Seth Mias is a great, budget friendly choice. We had so many compliments from our very well-fed guests. We were able to do hors d’oeurves during cocktail hour, a cheese board, a grand buffet, and dessert table - all within our budget. The food was just terrific. Communication and planning leading up to the event was exceptional, and set up and take down of everything went off without a hitch. Thank you so much to Seth and staff!

We had the pleasure of working with Seth for our wedding this past weekend. He was a joy to work with leading up to the wedding, giving us suggestions and feedback and being flexible with food allergies/restrictions etc. The food was absolutely incredible, the ale braised short ribs literally fell apart with a fork and all of the appetizers were amazing too! I would give six stars if I could! We chose Seth after going to a tasting event and were so glad we did. Everything on the menu was incredible. At least four guests told us that the short rib was the best they've ever had!

We used Seth Mias Catering for our wedding this summer and even several weeks out we continue to hear and endless stream of "that was the best food I've ever had at a wedding" and "the food was amazing!" Seth was helpful and communicative in advance of the event helping us design a menu that fit our tastes, venue, and the season to ensure we were serving fresh and local produce. We decided on passed appetizers given the nature of late-summer weather and there was no concern about whether everyone had enough to eat or had the option to try all of the apps we had selected. Seth and his team overcame some challenging weather dynamics of our outdoor wedding to make dinner go off without a hitch! From start to finish the meal was incredible and the team was helpful, professional, and friendly. I can't recommend Seth Mias Catering enough and I look forward to the next event we have - we'll absolutely be calling Seth again!

We were blown away with the quality and service. And the prices were extremely reasonable too. We had so many of our wedding guests tell us this was far and away the best wedding food they've ever had! Seth was flexible with the menu, personable and responsive. Seth came recommended to us from our Smith College venue in Northampton. The food was reasonably priced and he was easy to work with. He doesn't do wedding cakes, but has good recommendations.

We are still struggling to wrap our heads around how good and plentiful the food at our wedding was and feel extremely lucky to have been steered toward Seth Mias Catering. Many, many of our guests approached us to comment both on the deliciousness of the food as well as the quality of the service. Additionally, the portion sizes were large and filling. At our sweetheart table, we were tended to throughout the night by a single server who made sure we had everything we wanted and made us feel like true VIPs. Throughout the leadup to our wedding, Seth was extremely helpful, insightful, and collaborative. We had several calls with him to hammer out each detail of our menu and he was incredibly generous in accommodating both our preferences and the dietary restrictions of our guests. When our tasting fell apart at the last minute because of a scheduling snafu (not Seth’s error at all; the venue he booked for the tasting accidentally double-booked the room he reserved), he gave my then-fiancée and I a private tasting at which he prepared several of the dishes we were considering for the night and respectfully chatted us up while also giving us time to experience the food and take in the moment. He followed that up with showing me around his kitchen and talking shop a little (I’d told him I’m an enthusiastic, if inexperienced, home cook). If you can’t tell already, Seth is just the nicest guy you could hope to deal with; the type of person that lifts your mood through a conversation. You won’t regret hiring him for your event and we would definitely hire him again in the future.

Seth Mias Catering was perfect for our wedding. He was great to work with and was very accommodating and flexible to our wants and needs and our guests needs. He took time to speak with us on multiple occasions about our menu and was responsive to all of our questions. The staff at the wedding were all very personable, professional, and invested in making sure things went smoothly. It really made for the best day that we could ask for and all of our guests were raving about the food!

All the food at our wedding at the Red Barn was absolutely delicious! Everyone raved about the short rib and butternut squash ravioli and loved the apple crisp for dessert. They also were so flexible with ensuring our menu was nut free due to a severe guest allergy. I wish I could eat my wedding food everyday.

I don’t even know where to start. Seth’s food is indescribable. I first tried his cooking at Dakin Humane Society’s Mutts & Mimosas event and I knew that we had to book him. Best choice we made! Working with Seth was great throughout the process. We postponed our wedding twice due to Covid and made some menu changes and Seth was so responsive and accommodating! We had our wedding last Saturday and all everyone was RAVING about was how good the food was - from the hors d'oeuvres to the salad to the main meal to the cannoli served with our cake! The salmon and the short ribs were definitely the favorites of the night, but people only had very positive things to say about the chicken as well! I personally was obsessed with the bacon covered scallops. I have never had better scallops in my life. The only complaint I had gotten was that people wished they had more room to eat more! Now that the wedding is over, I’m trying to find another event to hire Seth to cater for because I could eat his food forever.

Having Seth cater our wedding was an absolute delight from start to finish! Seth was amazing to work with and he helped us build a menu within our budget that we were really happy with. As for the food, it was AMAZING! We knew from the tasting that it would be good, but somehow it tasted even better on our wedding day. Almost every guest mentioned how much they loved their meal. We really couldn’t recommend Seth and his crew enough. They were the best in every way!

We highly recommend Seth Mias catering; not only is their food delicious with generous portions, but their staff is friendly, professional and kept the day running smoothly. We received endless complements about the food that we had for the cocktail hour and reception. They offered a great tasting event prior to the wedding which allowed us to sample a variety of their menu options and got great advice from their staff when preparing for the day. We have been to other weddings catered by them in the past and have had great experiences as wedding guests as well!

We hired Seth for my daughter’s wedding and at our first meeting I knew I made the right choice. He really listens to your ideas and loves being creative! The food was outstanding! You know you've hired a good wedding caterer when you tell your other vendors who's providing the food and they all say "Seth?! He's the BEST!!!" We heard nothing but amazing things about Seth Mias leading up to our wedding day, and now we can confirm that working with him was an outstanding experience! My husband and I still distinctly remember our first phone conversation with him at the start of the pandemic, when we were feeling extremely stressed and uneasy, especially when it came to our wedding plans. We had such a nice chat with Seth and after we hung up we couldn't stop talking about how kind and positive he was and how much more relaxed he made us feel. Fast forward over a year and one postponement later, and he absolutely DELIVERED when it came to the food at our wedding. He was so flexible, accommodating and willing to tailor his menus to our particular tastes, and our guests kept commenting on how delicious everything was. As one guest said, "I didn't know wedding food could be this good!" Thank you, Seth, for being so amazing!

Absolutely incredible! Seth is amazing to work with and ready to make any vision come to life. The food was to die for. I can't tell you how many guests said it's some of the best food they've ever had, especially at a wedding. We had a minor timing issue as they were short staffed but his crew was incredibly professional and made it flow seamlessly!

Woah! What a truly fantastic end to end service. Under Seth's expert guidance we easily breezed through all of our wedding catering plans. The execution could only be described as perfection. 1 month later we still have guests raving about the food and service. The pricing was competitive and if anything feels like a steal for what we received. On top of the amazing food and seated service, they also referred one of their own for day of coordination which was pulled off perfectly. They set up all of the decorations, table settings and managed all of the clean up. Seth Mias Catering and team did a fantastic job and truly made our wedding stress free.

We were rolling people out of our wedding they were so full--thanks to Seth, his team, and the AMAZING food! Seth was efficient to work with and quick to respond. It was very easy to work with him and see what foods fit for our wedding. Those appetizers...our guests will be talking for a lifetime about how good they were. The lobster rolls and coconut shrimp are a must! I know people enjoyed the apps when I walked around cocktail hour and the tables were stacked ten dishes high licked clean. The dinner was hearty and flavorful: prime rib, butternut squash, and salmon. So happy we had our leftovers packaged to enjoy the next day. Our late night meal was also a crowd pleaser--KFC bowls! This was a last minute addition and Seth delivered with bowls of mashed potatoes and popcorn chicken with a buffet of cheese and dipping sauces. What a hit! Everything about working with Seth and his team was amazing (shout out to the bartenders too!!) !

Seth Mias Catering was recommended to us from our venue and separately by friends of ours, and we are so glad we chose to work with Seth! First, Seth is just great to work with. He helped us narrow down our choices (since everything was amazing) and he was patient and understanding with us, especially when we had to postpone our wedding twice due to COVID. Additionally, all of his food is delicious. Everyone at our wedding was raving about the food and no one went home hungry! Everyone who works with Seth was amazing as well and made sure that we (the bride and groom) were able to eat some of the appetizers by putting some on our plates and checking in with us during dinner to make sure we were enjoying our meals. We recently used Seth's catering for our wedding at Quonquont Farm, and we are SO GLAD we did!!! Seth is so incredibly kind and responsive, and helped walk us through all the catering things to think about. Most importantly, the food we had was AMAZING. We got such good feedback, and enjoyed the food soooooo much ourselves. We are so glad we used Seth! And wish he had a restaurant so we could eat the food again :)

Seth Mias was amazing! I absolutely loved working with him and his team! The tasting was incredible and allowed us to meet our florist and bakery. He was super accommodating to guests with gluten sensitivities and nut allergies. He was flexible during COVID-19 and last-minute changes to the reception location. We did a buffet of BBQ food for our wedding and everyone raved about how delicious it all was - especially the cornbread. The only reason this review isn't 5 stars is that I, the bride, have an MSG allergy where I get terrible migraines when I eat MSG. Seth and his team were aware of this and assured me there would be no MSG. However, there ended up being MSG in the salad dressing. They plated our salads and put them at our sweetheart table. Even though the seats were labeled Mr and Mrs, they accidentally put the dressed salad on my plate and the salad with no dressing on my husband's plate. They didn't come over to inform me of any MSG until I had already eaten the salad.

Ok let me just say, I personally never talked or met Seth, BUT he is the caterer for The Red Barn in Amherst, MA, where I had my reception. I cannot even describe how amazing his food is. People are STILL texting me telling me how amazing our food was. From the appetizers, to the main course and even to the dessert bar, everything was spot on. Thank you so much Seth!!

My husband and I were married on May 29, 2021, and were thrilled with the catering services from Seth Mias Catering. We worked closely with Seth to develop our menu. Each time we had a question regarding a selection, Seth was there to give us a detailed explanation and provide us with various options and recommendations. Seth was incredibly flexible while we crafted our menu during the pandemic. During our first meeting, we indicated that we had a few guests who would require specialized meals, and Seth was wonderfully accommodating. He allowed us time to make decisions and did not force us to make final decisions until a few weeks before our wedding. It was an absolute dream working with Seth. His kindness, professionalism, and flexibility are unmatched. Importantly, Seth is a wonderful chef. Every single guest at our wedding raved about the menu selections and their meals. We chose the prime rib au jus, the crispy statler chicken with cider reduction, and the halibut with lime dill honey mustard glaze, and each dish was delicious (my husband and I got to try them all!). Seth secured Hadley asparagus for us, which we were so excited to have. Seth’s team provides wonderful service as well. Each member of the service staff that we interacted with was friendly and personable, and there was always someone coming to check in with us to see if we needed anything else throughout the dinner service. My family has been using Seth for our catering needs for the last 15 years, and we will absolutely be coming back for years to come. Thank you so much, Seth!

It doesn’t get better than Seth Mias! We found Seth on a “recommended vendor” list for a venue that we didn’t end up selecting. We were impressed by his reviews, menus, and pricing, so we kept him in mind while we were planning. When we finally found our venue, Seth was the first person we called. From that first phone call, when he let us put two different dates on hold as we solidified the venue, Seth was a dream to work with. He responded quickly via email, was upfront about all costs, and made the whole process a breeze. He holds a large, buffet-style tasting with his booked couples a few times a year, so we were able to make informed decisions about our menu. We recommend showing up hungry! We met with Seth at his office to decide on our menu in January and his personality really struck us. You can tell that he has a passion for what he does and he takes a lot of pride in making your wedding meal perfect. When our wedding day finally arrived, we had no concerns at all about the food. Our guests remarked that Seth’s food was some of the best, if not the best, wedding food they have ever had. They raved about the appetizers and no dessert was left behind! Seth’s team was professional, courteous, and efficient. We had a server assigned to the two of us, and when we couldn’t possibly finish our meals, they packed them up for us. One of our favorite memories from the day was sitting in our hotel room, remembering all the details and eating our delicious leftovers. If Seth is available, don’t hesitate to book him! You will be glad you did!

Seth catered our wedding back in September and we’ve had tons of feedback from guests about how much everyone loved the appetizers and dinner. You will not find such high quality food for such a reasonable price per plate from any other caterer in the area. Go to one of his tastings and you’ll decide on the spot that he’s the caterer you want.

We feel so lucky to have booked Seth Mias for our October 11 wedding. It was about 1 1/2 years out from the wedding and we learned that Seth Mias had already booked most weekends that month. We were hesitant to book a caterer before tasting their menu, but after reading so many great reviews we decided to pull the trigger because we didn't want to miss out. It was so beyond worth it. Seth was so easy to communicate with during the planning process and there was more than enough food to keep our guests fueled for a long night of dancing. My family is still talking in a group chat about the porcini ravioli. The staff was great, too! My best friend's birthday was the day after my wedding and I asked a member of the team to put a candle (that I provided) in her slice of wedding cake. She was more than willing and even reminded me about the moment when I had forgotten in the chaos of the night. We are so happy to have found Seth and his company.

I cannot say more great things about Seth Mias Catering. From emails in the initial planning stages to menu suggestions to meetings, Seth Mias was always quick to respond, caring, and budget-friendly. The menu for our wedding was absolutely perfect and everyone enjoyed the passed appetizers at cocktail hour as well as the buffet style BBQ meal. I know when you go to a wedding , the food isn’t always the best. That could not be said at my wedding. I had multiple people come up to my husband and I and tell us that we had the best wedding food they have ever had before. Seth really outdid himself, the food was so delicious. My husband and I made sure we had enough time to eat because the food was so delicious we did not want to miss it. We served BBQ (brisket, pulled pork, and chicken) at our wedding which really went along with our rustic themed wedding and it was very good. The crazy mashed potatoes were to die for, probably the best mashed potatoes I’ve ever had. We chose a package that included hors devours, desserts, the entrees, and sides. It was the perfect combination and Seth is great about customizing a package to meet your needs. He was so nice and quick to respond. The staff was was very professional, and did a great job managing the buffet and bussing the tables. I couldn’t recommend this caterer more!

We knew we wanted to do a buffet of BBQ food and we decided to book Seth without being able to do a tasting, simply based on his amazing reviews. We are so glad we did! We had email contact with Seth throughout our planning process and had a phone meeting with him a few weeks before the wedding as we live about 2 hours away. Seth was extremely helpful in giving us recommendations for which appetizers to pick and accommodating our specific requests. Most importantly, the food was incredible! We were so incredibly pleased with Seth Mias catering services. It was such a wonderful experience from the start with Seth. From my initial inquiring and communication, the food tasting, our efficient meeting to discuss details, and countless emails I sent during the last few months Seth was there to answer and support any questions we had. Before booking Seth, we had been hearing rave reviews about him from all our other vendors. He had big shoes to fill, and I must say he did not disappoint. Right from the tasting, my husband and I were impressed with Seth's food. With such an expansive menu to choose from, it was difficult for us to decide which options to serve at our wedding. We highly recommend the Italian stuffed peppers, the samosa appetizer for a cocktail hour, and any of his cream sauces for pasta dishes. Seth was able to work with us to provide a gluten-free alternative for one of our guests and kids meals for a few of you younger guests. We were thrilled to get compliments from several guests saying Seth served some of the best wedding food they had ever tasted.

From the very beginning, Seth was attentive to and prepared for my stream of questions relating to several severe food allergies relating to my husband and several members of our bridal party. He assured me this did not pose any issues and we could create an all inclusive menu. With Seth’s guidance, we were able to create a buffet meal, in addition to several hot passed appetizers, that met the needs of the majority of our guests. Seth was also able to construct a separate meal for a guest with severe food allergies. Between the tasting we attended and our actual wedding, the food was simply amazing. Everything was fresh, hot, and completely delicious. We received many compliments from our guests on the food (one guest told us it was the best wedding food he had ever tried). We would highly recommend Seth! He catered our wedding in September and we had a great experience working with him, the food was amazing, and his prices were competitive. We wanted a vegetarian and seafood menu, and Seth was totally willing to accommodate. He worked with us to customize the menu and even put together a cobbler/pie bar with ice cream instead of traditional dessert! Everything was fantastic - nothing like the usual mediocre meal you get at a wedding. Seth and his team were AMAZING. Seth was super easy and friendly to communicate with during the entire process. He also offers tastings which was helpful in picking what we wanted. He also has a coordinator, Donna, who was also fantastic. When planning your meal, don't be scared to ask Seth for his thoughts. He was very honest about what things work best and what might be a waste. We also asked for a few things that were not on his original menu and he did not disappoint. All of our guests were thrilled with the cocktail hour (which we thought we had kept simple) and the buffet options. No one left hungry. It was so awesome, we can't wait to have another event for Seth to cater. He was fantastic!

Seth catered our son's wedding last week. Seth and his staff were very courteous, friendly and efficient. What stood out the most was the quality of the food. Everything from the appetizers and desserts to the main courses and fruit/cheese table were absolutely outstanding. It was the best meal I've had in a long while and clearly the best wedding food my wife and I have EVER had, over many years and many weddings. Seth was absolutely amazing. The food was wonderful. People are still talking about our food! We didn’t get a chance to eat because of photos and our food being taken by the staff, but we had prearranged to have a container of food for leftovers. He made everything look wonderful. And omg when we did get to eat, AMAZING! We had gone to a tasting but the tasting didn’t have anything we were having at our wedding because we were having bbq. One thing to note is the staff. Timing was a little off and they pulled food sooner than I would have expected. They seemed a little rude but I had very few interactions with them all night. My husband and I had FULL plates that we were hoping to come back to after pictures and we came back to nothing. Regardless of everything, I HIGHLY recommend Seth. When planning, he goes through every little detail with you so you know exactly what to expect. Wonderful!

Seth was also incredibly responsive and collaborative on the menu. My sister-in-law has a lot of food allergies and he was able to create a menu she could eat all of. His staff was also wonderful. Oh my gosh, I cannot rave enough about Seth! We discovered him totally randomly and I'm so glad we did! We were interviewing DJs, and two separate DJs in conversation were like "Have you booked a caterer yet? If not you NEED to check out Seth Mias." We did our research, met Seth, went to a tasting and were in love! It also helped that he is a frequent flier at our venue (Quonquont Farm - also awesome!) so our coordinators loved him. But everything was spectacular, the food we had at our tasting and wedding was some of the best food we've ever had (go with the porchini mushroom ravioli!). We had tons of guests come up to us during our wedding and after saying it was by far the best wedding food they've ever had. My dad even said it was the best steak he's ever had in general. The portions were generous and everything was beautifully plated. He covered our cocktail hour with butlered apps too. I voiced my concerns with him that while I love passed apps, I feel like weddings I've been to before the amount of servers and food going around always felt 'skimpy' and the guests end up chasing the servers around to get food. He ensured me there would be plenty of food & servers going around and there was - so many of our guests said they were stuffed by the end of cocktail hour and impressed with how much food was going around. Seth is just the best - his staff, his food, just him! He's friendly and responsive.. You'll love him!!!

I don't feel obligated to even leave this review because Seth's reputation speaks for itself. Seth is amazing to work with, as you will hear from anybody you ask. We went into a meeting with him stressed and upset, and he didn't even know but he made us leave with smiles and in much better moods because that's just his personality (not even anything related to his food itself!) His food was INCREDIBLE and beautiful, and he's honest and flexible about the choices. We wanted chicken parmesan in the middle of July, and he said that was totally fine but a bit heavy for the summer. I'm so glad he made that suggestion! Plus, the prices are extremely reasonable. I don't have enough nice things to say about this man and his business...if you are lucky enough to get to meet him and support his catering, you should.

Everything was perfectly cooked and plated - it was just amazing! His staff was so professional and attentive. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Our guests were raving about the food the whole night and still are telling us how good it was. Everything Seth cooks is amazing - and his prices are extremely reasonable. Additionally, Seth is just a really nice guy and so easy to work with. My husband has severe nut allergies and Seth was so accommodating with this. He eased our stress by assuring us that the sanitization of the kitchen would be such that we wouldn't have to worry. Boy are we glad our wedding was on a Sunday. Given Seth's popularity, he is usually booked 1-2 years in advance for weddings. We got lucky and were able to book him just about a year in advance.

We were a bit apprehensive about signing a contract and putting down a deposit before a tasting session. But given Seth's sterling reputation, we were inclined to make the booking. We are SO HAPPY that we did. The tasting was incredible, and proof to us that we had found an amazing caterer for our wedding. 

One of the things that impressed us the most with Seth was his timely responses. We mostly chose options that were a part of his standard menu, however, there were some traditional Polish dishes we wanted to have at the wedding. Although they weren't on the menu, Seth said it wasn't a problem and pierogi happened!

Immediately after the ceremony, we were hungry but we had to run off and take photos. His staff made sure to bring a tray of hors d'oeuvre over to us, in our own private area off to the side, and make sure we didn't forget to eat. I think we ate too many. We got the Artichoke Beignets, Blackened Kielbasa, and Pecan Parmesan Stuffed Dates Wrapped in Bacon. It was absolutely incredible. And the staff kept coming over to make sure we had everything we needed. It made the wedding stress-free.

Seth also worked with us very closely to make sure our dinner menu was well balanced so that our vegetarian guests would be just as happy as everyone else, and he made suggestions on a variety of pastas and summer vegetables that were well-cooked, vibrant, and flavorful. We had a Dijon Salmon and a Goat Cheese and Pistachio Crusted Chicken, to which we received a great deal of positive remarks.

We never actually met Seth in person, but his staff were an extension of him. Professional, courteous, and skilled at navigating around changing schedules and concerned mothers.

Seth & his crew are TOP NOTCH! Our wedding was in October and our guests are still raving about the food, the appetizers were amazing and dinner could not have been more perfect. When I began searching for a vendor to cater our wedding at Quonquont Farm I was feeling a little defeated, I thought we would have to settle for a buffet style dinner in order to keep our budget in check....and then I found Seth online....I thought the prices were too good to be true, the food must not be that great, right? WRONG! We attended one of Seth's tastings and we were very pleased with everything. Then it finally came time to meet Seth and discuss our menu details...he was SO friendly and easy to talk to....he was super helpful when it came to making our meal selections! He also took care of our table settings which was the icing on the cake for us. I was even able to select a napkin color that matched our theme....and the price was still unbelievably reasonable! Choosing Seth to cater our wedding was a win-win!

Seth Mias is the best! The food at our wedding was absolutely amazing and we had so many friends and family talking about the food every time we saw them after the wedding! Seth is incredibly nice and was by far our favorite part of our wedding planning process. He was very responsive- usually responding to emails the same day I sent them. I had dietary restrictions that he easily worked around and not once did he make me feel like it would be a burden. The only thing I would recommend, is ask if you could get a plate of appetizers to your bridal suite after the ceremony. We missed most of the apps and were disappointed we weren't able to try them because everyone told us how delicious they were. But 100% I will use Seth Mias anytime I need catering. Book him now!!

Seth catered our wedding just a few days ago and we continue to hear rave reviews from all of our guests. He was so pleasant to work with and receptive to all of our special requests. I can’t say enough good things about Seth Mias Catering. They catered my backyard wedding in August 2017, and to say it was challenging is an understatement. We had no functioning kitchen to provide them other than just a couple grills and a refrigerator in back of a barn - oh and we wanted to serve steak, lobster, and a full raw bar complete with an oyster shucker. Well, you wouldn’t know it from the food! People RAVED about it (as I knew they would – we have had the pleasure of being a guest at a Seth Mias wedding and picked our wedding day around his availability!). Seth not only provided 5-star food, his staff was professional, prompt, and provided outstanding service behind the bars and serving appetizers and dinner. Seth himself helped us plan out the whole day, and was great at communicating his suggestions and needs throughout the whole process. Our whole experience with Seth was fantastic and stress-free. Seth and his wonderful staff did an amazing job at our wedding at The Garden House. We got so many compliments on the food and the prices were very reasonable. Seth accommodated our preferences but took a lot of work out of the menu planning process by offering great suggestions. I cannot say enough nice things about Seth and his team, they are incredibly professional and the food is absolutely delicious. They were accommodating of allergies (at a buffet wedding) and kept the bridal suite stocked with snacks before the ceremony and during cocktail hour. Our guests continue to tell us how amazing the food was and no one was ever concerned about running out or the temperature not being where it should. Their menus are extensive, it was hard to select a defined menu! Seth knows what he is doing and our guests felt very taken care of. I would definitely recommend them!

Seth Mias Catering did an amazing job catering our wedding. Seth was incredibly responsive to every email that we sent and was very easy to work with. He listened to what we wanted and then guided us through the perfect menu. He also provided us with the eggplant-colored linens we wanted to add more color into the room. We were very happy with the food and the service that Seth and his staff provided us and our guests. They provided us with our rentals for table settings as well as the food. From the taste testing through the wedding Seth was a pleasure to work with and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone in the Western Mass area who is looking for a quality and professional catering staff.

If there were six stars, or ten stars available, we would certainly use those as a rating. Seth Mias and his team are essentially unbelievable. From the start of our initial contact, Seth answered all our questions, addressed our concerns and was able to execute our event without any issue. The tasting we attended prior to the event made the food selection difficult, as every item we sampled was incredible. On the day of the event, Seth and his team arrived early, set up all of our tables, provided us with rental equipment that we needed, plated the food in a very artistic manner, and served all the guests in a very organized and efficient manner. Our guests have not stopped commenting on the food. They say that it was the best food they have ever had, that it was so rich in flavor, and the portions were generous. Everyone loved their meal from start to finish, including us. Seth helped me work through a few logistical issues that came up and really helped put my mind at ease. He far exceeded our expectations and we recommend him for any event, without reservations.

Seth did the food for our wedding, which consisted of a couple of stations, a whole bunch of passed hors-d'oeuvres, and a dessert station. We are fans! Especially the passed hors-d'oeuvres were excellent, and they kept coming at a steady pace. It meant that people could mingle while eating, and that we could have the loosely organized wedding we wanted. During the evening, we already got many compliments about the food. When we selected our caterer, Seth was one of the few was able to offer us a flexible and interesting menu, while still being really affordable. Seth met up with us a couple of times during the months before the wedding, trying to figure out what kind of dinner we wanted, and thinking along with us and making suggestions on how to do the food. These meetings were very pleasant and relaxed, and we really had the feeling that Seth was listening to our broad wishes and making them work, instead of just selling us his food. This included incorporating some Dutch cheese that my husband's parents brought with them at the food stations. The only downside (if it even is one) we can think of is that we had a lot of left overs, and that MA law meant that they had to be thrown away. If we would have been a bit faster, we may have been able to save some food, but alas, we were too late.

The most delicious and cost efficient wedding food around! Seth's food is absolutely perfect for a wedding! Large portions of delicious meals that will not leave any of your guests hungry! The appetizers during cocktail hour were a great sample of the food to come. We are still receiving compliments on our wedding food 4 months after the wedding! Compared to other caterers in the area, Seth's prices are the best and his food is just as good as those charging twice the price! If you want the best food you can get for the best price, definitely go with Seth Mias!!

Seth was amazing to work with from beginning to end. He provided an amazing cocktail hour, fantastic entrees and topped it off with a sundae bar. Seth asked us to start with our dream menu and he was able to provide everything we asked for under our budget. All I have to say is we came back from our 2 week honeymoon and our friends have said they can't stop talking about the food.
