Beautiful venue! Amy was always quick to respond to any of our questions. We had a wonderful time at our wedding!

Serendipity Farm & Vine, owned and operated by Amy, is an absolutely wonderful venue to host a wedding or any other special event. Our daughter's wedding was on Sept 10th, 2022...hosting approximately 185 guests. The original plan was to have the ceremony outside in their beautifully manicured landscape & trees. During the morning and early afternoon set-up process, the skies were clear with a 'slight chance of rain' coming in around 7pm. Well, being we live in Kansas, a gentle rain came in at 4pm instead, which was 1 hour before the ceremony was to start at 5pm. Game time decision was made at 4:15, and Amy and her incredible crew were able to completely reset the ceremonial venue from outside to inside the property's main barn. This included all the chairs (organized and wiped down), the alter, the flowers...everything! It looked amazing!!! Plus, the ceremony still started at 5:10pm. The guests that were not able to be seated on the main floor where able to view the ceremony from the upstairs balcony of the barn...so all 185 guests were still able to view the vows. This made the wedding ceremony far more intimate for the Bride, Groom, wedding party, both families, and the guests. What else could you ask for in a wedding? Needless to say, Serendipity was able to turn what could have been a disaster into a wedding event that exceeded all our expectations. We cannot thank you enough! The idea of wedding photos nestled in the tree line, flower garden, and vineyards didn't quite work out as planned. However, Serendipity's physical structures (inside and outside) made for other incredible photos. Plus, the pics of the wedding party with Serendipity's clear umbrellas are really special, as they captured the beauty of the moment...and show that even unplanned weather cannot derail the excitement of our wedding event. The Bride's family (Mom, Dad, Bride, and Brother), we toured at least six other wedding venues to find the special place. Serendipity was our first stop and it set the high bar for the others to beat...and they all fell short. Beyond the wonderful amenities, scenery, staff, service, etc... Serendipity is able to deliver, our daughter (the Bride) shared one more personal detail in the selection of this venue. She shared that her (and her now husband) wanted the wedding to be somewhere that can be visited over and over again later on so those treasured memories can always stay close to their hearts (so sweet). With Serendipity's public tasting room, She Shed barn, and BnB, it provides options that none of the other wedding event 'spaces' can offer. This is because they are event venues only and don't offer the 'come back and see us again' functional hospitality. We always look forward to going to Serendipity for a bottle...or two...of wine to enjoy with family and friends. Plus, we now have a few more reasons to reminisce about the unbelievable effort Serendipity was able to pull off to enable our incredible wedding event...even with questionable weather. My wife and I recently had our wedding at Serendipity Farm and Vine. The grounds were absolutely stunning. Great accommodations, communication, set up. Amy made everything easy for us. We stayed in the SheShed on our wedding night, and it was perfect. The brown barn and rose garden were absolutely beautiful. We had a micro wedding, but they are set up for accommodating larger weddings too. I’d recommend them to anyone. We’re excited to be able to go back for some amazing wine and atmosphere. We plan to stay in the Sheshed again for future anniversaries. Thank you to Amy and her staff. Everyone was so kind!

Serendipity is *the* place to have your peaceful modern / boho / farm / vineyard wedding in Kansas City! It is beautiful and quiet with lots of wide open nature space. It was perfect for what we wanted. We had a small wedding ceremony in the rose garden right outside the brown barn. Stayed on property in the "She Shed" that night as well as got ready there beforehand. The sunset was beautiful and our pictures turned out great with a lot of natural light. Amy (owner) was friendly and easy to work with. She communicated well and promptly any time we had questions. We also had Serendipity serve their own wine and wine slushies to our guests afterwards, delicious! The brown barn was the perfect modern space for our reception too! Really appreciated all the natural flowers already there - helped save on floral costs. Serendipity literally had it all and we couldn't be more grateful to have found this special place! What an amazing place to get married! The grounds are so beautiful and the staff extremely helpful and professional. Amy helped us with what we needed and guided us in the right direction with our small venue. It was magical and perfect! We loved it so much, we hung out even after our wedding guests left!

Love having our rehearsal dinner at Serendipity! Amy and her crew were easy to work with, were very approachable, and responsive to our questions. The venue itself was immaculate and just the vibe we were looking for. Many guests complemented the facilities and said they'd be back! Thank you Serendipity for making our special night one to remember!

After touring almost 20 different venues, we finally found Serendipity Farm and Vine and knew immediately it was the perfect place for our May wedding. We wanted an outdoor ceremony with an open-air feel reception and we got just that along with gorgeous backdrops in every direction! There was plenty of shade for all of our guests and beautiful wooded areas that made the most romantic location for photos! Amy is wonderful to work with and has the fastest response time out of anyone! She provides gorgeous wooden farmhouse tables and chairs that require very little decoration. We also rented the beautiful She Shed, which was the perfect set up for the bridal party to spend the day getting ready! I cannot count how many of our guests complimented us on our venue - everyone loved it and had an amazing time!

Serendipity Farm & Vine provided the venue and wedding of our dreams! The entire place inside and out is breathtakingly decorated and clean. Amy was so easy to work with and provided us with everything we needed to make sure our special day went smoothly- not to mention amazing wine.

The venue is beautiful and it barely needs decor! If you want an outdoor wedding with an elegant reception, this is the place for you!

From the moment my wife and I walked onto the property, we knew this was the venue for us. Serendipity is rustic yet classy. Amy’s attention to detail is impeccable. The grounds are beautiful. Large trees and beautiful arbor that can create a magical outdoor wedding, or a beautiful barn with unique touches that make it feel magical. Miniature horses and a sweet Great Pyrenees add to the charm of the venue. The property provided us with exactly what we’re were looking for on our special day. We took the opportunity to rent the on-site BnB. Talk about vision. This housing option is spectacular. It was excellent to have accommodations right there. Amy is great to work with. She is very friendly and has excellent communication. Her staff were also very helpful. We loved our experience with Serendipity Farm and Vine.

Serendipity Farm and Vine is a fabulous place to have your wedding & reception! When looking for a venue, we wanted a location where we could have our wedding and reception in the same place with beautiful outdoor settings and indoor options in case of bad weather. Serendipity checked all those boxes...and it has miniature horses! What more could you ask for? My husband and I received so many compliments about the venue. We are so glad we chose Serendipity for our wedding. Thank you Amy!

A wonderful venue to have a Rehearsal dinner or Wedding! It is a hidden Gem in Kansas City. Amy (the owner) is great to accomdate whatever you need to have a spectacular event.

This venue is so beautiful. You do not want to miss out on booking this venue for your wedding or event. We had 200 people and they were so impressed with the attention to detail. Words can't even describe this place, you have to see it yourself! Amy and her team helped day of coordination which was really helpful. Our vendors were also so impressed with the spaces. Of note, my bridal party and I got ready day of in the "She Shed" and it was STUNNING. A concern I had was it being far from downtown KC but the surrounding beauty of the venue makes up for the short drive. The venue is easily accessible by a highway and Ubers.

This venue is the best!!!!! We are very particular and everything turned out just as we planned . The beauty of the property is unbelievable. We started with the ceremony outside, appetizers in the barn, dinner in the tent and back to the barn for the dance. The bride and groom stayed in the sheshed which is gorgeous. Amy and staff were there to assist with any questions and even help direct parking. :) Don't book your wedding anywhere else you'll be disappointed. We had a mini ceremony in the Brown Barn. The venue is absolutely gorgeous and perfect for a small wedding like ours. The owner responds quickly to emails and was flexible with us during COVID. We would definitely recommend considering them to someone looking for a venue.

Amy and her staff helped us create an amazing day on such short notice. The day was simple and easy because of them. Service was excellent! Amy was there for us every step of the way and helped us have a stress free wedding day!

Beautiful venu, great host, amazing wine!!! Amy is amazing to work with. She is very responsive and works with you to make sure you're day is perfect. The venu and barns are are so pretty and beautifully decorated. All my guests were so impressed with how nice it all was. I would absolutely have another event here.

This venue is amazing! We loved that it had the option of having the ceremony indoors or outdoors. Amy was super easy to work with and helped us with whatever we needed. The outdoor setting is beautiful and made for great wedding photos!

Serendipity Farm & Vine is a beautiful event venue with outdoor and indoor space. It was perfect for our wedding reception! There are many places to take pictures and enjoy the beautiful grounds. Kelsey and Andrew knew this unique venue was perfect for their reception the first time they visited Serendipity Farm and Vine in 2019. Amy transformed this location into the perfect venue for weddings. It has the perfect mix of outdoor and indoor spaces in a casual but elegant setting.

Our wedding at Serendipity was absolutely perfect! The setting is very private and beautiful. Everything here is top of the line! Our guests were amazed at the venue. Many commented that it was the nicest wedding they have ever been to. Outstanding!!

Amy was professional and had a beautiful venue! She was always prompt on responding and was with us through the whole process. Thanks to Amy our daughter's wedding couldn't have been a more perfect day! We wanted our guests to enjoy a fun, comfortable, unique evening and Serendipity definitely delivered that and more! Everyone raved about Serendipity's beauty and charm, and our other vendors wanted to create a business relationship there. Amy has done everything first class: the manicured forest, the rose garden, the huge rustic firebowl with adirondak chairs, the antique barn with crystal chandeliers, even the artisan-crafted heavy wood tables and chairs, (tablecloths would be a crime!) The most important thing a bride needs is good communication and Amy treats clients with relaxed, friendly, straightforward accessability, providing trust and stress relief that's much needed when event planning. Serendipity will only grow more beautiful as the vineyards grow in. Couldn't recommend this venue more!
