Martin made sure everything went smoothly from the planning phase through the rehearsal, wedding ceremony, and reception. The venue is gorgeous, and the food was fantastic. We got many compliments on the hors d'oeuvres and dinner.

Where do I even begin with how amazing the venue, food, staff and Martin are? If I could give a higher rating I would! From the first time seeing the venue and meeting Martin I knew I would be in good hands and that alone feels like an underestimation! Not only were we in good hands but the staff truly went above and beyond to make our wedding not only go off without a hitch but also very special, fun, and amazing! At no point during my wedding did I have to worry about a single thing! Martin and his staff (I wish I could name every single person because each employee was amazing but I am a jerk so please tag them!!) made sure everything went off without a hitch while also staying out of the picture so to speak. I literally just had to show up! Even when I was late with giving vital info for the wedding the entire staff was so polite and understanding and still worked miraculously to put it together flawlessly! I truly felt like it was my special day because of Martin and his staff!! Everyone deserves special mention but please tag the floor manager whose name escapes me! Now to the food....it was better than I could have imagined even after the tasting! One would expect in large quantities the flavor would not be there and that is the complete opposite! The food was amazing AMAZING!! I wish I could get take out there everyday!!! The variety, quality, and presentation is truly something from a 5 star restaurant! The food was more than perfect along with the service! The venue speaks for itself - gorgeous and simple with breathtaking views that is also private. If I could have another wedding there I would!! But if I ever have another event that I can have at Settles Hill I absolutely will!!! I feel so lucky to have found such a great venue that TRULY had a major part in how amazing our wedding was!! BOOK IT NOW!! And thank you so much to the staff for putting up with us and making the night magical!! Truly thank you!!!

Recently attended a wedding. The parking was roomy & accommodating. The venue was spacious and lovely. The staff was fabulous, especially Martin..great guy. My only complaint which is a biggie for me though..was the food. That's why I gave the "Meh, just so-so" rating. My entire family found the food overly spicy. The sliced pork tasted like it was soaked in rosemary for days. The mashed potatoes tasted like mashed garlic w/ light potatoes. The pasta was tart & acidic. The Settle's Chicken was spicy, and tasted stuffed with hot sausage. And, some of the hors d'oeuvres had overly funky spices. Even the better tasting foods were still heavily seasoned. I just really wished the buffet had some old standbys that were minus the spiciness. But..alas..every food was very spicy. Unfortunately, for some of us, our stomachs can't take the amped up dishes..so after a taste here & there...we went without. But..I again stress that except for the food, all else was top notch.

The owner of this establishment was very kind and his staff was very pleasant also. The venue is simplistic yet very beautiful with lots of areas to take some really nice pictures. I loved the atmosphere and the privacy that it offered. The food was outstanding. We had many special food requests from allergy’s to religion to personal preferences and the owner was willing to work with us with any changes we needed to make. The staff kept the evening moving very smoothly but it was not rushed by any means.

Everyone was wonderful, the staff was cooperative and helpful. The food was amazing! Would definitely recommend this place!
