Owners Sherri and Terry Fox are excited and ready to host your special day and the days leading up to it. One of the local vineyards is just across the road for your fun and convenience. Facilities and Capacity Serenity Farm Retreat has three bedrooms available in their 125+-year-old historic farmhouse to accommodate you and your guests. The house has been beautifully updated and renovated and will afford many beautiful photo opportunities. They offer the grounds and the house for both the wedding and reception as one package. Their new covered pavilion will be at the Old Tobacco Warehouse for your wedding or reception. Located steps from the house and surrounded by pastures, the crystal clear pool is available for you and your guests to enjoy during seasonal weather and is a great photo setting. With the horses in the background or front and center, under the huge pecan tree, in the front courtyard, by the pool, or under the gazebo, the farm offers many scenic and beautiful photo opportunities for your wedding. Services Offered The team at Serenity Farm Retreat will welcome you with open arms on your cherished day and can provide many services. Sherri, an author and counselor, helps people cope with overwhelming feelings and provides Reiki bodywork for relaxation. She arranges beautiful flowers from Serenity Farm Gardens, including roses, hanging baskets, and ferns for the venue. Terry, a chef, caters for weddings with fresh, seasonal dishes served buffet or family-style. The kitchen or Old Tobacco Warehouse can accommodate outside food. Guests enjoy activities like the Sip, Dine & Design Class, energy work, and games like Cornhole and darts. The friendly horses are eager to greet and be showered with affection and treats.
