I found Serendipity Bridal while looking for a shop that carried Allure Bridals. When I read about the bridal experience I would have at their salon, I was super excited to visit. ...

You get a two hour appointment and basically the whole shop to yourself so you feel very special. When I walked in, I was greeted by name and taken to a room with a sign welcoming me to the shop. My mother and I were offered water or champagne while we shopped, and after hearing how the dresses were arranged, we were given a box with small clothes pins to attach to any hanger of dresses we liked. Those dresses were then taken to the fitting room and I was able to try on as many as I liked. Karina was my consultant and I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. She was helpful but also gave myself and my parents time to make a decision on our own. I would 1000% recommend this bridal salon to anyone looking for a special experience while finding their dream gown!

pointment was amazing, I was personally greeted, was seen to my own private room, and the knowledgeable attendants provided an incredible experience for me to explore their selections with zero-rush or pressure. They have a super cute system for brides to select their try-ons. I was handed a little box of mini white clothespins and I could pin any dress I wanted to try - and as many as I wanted. It made for a fun moment with my mom and best friend and I seeking out different styles. We were treated to complimentary champagne and had the absolute best experience. I would recommend Serendipity Bridal to anyone!

personal and made the appointment so much fun. They have so many styles even though it is a smaller boutique, so I loved getting to try every style of dress. I also loved getting to know the ladies working because they were fantastic.

rtable from the moment I walked in! The offered me and my Man of Honor refreshments and guided us through the whole process! I picked out as many dresses as I wanted to try and we worked through each one. The ladies thoroughly listened to my feedback about each gown and helped me find the perfect one! Their prices are fair and reasonable and their selection of gowns are unique and stunning! I bought my dress the same day and they are helping me get it fitted to my form. l and special compared to other shops where you have to walk out to a shared platform with 3 or 4 other brides and their crews. I took a long time to officially make my decision, even though I ended up with my top pick from my very first visit. The shop was so accommodating with my four separate visits to try on the same dress again and again. And if they recommend their seamstress Sherri, use her! She did a fabulous job with my alterations.

nd that it was a 2 hour appointment. Kelsey helped me find my dream dress and she was so friendly, fun and made my experience so special. I had shopped at a few other places and they didn't even come close to the experience I had at Serendipity. I can't wait to pick up my dress!

ppointment only, I really felt like I got all the help and attention to detail I needed. Kelsey was so pleasant to work with and she was so kind to my sister and her little toddler running around. It was overall such a great experience and I would 100% recommend!

Their selection is made up of quality designs ranging from simple, ornate, to totally unique dresses. I’d recommend following them on Instagram to keep an eye on their dress of the week! Danielle and her team are helpful, personable, and empathetic. It’ll feel like you’re trying on dresses with a group of friends! Not only did they give ME the best experience, but they also gave my Maid of Honor and mom the best experience while they waited for me to try on dresses, which left an incredible impression on them and me. Serendipity operates by appointment to give people the best one-on-one experience available, but you won’t feel pressured to purchase at all. I’m so glad I found my dress there! I can’t recommend Serendipity enough to anyone going dress shopping!
