mportant moments of their special day. The Serrano Film Co. team performs at a high professional level. I promise you will not be disappointed if you hire them for your special event!
Elyse was absolutely phenomenal to work with! We felt like the cards were stacked against us from having a wedding during a pandemic, and of course pouring rain on our day. Yet thr...
ough it all, one thing that did not stress us out was Working with Elyse. We were somewhat on the fence about having a videographer, but seeing the finished product, we would not have changed a thing. Through the entire process Elyse was very laid back, and knew how to get the perfect moments without us feeling like we were being filmed. So happy with our choice, and are grateful for all the hard work Elyse did for us!
It was a pleasure having Elyse as our Wedding videographer! I can tell she truly strives to go the extra mile with clients and she really cares about each person's happiness throug...
hout the process. I enjoyed getting to know her during preparation and during our wedding Elyse and her husband made the day feel less stressful and more fun. She was very respectful of my photographer, which I appreciated.
The final product was better than I imagined! She captured all the sweet and memorable moments perfectly and I really don't know what I would change. We had drone video footage that took it to the next level, as well as a time lapse addition. The video was unique and my family and I were in awe of the technical effects and the 'storyline'. Her husband and Elyse even worked hard to edit-out a facial blemish I had developed due to COVID bride stress ;) (which meant a lot to me!)
My only complaint with the process was the wait time. I ended up waiting close to 19 weeks for the video. I do believe this was unusual and had to do with COVID impact (people moving their weddings and also wanting to make up for lost business during the spring and summer). I know this is not the experience Elyse hopes to give her customers moving forward and I also think the video was worth the wait! You won't regret working with these caring and talented videographers!
I was so hesitant to hire a wedding videographer when planning my wedding because of other expenses - however, after a lot of research, I found myself wanting someone to document o...
ur special day, something we could have for forever.
Now, after receiving our wedding video, I can say without a doubt, it was one of the best things I have ever done. My husband, myself, and our families/friends are absolutely in love with the video that Elyse and her husband were able to give us. She was able to capture all of the big things, but also the little things that made our day perfect. I have watched it on repeat and I do not think I will ever be able to get enough of it!
Elyse was so kind throughout the entire process. We talked on the phone numerous times, she was quick to reply to emails/texts, and she did a perfect job making sure I was at ease and answering all of my questions. The day of she arrived on time and was so sweet to me and my family, it felt like we had known her all of our lives. I can’t say enough about her as a person and videographer!
Elyse was the most amazing videographer ever. I am so pleased with how easy she made this process. She was so personable and made my day flow with ease and beauty! She captured the...

veral people who regret not having one for their day we decided to invest the money into this. I am eternally grateful that we did. Elyse and her husband were fantastic, and so incredibly easy to work with. Unfortunately, COVID hit, and my now husband and I actually moved our wedding up from December to late June because of some health scares with my dad. I knew I wanted a video to remember our special day, but had no idea it would be anything like what Elyse created for us. My husband was absolutely blown away by the video, and said, “I had NO idea it would be anything like this. This is absolutely incredible!” My husband and I along with every other member of our family cried over and over again reliving the most amazing day of our lives, and I truly could not be more thankful for Elyse and her attention to detail/effort she put into our video. She took the time to get to know both of us as a couple and individually, she kept in touch the entire way (reminding and checking in with my bride brain the whole time), and followed up multiple times after as not only our videographer, but our friend. She is nothing short of amazing and definitely did not, and will not, ever disappoint any couple she works with!
From our first interaction with Elyse up until we received our wedding video, she has exceeded every expectation! There is no question that Elyse (& her husband) were meant to do t...
his! Elyse is professional, talented, and just so easy to get along with. Throughout re-planning a wedding (thanks COVID), Elyse was understanding, flexible, and helped in every way she could! We couldn’t have asked for any better way to capture our wedding day and are so happy to have such an amazing video to cherish for years to come! We would without a doubt recommend Elyse to anyone and everyone!

yle. At the time we weren't sure where we wanted to get married, just that we wanted to be wed in the mountains and we actually found the perfect spot through her videos. Elyse and her husband captured our day beautifully, her video brings back all the emotions from our day. Elyse is sincere, a calming presence, and remarkably creative. Rest assured that if you work with Elyse you will be satisfied. We are incredibly grateful for her talents and the wonderful memories she has allowed us to come back to time and time again.

ideo. They were organized, professional, warm, and inviting. I felt like i was hanging out with life long friends! They made my day calm, fun, and handled all we threw their way.
We planned a wedding in Spain and were taking them with us, but with the COVID 19 outbreak we had to cancel and change plans last minute. They were gracious, kinda, beyond generous, and made my day special in every way. I can’t stop watching our video and tearing up because I’m blown away with how well they captured every moment! I will forever be singing their praise and recommending them to everyone!
Hire them, just do it! You’ll be blown away too!

Barn! They were absolutely wonderful to work with- pleasant, on top of things, and easy to get along with. The end result of the video they made for our couple was amazing, they truly captured the most beautiful parts of the wedding day and wove them together to tell a beautiful story. I would recommend them to any of my couples looking for a wedding videographer!

one flyer) made our wedding video so special, the video we received went way beyond our expectations. She included everything I had envisioned plus more. From the time that she arrived to the moment she left, she followed me every single second of my wedding day making sure to capture all special moments that happened. She was extremely quick in finishing the video as not even a month later we held a reception to celebrate and we showed the video to all our friends/family. Our wedding was in November and I still watch our wedding video each week and still cry each time I watch the video. Elyse not only sent us our wedding video of the full day, she sent us the video of just our personal wedding vows in full. The day was amazing and I would highly recommend this team for any wedding.
Elyse Serrano is the absolute best! Elyse and her husband Dustin were a pleasure to work with, and their quality is second to none. My husband and I are obsessed with our wedding v...

am for how amazing she did. Not only did she capture everything in it's truest form, but she also helped us remember to enjoy the little, unseen moments on our wedding day. She put us at ease and helped us truly embrace each other amidst the chaos around us. She has truly done our big day justice. We literally watch our video at least once a week if not more. Thank you SO MUCH for perfectly capturing the tone, emotion and spirit of such an unforgettable milestone.

e process, she would always check in on me whether by text, phone, and even sending me a 1 month out wedding “de-stress” package!
Her and her husband were so easy and FUN to work with! They came early, stayed late, kept us laughing, and made us feel like so at ease and comfortable in front of the camera. From hiking up on top of mountains to crawling through the trees and bushes, they always did whatever it took to get “the perfect shot.” Our video came back within a couple weeks and we were in awe...perfection is an understatement! Her and Dustin captured Every. Single. Detail that made our day so special!!! To cap it all off, we received the cutest package with an engraved zip drive...if you love attention to detail like I do, Elyse and her husband are the perfect match for you!
We could never say thank you enough for capturing our day so perfectly! Tears roll down my face every time I watch our video. We feel so thankful & blessed to have had the opportunity to work with Elyse and Dustin!

The video was amazing it brought tears to our eyes and all of my family said it felt like they were re-living the wedding all over again! She also recorded audio of very important speeches and the entire vows and sent it to us in a cute little box and engraved flash drive!
