en. Alice and Eric were wonderful to work with from the first moment. When we first met with them at their studio, they were so warm and so personable, that they made us feel right at home, and we knew it was going to be a good fit. Prior to the portrait session, we decided that we wanted to have her portrait done in two different locations. That was no problem for Alice and Eric. We simply paid a small additional fee for the second location and we were able to have a gorgeous portrait that was taken at the reception location, and an equally gorgeous portrait that was taken at the church. On the wedding day, Alice and Eric worked tirelessly for the entire 10 hours that we had with them. They didn't miss a shot! In the formals, they went exactly by my list, and on the candids they got so many great shots! We have wonderful pictures of the fun moments throughout the reception and the "get - away". I would highly recommend Serendipity Photography for their professionalism, their artistic eye, their attention to detail, and their very caring attitude. I certainly hope that I have the opportunity to work with them again.

They really went the extra mile, especially since the wedding was a destination wedding, and we lived remotely. Never once did I feel that the distance with planning, execution, or wrapping up caused any additional difficulties in getting great service and a great product. The proved to be very flexible given our situation. I am completely satisfied with their service and absolutely love the end product. I would hire them again were I to do it all over again.

I just wanna say that Serendipity was the easiest part of the wedding. Eric and Alice are super nice and polite. They are very good at returning emails and phone calls within 24 hours which is a must have for me. Alot of times it takes some of these vendors a few days to response, but Eric and Alice werent like that. If they didnt have an answer immediately they would still respond and acknowledge that they received your message and is working on getting an answer for you. It was really stressful planning, and Serendipity made everything easier. They were able to provide me with their list of trusted vendors and gave me advice through out the whole planning process. It was like having a photographer and wedding planner at the same time. Our family and friends loved our engagement photos. Eric and Alice was able to capture our smiles and laughter naturally. On the day of the wedding, my family met them for the first time and loved them (my sister is planning to book them as soon as she has a wedding date set). They were very professional and polite. They helped keep time and moved the wedding along. They remained calmed and professional throughout the whole process even in times of chaos. They were able to capture the important moments beautifully. The turn around time for the proofs was very reasonable if not alot better than some of the other photo vendors my friends booked. When we received our engagement proofs (about a week after the shoot) we were speechless. We just couldnt stop looking at them and it was just so hard to pick just 20 pictures. The pictures were really sharp and the colors were impressive. We were shocked to receive an app with the highlights of the wedding just a few days after the wedding. Serendipity truly captured the moments. The colors were vibrant and each shot was captured naturally. My family cannot stop looking at the pictures and talking about their service during the wedding. I love and appreciate everything they done for us. I would highly recommend Serendipity to anyone looking for a wedding photographer. They are the professional, respectful, and experienced. They are worth every penny we paid and the easiest part of the wedding.

y talented photographers. In the words of my father-in-law about out wedding proofs, "These are the best pictures I have ever seen." I'd also add that they are professionals to the utmost degree. Just for example, at one of our wedding events, which was held in Webster, Texas on a Friday at 6:00 PM (you can imagine the traffic), even close family members that were supposed to be there early came late, but Eric and, one of Serendipity's associate photographers, Quentin, were there right on time. One last tidbit - for those couples that might be looking for photographers with South Asian wedding experience, Serendipity has you covered there too for sure! We had a traditional Hindu wedding (I am not Indian), and so I had no idea what was going on more than half the time - but more than once, Eric was able to chime in when no one else was around and tell me what was up. ;) Needless to say, they're familiar with the flow of the events and captured all of the moments we were hoping would be captured. I couldn't recommend these guys enough.

Very timely, very curteous, quick to respond to questions. A little pricey compared to some of the other vendors we considered, but it's your wedding, and mine went by in a blur and I really needed the pictures to remind me of what happened, so I felt this was good money spent.

ok several fantastic photos "behind the scenes" that I didn't even realize until the proofs came out -- and worked quickly and efficiently throughout the day, catching lots of great candid shots. They worked so efficiently that we were even able to get in an extra impromptu "bridal portrait" session at the church on the day of the wedding. We really appreciated how quickly they got all the photo proofs to us for both our engagement session and for the wedding -- it only took a couple of weeks each time. In addition, just 3 days after the wedding, they sent us a wonderful gift of a wedding photo highlight album that we could share with family and friends. Everyone in our wedding party was impressed with their work, and we have gotten amazing comments to the photos on Facebook. :) Serendipity has a number of different wedding photo packages that can suit a variety of needs. I also enjoyed their initial presentation where they displayed their mad photoshop skills. :) Very highly recommended!

Honestly, they were the only photography vendor that I met with and I knew right after our meet and greet that I wanted to sign with them and I did! Their photos are modern, but timeless. They did our engagement session, tea ceremony, and wedding. What's so great about them is that not only you have the standard staged posing, but their candid photos are just as amazing. We received so many photos from every event. were so easy going and made my husband and I feel so comfortable. From our initial engagement photo session, they were able to make us laugh and smile in such a natural way that we got so many compliments from people that our photos showed our true selves in such an effortless way. And because our wedding was actually a two-day event, things got chaotic in our planning. But Alice and Eric went with all the last minute changes so calmly and ALWAYS with a smile. Their respect and positive attitude towards myself and our entire family was amazing. Even our videographers came up to us at then end of our reception and tell us how happy they were to work with Alice and Eric because they were able to share the time and space to get the shots they needed. My bridesmaids would tell me that they didn't remember some parts of the ceremony happening because of the chaos. But seeing the photos, it looked like we knew exactly what was going on. But most importantly, the quality of their work was better than I could ever have imagined. They can do all the posed shots you want and of course they come out great. But the candid ones that you probably thought no one saw or even happened; they were able to capture. When we received our wedding photos, our families sat there for hours reliving the entire wedding. The pictures were crisp, sharp, with vibrant colors. And really, the best part was seeing how happy my father was to see them. He is the most serious person I know, and hardly ever smiles. But when he saw our wedding photos, he smiled and laughed to the point where I cried just seeing how happy he was. There are so many good things I have to say about Serendipity, which is why it took me so long to think of what to write. Each step of the way, they've been amazing. I cannot stress enough to my friends how happy I was with the level of service and quality of work we received from Serendipity. I cannot imagine going with anyone else. I absolutely believe they were worth every penny. P.S. They are very reasonable in their timing when it comes to getting your proofs ready for viewing. I don't know how long other companies are, but I got my wedding proofs before some of my friends that got married nearly a year before me because they went with a different company. One of my favorite things about working with Serendipity is their calming demeanor. It's a crazy day and the last thing I would have wanted is a photographer yelling at me to look one way or pose here. They managed to capture every moment beautifully. I would highly recommend them.

about our story. On the day of the wedding, Alice worked quickly to get all of our family shots without missing a beat. For a couple that is not used to being photographed often, our couples photos from our "first look" turned out to be some of the most natural and beautiful pictures I've seen taken. I am grateful to Serendipity for their hard work, and for realizing that each couple is uniquely different. I think their pictures reflect that.

session that were not their fault, such as the location we had in mind ended up being closed for construction or how we forgot our third set of clothing, but nothing seemed to faze them. They were able to quickly find a suitable alternative, and although we lost the light due to my forgetfulness the last set of pictures are still amazing. I also loved how they were able to calm my nerves, as I rather dislike being in front of the camera. For the wedding coverage, they were equally wonderful. I had been worried that with all the things going on and with so many guests the wedding would be one giant whirlwind, but Alice and Eric gave us so many great photos that we now have tangible memories of every moment. To sum up, they're professional but at the same time incredibly warm and friendly. This is so crucial if you're one of those brides who try to do everything and end up frazzled. You won't lose any sleep over worrying whether or not they're any good, or when they're going to reply to your questions. We ended up going over our photography budget, but their level of service and ability to deliver what we wanted is truly worth it.

We did a destination wedding in Ireland and travel was not cheap. That added onto the photography itself was pricey, but I feel we more than got what we paid for.

I ended up being late to my bridal photo session (long story!), and they tried their best to stay as long as they could even though it left them very little time between my session and the next session they had to go to. Obviously I'm not encouraging anyone to be late to photo sessions, but I appreciated that their customer service was good and they cared about making sure that my bridal photos turned out well. They are very professional. We didn't really like the rather short time limit for engagement and bridal photo sessions (I believe it was 1.5 hours?), but we ended up with some great photos, so all is well that ends well. I would recommend Serendipity Photography.

Alice was kind and had my Bridal 16x24 printed in a weeks time! AMAZING! Alice and Eric also have fabulous networking connections to ensure you get the best backdrop for your photos! My wedding guest also raved about how the photographers were never visibly noticed at the wedding! We will definitely be using them in the future!

So friendly, easy to talk to, a very fun couple…by the end of our first meeting we considered them guests to our wedding. While shooting, they put us and our guests at ease, and did a wonderful job at capturing special moments in a completely natural manner. Finally, since a lot of money is often involved in photography, I want to mention that Eric and Alice are very professional. They were always organized, easy to reach, provided detailed cost breakdowns, have an easy-to-use website for clients, and acted timely in delivering our proofs and album. On the day of your wedding you really don't want to be concerned that the photographer is in the right spot taking pictures at the right time and with Serendipity I never had to worry. Serendipity did our engagement pictures as well and they were amazing. We had engagement pictures done by another company prior to Serendipity and they don't even compare to the ones Alice and Eric did! The package we had was very reasonable for all we recieved, I would highly recommend Serendipity!

nd boy did we make the right choice with Serendipity. Not only are Alice and Eric the sweetest, most down to earth people, they are also amazing photographers. They did an incredible job with our engagement shoot in Hermann Park in Houston and even incorporated my husband's Harley into the shoot. Friends who saw the pictures loved them so much they thought we should send them to Harley Davidson to be included in their advertising. Eric shot our wedding in Puerto Vallarta and he captured the event beautifully in a perfect journalistic style. There were so many great shots that we are still trying to narrow them down for our album. We think the photos are so great that we have submitted them to The Knot in hopes of our wedding being selected for publication. Our only regret is that Alice was booked for another wedding and so both of them didn't get to come to Puerto Vallarta to shoot. I recommend Serendipity every chance I get - they are wonderful people with a wonderful talent.
