If I had to find something I didn’t like, it would be the day of coordinator that comes with the venue. Jeanie was very pushy with my wedding party and my vendors and had to be talked to a couple times.

Beautiful barn newly built by the Amish community surrounding it. You will NOT find another one like it. Every modern amenity you can think of is included. Heat/AC, beautiful bathrooms, bricked ceremony area with Amish built pews and arbor, day of coordinator, bartenders, uplighting, tables, chairs, centerpieces, decor, the list of inclusions goes on and on. Our guests were awe struck when they walked into the room. Exactly what we wanted! Our very own fairytale wedding! But what sets this place apart, really REALLY apart from the rest is the team of owners & managers. Dean & Kendra have decades of experience in weddings. Steve the on-site manager and Marsha the wedding coordinator all work together effortlessly to make your day smooth, stress free and memorable. As if all this isn’t enough, Serendipity Farms is a one stop shop! Need a DJ, Dean is your man, photographer, Kendra’s got you covered. How about someone to officiate? Well, Rev Dean does that too! If you want to deal with multiple vendors, multiple contracts, multiple emails, multiple pieces to build your wedding machine, more power to you. For us, we hired them for it all! One stop shop and our wedding machine had every cog already in place and running! Serendipity Farms will go above and beyond to make sure the vision for your special day is uniquely your own. Don’t settle for some open slat barn, sweltering guests or renting heaters and outdoor bathrooms. we are so happy we went with Serendipity for our big day. Super reasonable pricing!! The barn is beautiful and has everything you need! The bridal suite and grooms room are FANTASTIC and made getting ready such a breeze. The deck is so spacious and our guests loved having the space to be outside plus room for yard games and the fire pit! The staff were so helpful and the owners are by far the easiest and nicest people to work with. They have such a passion for what they do and it truly shows in everything!!! We had 220 guests and there was more than enough room for our guests and a huge dance floor. If you are looking for an "rustic-barn" wedding - this place is beyond perfect. I just can't say enough about Dean & Kendra, their vision & passion for weddings, and the barn.

I think the most valuable part of the venue are the owners, Kendra and Dean. I actually booked my event before the venue was finished with construction! I did so because of Kendra and Dean - their vision and passion for the industry was visible in their business strategy and ideas. Working with them was easy and stress free. They provided extensive additional assistance and guided me in the right direction when needed. Both Kendra and Dean went above and beyond to meet all of my needs. As a bride, it is nice to have people on your team that understand the industry!
Overall I would recommend this venue to any newly engaged couple or anyone looking to host an event - a lot of options for this venue other than weddings! The unique, rustic feel is simple and gives each host the opportunity to add their personal touch. Serendipity Farms is the perfect place to host any event!
