Katie and the team at Serif and Sans were an absolute dream to work with while creating our wedding invitation suite. Katie was very responsive to our arsenal of questions (responding within 48 hours on email, and always available by phone). I am a very visual person, and when selecting paper type, ink colors, and envelop liner colors- Katie was awesome and sent me examples of everything by mail. When we received the final invitation suite in the mail- it was more beautiful than I could have imagined. I would highly recommend Serif and Sans to any future couple planning a wedding (we had such a good experience that my sister is using her for her wedding in June 2022!). You will be blown away!

Katie is such a superstar!! We reached out for her help with some pretty nontraditional wedding invitations with some complex messaging on a variety of topics (travel coverage for guests, non-traditional registry, etc). We truly had no idea what we were doing, and Katie used her expertise to guide us towards the perfect suite. She was so communicative and efficient throughout the process despite many (many!!) back and forth emails. We are so happy with how everything turned out and definitely will be going back to Katie for all of our future stationery needs/recommending her to others!!

Katie is fabulous. Our wedding plans changed drastically (as everyone's has) over the time we worked with Katie and she was nothing but understanding and supportive. She is incredibly responsive and SO talented. Initially, we enlisted Katie just for invitations but we extended that to all day-of paper items and even had her design our stationary. We started working with Katie of Serif and Sans in late 2019 on our invitation suite for our May 2020 wedding. Little did we know we would be postponing from May until November and now again until June 2021 due to COVID! We have used Katie for our original invitations, a postpone the date and will continue to use her when our new date draws closer. She has been so helpful, supportive and easy to communicate with. Her ideas are extremely creative and we have loved everything thus far. We have absolutely loved working with Katie and cannot say enough good things about her and her business! After researching a bunch of custom wedding invitation designers I knew I wanted to go with Serif and Sans because of Katie's clean and classic work. I lined Katie up at the end of 2019 to do the invitations for my November 2020 wedding. At the end of May, we made the decision to postpone our wedding until November 2021 since we did not know what weddings in 2020 would look like. Save the Dates had already gone out so I immediately reached out to Katie to help me design Change the Date Cards. Katie was very responsive and helped me turn around Change the Date card designs in less than 24 hours. Once we decided to postpone our wedding we wanted to act quick so we can put it all to rest until next year. I am so happy Serif and Sans was able to help us and check Change the Date cards off of our to-do list. Definitely recommend Katie and can't wait to design Wedding Invitations with her!

I was so happy to find Katie and Serif and Sans. I was only looking for invitations designed, not a whole suite, and she was super accommodating and flexible as well to my needs. I had a general idea of what I wanted my invitations to look like, and Katie helped make all of my dreams into a reality! She was so patient as we exchanged over 40-some emails to discuss the design and proofs. Best of all, she is SUPER thorough. After my invitations printed, she checked each one of them to ensure they were printed perfectly, and reached out to let me know that she had requested some additional ones to be printed because they had come out a little crooked. As a wedding vendor, Katie has got your back and is looking out for you, which I was extremely appreciative of! Also, don't let distance stop you. I live in New York and Katie is based out of Boston, but I felt completely comfortable working with her over email. I received my invitations yesterday and I was so happy with them, they are perfect and all that I ever wanted! I highly recommend working with Katie on your wedding stationery needs and will recommend her to everyone I know!

My fiancé and I used Katie from Serif and Sans for our wedding invitation suite, welcome sign and church programs. From our initial email all the way through our MULTIPLE orders with Katie, the experience has been nothing but a pleasure. Katie is Boston based and I am on Long Island but the process working with her was seamless because she is such a great communicator. I originally emailed Katie a few months back about invitations and she was so flexible and quick to respond that we got on an introductory call that same day. Katie was SO quick with her edits and any changes that we wanted, she really listened to my fiancé and I to make sure we were so happy with our finished product. I really wanted a map of the town where we are getting married on the envelope liner and Katie went and ordered TWO different ones so she could have a perfect idea of what I was envisioning. Katie is amazing to work with and very flexible. She has the experience and design eye to help with everything wedding related. We used her for everything from invitations, to menus, programs, welcome signs etc. She is so responsive and willing to help with everything. I loved her designs and was so happy with how all of my signs, place cards and invitations came out.

I am getting married in October and Just received my invitations. I am so happy I found Katie as she kept in touch with me every step of the way. She is very nice and helpful, I felt she dedicated her time to make sure everything was the way I wanted, she also sent me samples to choose from. The quality of paper is excellent and I cannot wait to mail them out. I recommend Katie very highly, that is why I gave Katie 5 stars.
