is would be the easiest decision I was going to make besides saying “I do”. Katie listened to my thoughts and turned them into reality. She was available by text, call, or email any time of day when I needed her. I hired Katie for her Coordination Services, and I could not have imagined the day without her. My husband and I got married at his family home; we had to turn a yard into a venue. Katie jumped right in and began helping me with every little detail, she didn’t skip a thing! I am so thankful for her help and support to make our special day the most beautiful day. Any couple would be lucky to have Katie and her team a part of their day!

Because of her and her team's hard work, we did not have to worry about all the puzzle pieces coming together- everything fell into place. She coordinated with the many vendors and created the tablescape and overall aesthetic of our dreams. She brought our vision to life, and we are so grateful for it. Our guests could not stop giving us compliments!
Aside from her work, Katie is such an upbeat and kind human, handling hectic moments with a sense of calm and composure that is so important on such a big day. Her assistant Isabella was also incredibly sweet and lovely. They were there to check in with us throughout the day and made us feel as relaxed as possible. I would quickly recommend Katie to anyone!

Her team went above and beyond and even took pitcures for us so that we could have them the next day. Working with Katie was such a smooth process too! She was so responsive and always made herself available for calls and meetings with our vendors. My only mistake was not hiring them to plan the whole wedding! I would work with this team again in a heartbeat!!!

not only because both the indoor and outdoor spaces are beautiful, but because we felt supported from the initial call through the weekend. We are especially grateful as originally we were only doing the Friday night event with them but three days before the weekend we learned that our Sunday venue had fallen through. We were so impressed by how they were able to accommodate a last minute brunch for our wedding weekend.
Katie (the event coordinator) was very communicative, organized, and we felt that she really understood our vision. She went above and beyond both before and during the events and made sure we had all the little details that reflected us as a couple. She was also on site on Friday to make sure the event was seamless (especially as we had a portion that included speeches and live music). The entire team at Orchard Hill was professional, warm, and we and our guests felt so welcomed. We also appreciated that the the chef and catering team accommodated the dietary restrictions of all of our guests (especially last minute for Sunday). The food was delicious and the presentation was beautiful!
Not only were we beyond happy with Orchard Hill Cider Mill, but our guests were raving about the venue! We also love that it is a space that we can revisit in the future.
