I worked with Shane over text and customized my own ring and he made it affordable, beautiful, and everything I could have wanted! My Fiance picked it up from him and was also extremely pleased. We both had such an amazing experience with Shane and getting my ring. and that's not the end of it. I'm looking for a ring for my Fiance now, and even though I'm looking for something outside of Seven Oaks, Shane answered all of my questions about sizing and fits for a mens band. and to top it off, he remembered my Fiance and knew exactly what i'd ordered from months ago. They go above and beyond with their customer service. And they really do make you feel like your ring is special and unique. I cannot say enough how amazing my experience has been with them.
