Serve It Up Catering

Communication was terribly slow and inconsistent. I should have moved on after a 1 month period of no response to my attempts to connect and she failed to ackowledge her lapse. After months of back and forth I was never given a quote but was sent a contract to sign. Fortunately I found a great replacement caterer in time.

If there were more stars I would have added them! I cannot sat enough great things about Lauri and her staff. They catered our daughter's wedding with a tremendous amount of care and detail! From the first communication to the final product, everything was top notch! Not only was the food creatively matched to our daughter's wishes, it was presented beautifully by Lauri and her delightful staff.

Serve It Up Catering did a FANTASTIC job with our wedding reception catering!!! They met with us before for a food testing and worked with us to stay in budget but get the food we wanted. They were in constant correspondence and even took care of some decoration rentals through their rental company. They cleaned up the kitchen better than they found it and everyone RAVED about the food!! HIGHLY recommend!

I had my outdoor wedding in May 2011 and Lauri (Owner of Serve It Up Catering) helped me come up with an amazing appetizer and meal for my guests! She worked with me from the beginning and made sure to fit my budget, she created special plates for my parents who have sensitive allergies, she was VERY professional, she was constantly in touch with me about details, and come the day of the wedding, I KNEW I didn't have to worry about a thing catering wise! She hired professional staff to serve, clean up, and attend the bar. Her food was AMAZING! and perfectly cooked! I got a lot of compliments about the food that evening and for days after. I definitely enjoyed my experience with Serve It Up Catering and I would recommend it to any one looking for wonderful food with that home-made touch! I will be looking forward to using Serve It Up Catering again in my future!
