December. We also purchased the pictures to be on USB drives, but received them on CDs so we could see them faster. She said, on December 1st, 2017 that she would send them on USBs as soon as she ordered some more. Here we are four months later, I've messaged her multiple times, and still don't have the pictures the way I bought them. (I've had serious issues loading all of the pictures on the CDs so I still haven't been able to look at all of them) I also specifically asked her to edit out a few pimples that popped up the morning of the wedding (of course, my luck) and that was not done either. I worked for a photographer full-time for two years, so luckily I know how to do it myself, but I shouldn't have to when I paid so much money for someone else to do it. I am normally not the type of person to ever leave a bad review because I know the affects of it, but I have given her multiple chances and have been let down each time.
