From the very first meeting, I knew our wedding was in great hands. I could honestly feel the stress melt away as I could tell Serena was extremely knowledgeable and on top of everything. She always responded to all inquiries very quickly and had so much knowledge to share. She walked us through every step of the way and throughly explained everything. The event ran so smoothly, even our guests complemented how well it flowed. If there was an issue, I never heard about it until after the fact. Day of neither myself or my groom had any worries about everything being handled. I cannot recommend Serena enough.

No matter what came up, she handled everything with grace and efficiency, ensuring our day went off without a hitch. Our wedding was truly a dream come true, and we owe so much of that to Serena. She made the planning process enjoyable and stress-free, and our big day was everything we could have imagined—and more!

Serena was AMAZING! Wedding planning is stressful especially as the day gets closer! We booked Serena as a day of coordinator and have no regrets! Serena is professional, made sure things got done, kept us on schedule and communicated so well with myself and all of our vendors! After a day of chaos it was a relief knowing I didn’t have to worry about anything and just needed to show up. Last, personality is everything! From the moment I met Serena I know we could joke and laugh together , we clicked so well. Everyone loved her! Thank you for everything! Hands down the best!

Serena was such a kind and professional coordinator. She seriously made ALL my wedding dreams come to fruition!! When I say she goes above and beyond, I’m not joking. As a 6+ month pregnant bride with twins, I was having trouble taking off my shoes to cut a rug with our guests, and Serena was just the sweetest, she helped me take off my strappy platforms and to the dance floor I went! I absolutely recommend using Serenity Bloom if you are looking for that perfect special touch, because that touch is Serena herself.

Words truly cannot describe how grateful we were for Serena throughout our entire wedding planning process. She made us made us feel so prepared and calm, knowing and trusting that she had everything under control. She is incredibly organized, 100% reliable, and has the best attitude and spirit throughout the entirety of working with her. She is an absolute pleasure to work with. The day of she handled everything without any hiccups [that we were aware of ;)] and I cannot thank her enough for everything she did that day so that my husband and I could focus on each other instead of worry about the event details. I truly cannot recommend her enough. We are forever grateful to her and we hope to cross paths with her again in the future!

A friend of ours who had gotten married gave us only one advice - invest in a wedding coordinator, whatever you do, make sure you get one. As a DIY Bride, I felt we really did not need one, "I could do it". But as it got closer, I kept remembering the advice and decided to look into it. We found Serena among other coordinators. Some where less expensive and some were more. Our budget was $1500. In the end, after speaking with Serena, we loved her flexibility, transparency, friendliness and my now husband loved her organization. We were concerned she did not speak Spanish as most of our guest spoke Spanish, but having her assistant who spoke Spanish helped and did not affect her work. Overall, As a past bride and now wife looking back, I pass on the same advice - get a wedding coordinator and if you can, get Serena! For transparency, she was $300 over our budget but it was completely worth it as a DIY bride. Thank you so much Serena!

I had the pleasure of working with Serena and LJ for my daughters Debut (18th birthday). LJ was our planner for the day and she is a sweetheart and a pleasure to work with. She communicated really well with me and made sure whatever we wanted, she would make happen. I really appreciate how she can quickly anticipate any needs and take on any concerns, like when we locked ourselves out of a room and couldn’t find anyone to open it. lol it was fun! I can't say enough amazing things about Serena. She went so above and beyond to make our day perfect. Her expertise made sure that we thought of every detail and she made sure our day came together just how we envisioned--despite the lack of phone service and unexpected winds at our venue. If you need a wedding planner, look no further. Serena is the best you can get, and she will make sure you get everything that you want and need.

Serena was the absolute best! My whole family told me all of the amazing work she had done the day of and made sure things were on point! My only regret is not booking her sooner but she was definitely amazing! Made my day go 1000x better.

From the moment we had our first video chat meeting I knew I found my girl. Serena was sweet and genuine and I felt totally comfortable with her, which is very important to me. It’s hard to work this closely with someone you can’t vibe with. She made me feel completely at ease with all of the planning, the details and organization. She works very hard and does a really, really good job! She created a timeline for our wedding day that she emailed to all of my vendors so that they were all on the same page. I didn’t have to worry about anything once my wedding day came. I had total confidence in her that everything would be taken care of and it was:) To me, that is worth every penny and then some.

Serena was an amazing wedding coordinator and she really helped bring my vision to life. She ran a super effective rehearsal that was quick and to the point. For the wedding day, I truly feel having her there is what kept me calm and knowing things were getting taken care of while I could focus on being in the moment and getting ready. This was a destination wedding for us with an extremely large venue and a lot of moving parts but she was un-phased and was calm and collected throughout. I cannot recommend her enough!

What an amazing coordinator. She provided a sense of relief for myself and my beautiful bride. Not only does she help with set up but she took her our vision made it come to life. Our wedding had multiple locations and different transition points and Serena ensured that the transitions and the movement of people, which was over 100 was seamless and fluid. She was attentive caring, kind, and patient. If getting married twice was a thing to the same person…. I would definitely hire her again. Lol

Serena was literally an angel sent from heaven. She was so calm and made sure everything looked and ran smoothly. I wish i would have got with her before i made my invitations for a better timeline of the day. I had my wedding start at 12 and it was a long day, but she made sure they’re were no awkward pauses between events the day of the wedding. Not to mention she was the most affordable wedding planner i saw. Truly a gem. I recommend her to anyone planning a wedding. … also, we only planned in 4 months but you would have never known with her given expertise.

My husband and I hired Serena, principal at Serenity Bloom, to help coordinate our wedding. Serenity Bloom offers a wide array of packages that range from all inclusive, months-in-advance wedding planning, to day-of coordination. As our venue was amazing and included coordinators as well, we felt that we did not need extensive help leading up to the wedding but we did want someone to help with the logistics the day of. We decided to hire Serenity Bloom as I was nervous about all the questions I would be getting the day of, as I just wanted to relax and enjoy my wedding day. We met virtually with Serena and she was so easy to talk with. Within moments she was able to help us book our caterer for our rehearsal dinner, a task that had fallen through the cracks due to family emergencies and wedding planning. Serena was then able to coordinate our rehearsal with our venue coordinator to ensure that the ceremony would go as planned, it was really nice to not have to worry about much. When the big day arrived, I was able to enjoy the morning and afternoon rituals of wedding day. I spoke with Serena early on in the day and then she got to work. I did not received one question from anybody about logistics or décor or emergencies. If there was a emergency with the setup, I never heard about it. I loved it! Between my venue coordinator and Serena, they were able to set up a beautiful ceremony and reception space, my husband and I were extremely happy! During our reception, Serena made sure to check up on us and keep us on schedule in a way where we never felt hurried, it was nice. The wedding went by swiftly and without a hitch (that I know of, but that's for Serena to know!) and too fast! Serena stayed till the end of the event and helped clean and pack up all the décor. Our wedding went by so fast but it was so important to us to have our day filled with family and friends who love us and not have to worry about logistics of the day. That's where Serena and Serenity Bloom come to mind. They were amazing in helping take care of our most special day, we will always be thankful for that! Thank you Serenity Bloom!

Serena and her assistant were amazing! I planned most of my wedding and needed someone who can take over for the final weeks and I'm so glad we hired Serena. She was great with communication, was available when I needed her (I did try to respect her time by not blowing up her phone too much haha), and helped keep me calm when things didn't go exactly as planned. And as a month-of coordinator, she seamlessly took the reigns as though she had been alongside us the whole time. And I also have to give praise to her assistant Briana, who was spectacular the day of our wedding. I can honestly go on and on but we were so blessed to have Serena and her team make our wedding day so amazing :)

At first I thought I was a very details oriented person and I would be able to handle everything on my wedding day without hiring a coordinator but after working with Serena and saw her hard work on the day of the wedding I know I was wrong. I feel so lucky to have Serena to be the person in charge for my wedding day. She is super patient with all my questions. She went above and beyond recommended me a wonderful officiant and keep the timeline for my wedding goes smoothly. My husband and I had the most remarkable night with our families and friends. All of the credit will go to Serena! We recommend her highly.

Serena was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding! She really helped us put our mind at ease the month before our big day and she helped everything come together beautifully the day of. Serena was so organized, punctual, and most importantly the best point person to direct all of our vendors. Not to mention she’s the kind of person we could grab a drink with outside of wedding planning (I.e. just overall a great person to talk to!) Serena is truly one of a kind! From the start, I knew Serena was dedicated to her work and was ready for anything! From the start, she helped me stay organized with her wonderful workbook. One of the only things that caused stress for me was the wedding timeline and Serena was able to take it on and send it back to me for approval the same day! The day of, I was able to be fully present and there were so many things that she fixed that I didn't know of until after the fact, and a couple of hiccups with the DJ that she was able to fix right away! I could not recommend her enough. Thank you for making wedding planning a breeze and the wedding day the happiest day of my life!

I wouldn’t know where to begin! I couldn’t be more thankful for serena. Unfortunately Our wedding venue canceled on us two days before our wedding!! If you can just imagine all the panic that took place for us and our families. But within a day serena was able to find us a new venue and put together the best night of our lives without having any idea how things would come together. Without her I have no idea what we would of done, it’s because of her that we didn’t give up and call off the whole wedding! The only thing I wish we done differently is, instead of booking serena as a day of coordinator, we should have booked her the whole year!!!Within just small amount of time she made things less stressful and always had a plan. If you need someone who’s ready to walk through fire (like our crazy wedding) serena is your girl!

There are simply not enough words to describe how amazing Serena is. She gave her all to ensuring that our wedding day was everything we wanted it to be and for that, we are eternally appreciative. The best wedding coordinator. Very kind and is very thoughtful of our needs and the visions we had for our wedding. We appreciated everything she had did for us to make our day happen. I was very nervous since I previously had a coordinator that did not help very much at all which made things difficult but Serena is very good and had made the process so much easier. I called Serena because I needed help with my itinerary, mind you I a party decorator myself but for some reason I couldn’t do my own wedding so I starting looking around and Serena is 1 of many that I contacted that responded, she was very polite and helpful in more ways then I needed and her personality is very bubbly and that’s why I hired her. She helped me with everything, she even went above and beyond for both myself and my husband. Serena, I would like to thank you for everything you did and more so for putting up with me because I know I was definitely a hand full. Your the best and if you should ever need me for some help feel free to call me because putting up with me I no was hectic, I can only imagine other brides. Serena was a God send. After a series of awful events with a previous coordinator we decided to start looking for someone else because almost anyone could be better at that point. We met with various wedding coordinators. Some fairly affordable & some on the more pricey side but obviously we’ll experienced & familiar with our venue. Upon meeting Serena we made her very aware how leery we were given our previous experience & she our every nerve at ease. She sent everything when she said she would & in an extremely timely manner. Just to top off her professionalism & timeliness, as a bride she went the extra mile add that human portion to it all & was kind enough to check in my own well being as we quickly approached wedding day. Wedding day approached and nearly everything ran so smoothly & everyone could not stop ranting & raving how beautiful & effortless the day felt..all thanks to Serena & her team making everything happen being sure she met our vision.

Serena arrived exactly when she had promised. Upon arrival she was very sweet and cordial. She immediately went to work on making our wedding as special and perfect as possible. Her coordination and logistical skills are to be admire. She was very open and accommodating to all our needs and preferences.
