because I knew everything was going to turn out stunningly! I highly recommend Loghin and Serendipitious Events!

I really don't know how to put words to how amazing my experience was with Serendipitous Events. If you are even thinking about having a wedding planner - do it! I had the amazing privilege of working with Jessica, Loghin, and Casey. I chose the day of wedding package and it was the best decision I made planning my wedding. From the first time I met each of them they made me feel so understood and honestly like I was family. No matter the hour or weird wedding question - they would have the answer. I seriously cannot say enough about this amazing team of beautiful ladies. I will never be able to thank you for making my wedding day come to life and feel like an absolute DREAM!
