Settembre Limousines Service

The worst service for our transportation at our wedding. We had two of the limo buses, both were without air conditioning, the buses were so hot to the point were multiple people were passing out on the buses from the lack of air and heat. When the drivers were addressed about the issue they said they weren't hot and did nothing about it. In addition the bus drivers took the most round about way to get to the church and venue and would not listen to any one about how to get there causing people to get even more car sick. The drivers were rude and nasty and bad drivers. My bus to the church stopped short twice almost causing an accident. In addition the buses are outdated, a bus for 30 people only had 10 water bottles, the AUX cords are old and don't work with newer phones. DO NOT BOOK SETTEMBRE. Thousands of dollars wasted, people would of rather driven themselves.

We hired this company for our wedding on 4/23/22. When arriving to pick up the groomsmen & groom, the limo driver did not contact anyone in the party, despite having the phone numbers of the groom, best man, and a groomsman. Once picked up, the groomsmen were dropped at the church in Yonkers at 12:40pm & despite it being only 25-30 minutes away depending on traffic, the pickup for the bridesmaids in Ossinning did not occur until 1:55pm (ceremony began at 2.) There was absolutely no communication between the time of the groomsmen drop off and bridesmaid pickup, and it was entirely unacceptable that a less than 30 minute drive took the driver over an hour. Then, after finally picking up the bridal party, the driver began driving the wrong direction, about to go over the Tapanzee Bridge into Rockland county when the destination was in Yonkers, making the party & the bride even later to her own wedding. Not only were all these descrepencies entirely unacceptable & unprofessional, the driver was rude and dismissive the second he arrived, and offerred no apologies for his tardiness or lack of directional ability. The timing of the day was confirmed with the company several times leading up to the day of the wedding & again that morning. When our concerns were brought up afterwards they were once again dismissed without explanation (likely because the payment had already been made?). We were charged a “late fee” for being nearly an hour late to the ceremony & the company refused to even reimburse that, despite the drivers’ errors being the sole reason for the tardiness. I absolutely do not recommend this company to anyone, especially not for such an important event. Extremely disappointed in their service

Settembre went above and beyond to make sure our day went smoothly. All the vehicles arrived timely and the drivers were so friendly.

Thank you Tony for your help and flexibility. Believe it or not my husband booked a shuttle for our wedding the day before the wedding because our other shuttle canceled on us. Our driver was so patient and friendly!! Will recommend Settembre to friends and family and use them in the future!!

We used Settembre's Limousine for not only our wedding day but also for our ride to the honeymoon the day after. Overall our experience throughout everything couldn't of been better! They truly wanted to make our day more special than it already was. My girls and I rode in the Escalade limo from my home in CT all the way down to the venue. From there (since it was only an hour ride and we had two hours remaining), they offered to pick up the guys from the hotel. Since my husband and I did NOT do a first look. Settembre's was very understanding since the men were not allowed to be at the venue for another hour after I arrived. They drove to the hotel and waited for my husband and his groomsmen to be finished then took them over to the venue as well. After the event, we were taken to an after party down on the Peekskill waterfront. The guests who came with us rode in a shuttle. My husband and I rode in the limo in front of them. All the while, they waited for us until we were done and drove us back to the hotel. All in all, they were truly amazing in their customer service, their driving skills and the support they gave us as newly husband and wife. We will definitely be using them again very soon! :)

I used Settembre Limousine for my wedding on May 18th. All the staff were pleasant to work with and very helpful! The day of the wedding, the driver was prompt, experienced and friendly. This was one less thing to worry about! Settembre Limousine is also very affordable and they have a large variety of transportation vehicles to choose from. I would highly recommend it!

I used Settembre Limo service for my wedding this past November and I couldn't of asked for better service. I had always wanted an old Rolls Royce, and Settembre was the only place I could one. In fact, they had several. For my bridal party I booked one of their large SUV stretch limos and I also booked a shuttle bus to transport guests to and from the hotels. They had so many great options that it was hard to decide when I originally went to look at all the vehicles - it looked like a show room. Everything was very organized and planned out weeks before the wedding. I provided the times when I wanted each vehicle to arrive, and they all arrived on time. The drivers were all very friendly, and mine in particular (who drove the Rolls) went above and beyond to assist me in getting in and out of the car. My husband and I had champagne waiting for us in the car after the church ceremony and my bridal party had the time of their lives in their limo. Everything was a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone in need of limousine services for any event!

Settembre's Limousine did such an outstanding job transporting the bridal party for our daughter's wedding this past October. Our itinerary was complicated, as the driver had to make multiple stops, yet our service was excellent. During scheduling, Tony and Gina were both very professional and personable. We loved the driver, who was also courteous, personable and professional, and he showed up extra-early! There were so many limos to choose from, and ours was beautiful inside and out. I highly recommend this company.

I had an amazing experience with Settembre for my wedding. We requested 3 limousines and they all arrived on time. The cars are kept very clean and the drivers are friendly and accommodating.

Overall, we had a positive experience with Settembre. We booked 2 party buses to shuttle our guests to and from the hotel and reception, and also a limo to transport the wedding party from the hotel to the ceremony and from the ceremony to the reception. Although it took several phone calls to make sure the times and locations we needed each vehicle were correct, on the day of they were all at the right place at the right time. The buses arrived in plenty of of time for the cocktail hour with all of our guests, and were there to take everyone back. The drivers were great and vehicles were nice. We also used Settembre to transport us to and from the airport for our honeymoon and would use them again!

The driver was super nice and accommodating. He provided the AUX cord for our ipod and we had a great time. Although, it rained he got us to the park with the bridal party just in time for us to take pictures before it rained. It was well worth the money for the approx. 3 hrs.
