We absolutely LOVED our experience with Serendipity for both our wedding videography and VOAST (video toast!). They were spectacular and did such a good job to capture so many mom...
ents that were so dear to us at our wedding. They were also wonderful to allow us to provide feedback to our feature film (about 13min) that was of our wedding day to tweak anything and include/take out things that we wanted to. I cannot say enough good things about them - also Taryn is very quick to communicate and we loved the team that we were paired with on our wedding day! Thank you again for this wonderful experience - we are so happy we chose you!
These guys were great! Super professional and fun to be around. Taryn, the owner is also super sweet and professional. Several packages to choose from and all reasonably priced. Th...

Serendipity Cinema was SO great to work with! From the start when we booked with them they were quick to communicate with us, helped us choose the package that would be best for us...
and suit our needs, and made the process so beyond easy. We knew from the moment we communicated with Taryn that we were in good hands and the stress of finding a videographer was lifted from our shoulders. The day of the wedding the videographers were amazing! they were so fun to work with and captured all of the special moments of our big day! They were quick to get us the feature film and the rest of the footage followed shortly after. All of the footage captured our day perfectly and is such a cherished memory we get to continue to watch back to relive the most special day! Highly recommend Serendipity Cinema for your wedding videographer, you wont regret it!!
We would hire this team over and over again to film our wedding. Taryn was very informative while preparing us for the process. On our wedding day, two of her associates showed u...
p promptly. They were super nice and professional. They stayed the entire day tirelessly. They instructed me how to move and pose. I love them!
Then within a week, we got the Teaser! And all the films a couple of weeks later. They are AMAZING! Such beautiful cinematography. They brought us back to that day and those feelings we felt at our wedding. They told our story and we felt the happiness. Taryn is accommodating and definitely cool. Trust these artists to record your best day!
This is just how good Serendipity Cinematography is at their craft:
I received the teaser trailer of our wedding film today (11 days being married- record time!), and not only did...
it bring me to tears, it made our guests cry, and invitees who could not make it to the wedding cry.
The search for a videographer was not easy, until I spoke to owner Taryn Pollock. Ms. Pollock was honest with me regarding her journey as a film maker, and the lessons she learned along the way to deliver the best teams and films for couples. I sincerely appreciated her candor, couple's questionnaire, and helping us create additional options to the "Romantic" package we purchased to fit our needs and wedding timeline.
One of the things I am most grateful for is Ms. Pollock's strategy for success when it came to having videographers work alongside photographers. Phil and Sebastian were AMAZING! I don't know how videographers in Serendipity Cinema are selected (or if they volunteer to take on) a project, but it is perfect. Both gentlemen were very attentive, patient, and sweet, and got along with my photographer seamlessly. It felt as if we were all having fun on a college project together at times. Even so, Phil and Sebastian were paying very close attention to detail to the point where I gained the perspective of what the guests were seeing throughout the wedding.
To any couples considering Serendipity Cinematography, including those planning an Arizona wedding outside of Arizona:
Wedding videos have evolved greatly over the last few decades. And while the investment might seem steep, the value and quality of the videos from Serendipity Cinematography are priceless and unparalleled. I am glad I took the risk.
If I could have done ONE thing differently had budget allowed for it, I would have added drone footage. It is the coolest thing to see the landscape and venue from above.
Our experience with Serendipity Cinematography, who filmed our wedding day, was truly exceptional. The booking process was straightforward, aided by their comprehensive package det...
ails available on their website. Opting for the Romantic package, which included 8 hours of Cinematography, 2 Cinematographers, Social Media Teaser, 8-minute Feature Film, Ceremony Film, Toast Film, and Digital Delivery, was a fantastic choice. The cinematographers exhibited the utmost professionalism, while their friendly and humorous nature put us at ease. Their guidance ensured we captured quality shots, allowing us to relax and shine on our special day. We are immensely grateful for the incredible work Serendipity Cinema provided, preserving our wedding memories in a stunning and meaningful way.
Serendipity was an absolute dream to work with. Taryn and her team were incredibly responsive, friendly, creative, and talented. Phil and Clayton were a phenomenal ‘day of’ team – ...
kind, easy going and brought such positive energy to the day, all while remaining totally unobtrusive with filming. They were truly an idealistic crew to work with and I am eternally appreciative.
And their work was indescribably beautiful. They have absolutely mastered their craft. My family and I were in tears of joy watching the teaser and full length films. The quality is impeccable, and the turnaround time was insanely fast considering how perfect the films turned out – about 1.5 weeks for the teaser and around 6 weeks for the remainder of the films.
I truly could not have asked for a better team to share such a momentous day with.
We thoroughly enjoyed working with the film crew day-of (Garrett & Allorie), and think they did a wonderful job capturing the beauty, emotion, and events of the day. We're very tha...
nkful for the editing team who did a terrific job putting it all together with great sound, transitions, and storytelling.
Everyone's communication and help throughout the process was stellar and we love how the final version of our wedding film ended up and are so grateful to the Serendipity team. They listened and executed our edits from the first version wonderfully.
Had such a great experience with Serendipity! Booking was easy, and our two videographers the day of our wedding were great and a ton of fun. We received our teaser film about 1.5 ...
weeks after our wedding and it is better than anything I could have expected!! Haven't even gotten the rest our films, but needed to post a review because of how amazing they are. If you want the most beautiful films of memories book them!!!

r assigned videographers, Lukas and Sebastian, were so wonderful on the day of our wedding. They showed us sneak peeks throughout the day and continuously gave us feedback to keep us feeling comfortable in front of the cameras. They sent us our trailer video just 10 days after our wedding and they captured our day so perfectly. We just know that our full wedding video will be perfect! We are so glad that we booked Serendipity Cinematography!
The Serendipity team did such an incredible job with the whole videographer experience. They were so easy to get started with, asked questions that made sure they knew us as a coup...
le, got the videos to us promptly and they far exceeded our expectations. On our wedding day, you could barely tell they were there but got the most AMAZING moments of our special day and worked behind the scenes in sync with our photographers. The videos were better than anything I could have imagined - for a company that has never seen us interact before, they captured our wedding as if they were a family member. They reflected our personalities perfectly, and knew based on a pre-wedding questionnaire. They have allowed us to relive our wedding day as many times as we want - better than our own memory can serve. There isn't even a choice whether to choose Serendipity or not! It is worth shifting pennies for this team… :)
The crew was amazing! They worked seamlessly with our photographers and were the nicest people. I can't wait to see the finished product.
I can't say enough about Serendipity Cinematography! Professional from beginning to end! I work with many videographers and Serendipity is going to get my business if I have my say...

g films himself for a couple of years now. So when it came to our wedding we both knew that mediocre anything was not going to satisfy my husband. Serendipity was the answer for my husband's need for perfection. We are both so satisfied with our wedding video. Taryn was great to work with. She made sure she knew exactly how we wanted our video to look. Paige, who shot our wedding, was great and fun to work with. You definitely get what you paid for with Serendipity. For anyone who has a particular eye for film I would recommend Serendipity.

s fantastic and I can’t wait to see more from our wedding day. This was such a great investment, as our wedding was a blur. It will be nice to get to relive the highlights from our special day, thanks to Serendipity! Our bride and groom interviews were fabulous as well! I would highly recommend!

Biltmore. There's nothing like moving picture that brings you back to the story of your day. They captured our wedding day so beautifully, it transports me back to those joyous moments. We picked Serendipity because we love their signature style. I love how natural the colors are, true to the day as I will remember it. The team is an absolute delight to work with, I knew we were in great hands. I would hire Serendipity again in a heart beat. If you're looking for a videographer for your wedding day, not sure which one to pick? Look no further, Serendipity is by far the best. Thank you Taryn and the whole team for making our day so special. The video brings back all the emotions for us, the happiest day of our lives. Thank you.
I can’t say enough good things about Serendipity!! Just WOW!! Their service up to the wedding day, the day of, and after were all incredible. Taryn is a rockstar and her teams are ...
so talented! We had Sarah, Madison, and Chrissy and they made my husband and I feel so comfortable all day and really captured those little moments that meant so much to us! We always knew we needed a wedding film to capture not only the look of the day, but the feel and sound that photographers can’t capture and Serendipity did that and more! We actually purchased a Same Day Edit where we have an editidor on site and they edit a 3-5 minute video to be played at the end of the night of our whole wedding day.. all of our guests were in tears! Such an incredible add on and I would do it again and again. Serendipity truly is the best of the best!! We are so happy we included them on our wedding day. I will forever get back all the little moments, words, and the way my husband said his wedding vows to me on our wedding day year after year. Worth. Every. Penny. Thank you Serendipity!!
Choosing Serendipity as our videographer for our wedding day was one of THE best decisions we made!

h how amazing and beautifully it all was captured. They paid attention to the details in the questionnaire we filled out and it's all just flawless. They captured our story just how we'd imagined and we are just so happy.
Taryn, their head coordinator/manager, is AMAZING. She is responsive, caring and so helpful throughout the entire process! They took great care of us and take their time creating beautiful content! Trust me, I know 6 months sounds like a long time (but sometimes they get it to you at 5 months - like they did for us!) and trust me, it's SO worth the wait! You won't be disappointed. :)
Thank you so much for giving us the greatest keepsake we'll ever have! You guys are seriously THE BEST!!

ecause I wanted to be able to relive our perfect day through video footage! From the very beginning of my search Taryn took it upon herself to work with me and find the package that would provide everything that we wanted but that also fit our budget! She and her team always made themselves available for questions as the planning went on! They were incredible day of- and even went out of their way to capture moments they weren't sure were going to happen! And now that we have our video back, we are truly realizing just how amazing this company is! Our film is perfect and feels like we are there in those special moments again! It is so beautifully edited and the most important parts are surely there! I am forever grateful and will cherish our video forever!

apher to capture that "special" moment. I've always thought a phenomenal photo, is what would best describe your emotion in THAT moment..lock it in time.. it wasn't until I spoke with Serendipity, watched their unique design in video, got to know the team ..that I realized.. a video isn't a "luxury" it's just as much a necessity as your sparkly bridal shoes and bouquet! My husband and I have watched our wedding video countless times in the past month, we both have goosebumps and tears in our eyes, each time. It is truly a forever keepsake that captured not only the intense emotions of that day, but the team gathered our friends and family..secretly.. and created a "well wishes" clip for us to enjoy.. it warms every inch of us to listen to each one! The team brought the reception room to happy tears.. with a "same day edit" surprise.. with sweet, heartfelt, wedding day words recorded by my husband and I !! Thank you Serendipity, you made our day truly unforgettable!!!!!!!!

istening and understanding the look and vision we had for our day and our film. When Jeff and Sean showed up on the day of, they make you feel super comfortable! Most of the day I didn't even know they were there. They blend in to the background and totally capture genuine moments.
Our wedding film makes us cry overtime we watch it, which is far more often then I would have expected. Its perfect in every way! We would recommend them time and time again to anyone that asks!
ABSOLUTE BEST INVESTMENT I MADE!!! So many people told me to hiring a videographer and I just wasn't sold on it... Then I came across Serendipity's website and fell in love with th...
eir films. But it wasn't just their work that made me love them. It was the entire experience. From beginning to end the entire experience was seamless. You can tell they are a well oiled machine. I also loved that I worked with the owner Taryn through my whole experience. I wasn't just another wedding to her. I felt like I was her only wedding. The team of videographers that filmed my wedding was an all girl team and they were AWESOME. They just got it... Probably because no one understands the importance of a wedding day like another girl does. My Trailer arrived shortly after my wedding and I was BLOWN away!!! Then a few months later I received my film and I cried all the way through. Reliving my day was the most incredible gift. They captured so many elements I never knew existed. The way they told the story, the beautiful shots... I never even knew they were there!! These are moments I would never get back and I was so grateful I invested in Serendipity!!
One word....AMAZING !! These guys captured our day so incredibly and the film they put together is spectacular. We can't stop watching our film and show it off constantly to our fr...
iends, family and co-workers. Everyone agrees its the greatest wedding film they have ever seen. Our same day edit brought our guests to tears and i still get chills when we watch it. The entire team was a pleasure to work with and they were essentially invisible throughout the day. They are a little expensive but.....ABSOLUTELY worth it !!! Watch our film and you will undoubtedly agree !!!
Coming from someone who didn't think she needed a wedding videographer, Serendipity is beyond incredible! Taryn is so easy to communicate with and answered countless emails of mine...
. She sent me links to some of her favorite videos that her team has made, and I was sold!
It is a huge investment, but one that I am so glad we made. We will have this video forever! We also got to hear some really sweet things in the Guest Well Wishes from family members that we otherwise might not have heard.
When we watch the video, it brings back all the emotions of the day. The documentary style Serendipity uses is so personal and professional. The video is delivered as a link in your email that can be downloaded, and the "homepage" is set up to mimic a DVD menu.
I thought it would be weird having a photography team and videography team following us around all day, but in the heat of the moment I was focused on so many other things that I didn't even notice them. Our wedding was 3/12/16 and we received the finished film 8/2/16. We opted to get the Wedding Movie Trailer, so about two weeks after our wedding day we received a two-minute preview which was breathtaking to say the least. This trailer is also included in the menu of our finished film.
Book Serendipity while you can! You will not regret it!!!
Wow. Wow. JUST WOW. We were on the fence about whether we wanted to have a videographer, but THANK GOODNESS we did! And THANK GOODNESS we chose Serendipity. After meeting with seve...
ral videographers, we were disheartened. The videos were too "cheesy" or looked very low budget. Then, we met Taryn. There's a reason Serendipity is as popular as they are. They know what they are doing and they do it very well! The team we had the day of the wedding were professional and personable, and they caught so many special, key moments. In the chaos of the wedding day, a lot of it is such a blur, it's nice to have these memories to relive in moving color! Best of all, we got our wedding movie trailer three short weeks after our wedding and we are just in awe! Im pretty sure I've watched it every day since we got it. We shared it with several family and friends who said they cried and watched it several times themselves. I can't imagine what the actual movie will be like! Thank you Serendipity for making our wedding come back to life! Seriously, if you are on the fence about hiring a videographer, just hire Serendipity. I promise you will not regret it!
These guys are pros. Taryn and her team really know what they are doing. We filled out a survey (piece of advice: should you go with Serendipity, take your time with this as they r...
eally rely on this to create your video) and using only this they did a great job of capturing our style and personalities. The day of everyone was so professional and accommodating (helping me carry water and other stuff to first look etc, etc). We got the trailer back pretty quickly and it was amazing. I can't wait to see the full length video.
Another piece of unsolicited advice - DO go with a videographer. I had several married friends tell me that they watch their video annually on their anniversary and now with their young children. On the day of your wedding, your short term memory fills up and you will not remember it all. Fact.Trust Serendipity to capture it all, artistically and in a way that is authentic to you as a couple!
Taryn was incredible to work with and was so easy to communicate with. And the video turned out exactly how we wanted! I strongly recommend working with them.
Phenomenal customer service, professionalism and great work! Our video took a little under 5 months to complete, but they were totally up front with us on the time frame and were ...
finished one month early! The only thing I would change would be to not receive just a link, but also a dvd as our tv doesn't work well with internet links. However, they were very efficient in referring us to a company that could produce them for us at a minimal cost.
I love their service. Their videos are always professional and top notch.
Oh my gosh, we just got our wedding movie trailer back from Serendipity within three weeks of our event (talk about fast in the middle of wedding season!) and it.is.amazing. I ser...
iously have watched it almost every day since they sent it because everything from the moments they captured to the song they selected was perfection. We can't wait to see the finished product in a few months when it's ready!
The entire team Serendipity had on site with us that day was wonderful; everyone was so nice and friendly, they were a joy to work with and half the time we forgot they were even there! But the trailer definitely proved they were because some of those stealthy shots they got were phenomenal :) Not to mention the entire process of selecting/ordering the package, preparing for the day, etc. was super organized and I loved that I could do it all online.
If you're on the fence about getting videography for your wedding - DO IT. What no one tells you is that in the weeks after your wedding you may go through a period of feeling really sad that it's over and/or like you missed so much of it because it all flew by so fast. This is where the wedding movie trailer saves the day! Hire Serendipity, get the trailer, I promise you will be so happy you did. I know we are!
These guys were amazing! They worked great with our photographers and were a lot of fun. So far we only have seen the wedding trailer, but it was absolutely the best wedding video...
I have ever seen. It is so much more than a video. It makes me cry every time I see it. Everyone says it is the best thing they have ever seen.
I got my 2 minute wedding snip-it 3 days after the wedding. Everyone who has seen it has literally teared up. It is gorgeous! I can't wait to see the rest of the videos. It's price...
y, we even thought of down grading our package but are soooo glad we didn't. People say " we never even watched our video" it's because there video wasn't done like this. I've watched mine over 17 times already. It is literally my own personal music video, like my life was a romantic moving montage. What every girl dreams she will look like. I just can't explain. Visit their website!!
My husband got me Serendipity Cinematography for my wedding gift. This is the best investment and really made my wedding complete. Going into the wedding, I already regretted not ...
having Serendipity but Dennis surprised me and made the wedding complete.
Serendipity did an amazing job and sent us a "wedding trailer" less than 1.5 wks after the wedding. You barely knew they were even there but they captured all the best parts of the wedding! Dennis said they were more than helpful and accomodating when he booked them.
THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU, Serendipity for making my wedding complete and giving me a memory I'll be able to relive forever!!
They are truly the best videographers in Phoenix! Probably the best decision I made was hiring them (besides the dress :)) Worth every penny!
They are very very expensive. I was told they were worth every penny.
They are not. They are however very good... just not worth every penny.
The highlight piece needed to be r...
e-worked twice.
The videogrpahers missed my daddy-daughter dance and some of the full ceremony on the DVD had the wrong music and a jump cut.
They tried to tell me since I didn't spend more money on a more expenisve package I had less experienced people shooting and editing my wedding. Wow! BTW where it says more than 600 think more like 2000. I guess I should have spent 3000?
What an amazing company…truly great people that love what they do. We hadn’t planned on using a videographer, but it would have been the biggest mistake if we hadn’t. I went to a v...
endor party at Sassi (our ceremony and reception site). When I was there I met a videographer for Serendipity and had an immediate connection with her and the goal of their company. I got a sample package to take home and watch some videos and trailers they had made in the past and was BLOWN AWAY when we watched it.
We met with owner Taryn Bills 2 months before our wedding and she went over everything with us including their goals for our day. She also spent a good amount of time asking about us; who we are, what our relationship is like, where we met, etc. which we both loved. 6 weeks before the wedding Taryn sent a 7-page wedding questionnaire for us to fill out about the wedding. It touched on every part of the day to make sure they got EVERYTHING we wanted into the video.
The day of the two camera 3-person team showed up right on time and began rolling. They did interviews and got all the important pre-wedding stuff. They shot all night. Our wedding was the Saturday before Thanksgiving and by Wednesday we got an email from Taryn (while on our honeymoon) with a 3 ½ minute trailer of our wedding. She said they were working hard to have it done in time to show our families on Thanksgiving. It was AMAZING! Seriously BEAUTIFUL. My husband and I must have watched it 10 times that night and probably a combined 100 times since. We have sent it to everyone and have heard amazing feedback.
Serendipity has made our wedding memory something we will have and cherish forever. The day goes by so fast, without them, there are things I would never have remembered!
Thanks Serendipity!!
Serendipity Videography did beautiful work on my wedding video. They were able to capture all the special moments of the day and the final product looked fantastic! It took a long ...
time (5 months) to receive my wedding video, but it was worth the wait.
I knew from the moment I watched the demo's on Serendipity's website that I had to use them in my wedding! I found myself crying over other people's weddings I had never met before...
! There are so many people who try to present themselves as videographers, and we almost decided not to use one, until we found Serendipity. Taryn was great to work with, and the entire team the day of our wedding were so much fun! We received our final video and it went beyond our expectations. Thank you Serendiptiy Videography for documenting our wedding with the awesome video you created!
