We also highly recommend working with Hayley from Serendipity as she went above and beyond to make sure the day was perfect. Leading up to our wedding she worked closely with us to get all of the logistics in order and then during the day of the wedding she worked very hard to make sure the timeline was going smoothly, everyone was taken care of, and we had all of the necessary stuff that we needed. We would highly recommend anyone to book Serendipity for their wedding!

makeup came to us in the morning. We were able to run a tab at the Tasting Room and they provided coffee, pastries and then lunch items, this made the day so easy. We used Hayley to coordinate our wedding and she was wonderful to work with, providing great ideas beforehand and making our day flow effortlessly. She helped all the vendors and set up our decor, making pivots if necessary. Everything was beautiful and ran seamlessly. We utilized the arbor (ceremony), brown barn (cocktail hour), and tent (reception), the event space and grounds are beautiful and made for a magical wedding experience. We highly recommend Serendipity and Hayley for your wedding day!

Everything we wanted or asked for was somehow accommodated and we were left with zero stress on the actual wedding day. She made our big day absolutely perfect and was incredibly flexible throughout the entire process. hosting approximately 185 guests. The original plan was to have the ceremony outside in their beautifully manicured landscape & trees. During the morning and early afternoon set-up process, the skies were clear with a 'slight chance of rain' coming in around 7pm. Well, being we live in Kansas, a gentle rain came in at 4pm instead, which was 1 hour before the ceremony was to start at 5pm. Game time decision was made at 4:15, and Amy and her incredible crew were able to completely reset the ceremonial venue from outside to inside the property's main barn. This included all the chairs (organized and wiped down), the alter, the flowers...everything! It looked amazing!!! Plus, the ceremony still started at 5:10pm. The guests that were not able to be seated on the main floor where able to view the ceremony from the upstairs balcony of the barn...so all 185 guests were still able to view the vows. This made the wedding ceremony far more intimate for the Bride, Groom, wedding party, both families, and the guests. What else could you ask for in a wedding? Needless to say, Serendipity was able to turn what could have been a disaster into a wedding event that exceeded all our expectations. We cannot thank you enough! The idea of wedding photos nestled in the tree line, flower garden, and vineyards didn't quite work out as planned. However, Serendipity's physical structures (inside and outside) made for other incredible photos. Plus, the pics of the wedding party with Serendipity's clear umbrellas are really special, as they captured the beauty of the moment...and show that even unplanned weather cannot derail the excitement of our wedding event. The Bride's family (Mom, Dad, Bride, and Brother), we toured at least six other wedding venues to find the special place. Serendipity was our first stop and it set the high bar for the others to beat...and they all fell short. Beyond the wonderful amenities, scenery, staff, service, etc... Serendipity is able to deliver, our daughter (the Bride) shared one more personal detail in the selection of this venue. She shared that her (and her now husband) wanted the wedding to be somewhere that can be visited over and over again later on so those treasured memories can always stay close to their hearts (so sweet). With Serendipity's public tasting room, She Shed barn, and BnB, it provides options that none of the other wedding event 'spaces' can offer. This is because they are event venues only and don't offer the 'come back and see us again' functional hospitality. We always look forward to going to Serendipity for a bottle...or two...of wine to enjoy with family and friends. Plus, we now have a few more reasons to reminisce about the unbelievable effort Serendipity was able to pull off to enable our incredible wedding event...even with questionable weather. us. We stayed in the SheShed on our wedding night, and it was perfect. The brown barn and rose garden were absolutely beautiful. We had a micro wedding, but they are set up for accommodating larger weddings too. I’d recommend them to anyone. We’re excited to be able to go back for some amazing wine and atmosphere. We plan to stay in the Sheshed again for future anniversaries. Thank you to Amy and her staff. Everyone was so kind!

ct for what we wanted. We had a small wedding ceremony in the rose garden right outside the brown barn. Stayed on property in the "She Shed" that night as well as got ready there beforehand. The sunset was beautiful and our pictures turned out great with a lot of natural light. Amy (owner) was friendly and easy to work with. She communicated well and promptly any time we had questions. We also had Serendipity serve their own wine and wine slushies to our guests afterwards, delicious! The brown barn was the perfect modern space for our reception too! Really appreciated all the natural flowers already there - helped save on floral costs. Serendipity literally had it all and we couldn't be more grateful to have found this special place! There was plenty of shade for all of our guests and beautiful wooded areas that made the most romantic location for photos! Amy is wonderful to work with and has the fastest response time out of anyone! She provides gorgeous wooden farmhouse tables and chairs that require very little decoration. We also rented the beautiful She Shed, which was the perfect set up for the bridal party to spend the day getting ready! I cannot count how many of our guests complimented us on our venue - everyone loved it and had an amazing time!

Miniature horses and a sweet Great Pyrenees add to the charm of the venue. The property provided us with exactly what we’re were looking for on our special day. We took the opportunity to rent the on-site BnB. Talk about vision. This housing option is spectacular. It was excellent to have accommodations right there. Amy is great to work with. She is very friendly and has excellent communication. Her staff were also very helpful. We loved our experience with Serendipity Farm and Vine.

Words can't even describe this place, you have to see it yourself! Amy and her team helped day of coordination which was really helpful. Our vendors were also so impressed with the spaces. Of note, my bridal party and I got ready day of in the "She Shed" and it was STUNNING. A concern I had was it being far from downtown KC but the surrounding beauty of the venue makes up for the short drive. The venue is easily accessible by a highway and Ubers.

Amy has done everything first class: the manicured forest, the rose garden, the huge rustic firebowl with adirondak chairs, the antique barn with crystal chandeliers, even the artisan-crafted heavy wood tables and chairs, (tablecloths would be a crime!) The most important thing a bride needs is good communication and Amy treats clients with relaxed, friendly, straightforward accessability, providing trust and stress relief that's much needed when event planning. Serendipity will only grow more beautiful as the vineyards grow in. Couldn't recommend this venue more!
