Nicole was extremely attentive throughout the entire process, from showing us the venue, to answering weekly questions over a year long planning process, and even to the day of when she checked on us in person frequently, texted me, and attended portions of our reception to make sure everything was seamless (and it was). Our rehearsal dinner was on the alpine deck with the country buffet, and it was a perfect slope side picnic under bistro lights. Our ceremony took place in the breathtaking Meadowoods that felt so spiritual and dreamlike, it brought every guest to tears. Lastly, our reception in the Timberstone room...a perfect party to end a perfect weekend! The food was phenomenal (even our photographers made a point to tell us they enjoyed our food), the venue was decorated perfectly, and I am already looking forward to our 1st year anniversary cake it was so good. I keep closing my eyes and wishing I could go back to that day and do it all over again..and again...and again. I recommend Seven Springs to any bride that wants enjoyable stress free planning, and the BEST day of their lives.

I stress out about everything, but I quickly realized there was no need with the two of them on our side. We had our ceremony and reception in the Alpine room. It was beautiful. Everything was perfect and the guests raved about the food. I could go on and on. We would do it all over again and can’t wait to go back for our first anniversary.

ing great vendor advice. Rena miraculously had a baby and despite being on maternity leave things were so smooth. Nicole covered her, or she responded via email and it was a real non-issue for something that could have been stressful! Having those two help us, made everything less stressful. We had 140 people at our wedding and they fit comfortably inside the Alpine room. The Alpine room has a great rustic feel to it and has an amazing view of the slopes that make for some great pictures. As well as an awesome outdoor deck with heat lamps and lights for guests to enjoy. What we additionally loved about Seven Springs is all that the resort had to offer to our guests. We loved hearing stories of families going mini golfing or skiing in the morning before the wedding. It was nice knowing our friends and family had fun during the wedding as well as at the resort outside the wedding. If we could have our wedding again, we would definitely have it at Seven Springs!

Rena let us know a few months before the wedding that she was due very close to our big day (CONGRATS ON THE BABY!!) but she introduced us to Nicole who would be taking charge. Nicole did just that. Our ceremony was a little chilly but they provided blankets and even cleaned up while we were taking pictures. The extent to which this staff went to make our day go so perfectly was astonishing. So many compliments on the beauty of our setting, the deliciousness of our food and the friendliness of the staff. I would highly, highly, highly recommend Seven Springs if you're looking for a gorgeous venue with fantastic staff. THANK YOU!!!

My grandfather was with us and I remember discussing the pros and cons to make the decision... his comment was anything you are unsure about, is trumped by Rena; I don’t think you can go wrong with her. Boy was he right. We continued to nag Rena for the next 13 months and she was always responsive but most of all accomodating. There wasnt a question she couldn’t answer or resolution she could not find. We got to work a little with Nicole as well! And same thing—- top notch! They made us feel like family. Have you seen the movie ‘The Wedding Planner?’ That is this team—- they make your day more than you can ever imagine. Everyone was so impressed with the amount of food and cooridating that was provided. Not just the amount, but the quality! Our family and friends will be talking about the beauty of the resort, the fun they had dancing, the new SS family they gained and the deliciousness of the food—- who says that about wedding food??? No one! But you will here. This team is top notch and we hope to visit them year after year when we are in town!

The entire weekend was completely stress-free, Rena and her team made sure everyone was where they needed to be (and on time), organized shuttles, helped with decorations, communicated with vendors and directed guests. The food at our rehearsal dinner and wedding reception was amazing (buffet style for rehearsal and served meal at the reception) and guests are still talking about it. The filet mignon and pesto gnocchi are among the favorites! Our wedding cake was beautiful AND delicious! We opted to come back on our first anniversary to pick up a fresh cake rather than save it in our freezer! (love that they provided that option) Guests really enjoyed staying at the resort for the weekend, whether they stayed in the hotel or in a cabin. There was complimentary 24 hour shuttle service around the resort, which we all took complete advantage of! Our wedding weekend was magical and I would highly recommend to have a wedding at 7 Springs!

My husband and I recently moved from PA to NC and Rena made it so easy to plan from afar! She was super accommodating to our busy schedules. Seven Springs is the perfect "all-inclusive" wedding location- everything is located at the resort and you don’t have to worry about you and your guests traveling from one place to another. My husband and I went to Seven Springs on one of our first dates and when we found Seven Springs as a possible wedding location we immediately knew it was meant to be. We had our wedding ceremony at the Meadowoods and reception at the Alpine Room. We took pictures on the top of the ski slopes that provided the most breath taking back drop that truly shares the beauty of Seven Springs in the summertime. Seven Springs is THE location to get married! It doesn’t get better than having your ceremony, reception, breath taking views, and hotel accommodations all in one spot! We cannot thank Seven Springs enough for making our wedding day the best day of our lives!!! Seven Springs will always hold a special place in our hearts.

I honestly never stressed once about anything at any point in time, because everything was so nicely organized. Everyone during our entire day was in constant contact with one another, and I was honestly amazed that we did not have even one mishap (which I was expecting, because things happen sometimes). I could go on and on with how amazing and perfect everything was. I would recommend seven springs, Rena & her team to anyone looking for a one stop shop for their wedding. You have an amazing coordinator, beautiful ceremony locations, a cocktail hour, reception halls, amazing catering (best food I’ve ever had), delicious cake, and next door hotel accommodations.

best idea was to get the wedding package which includes almost everything you need for the wedding (the cake, the ceremony and reception location, the room the night of the wedding, the wedding coordinator, the food, the alcohol, etc.). I am very OCD and had a specific vision in mind, I still couldn't believe my eyes when the wedding day came and everything was pulled together to create what I thought could only exist in my mind. All of our guests came from all over the country so having a huge resort with multiple options (hotel, chalets, rental homes, etc.) was crucial. We also had some kids so they loved all the activities on site. The mountain views and deck really wowed our guests along with how friendly the bartenders and staff were. Everyone just kept saying how beautiful and happy they were with the site and the party. If you are on the fence about this place do yourself a favor and go check it out. My decision was made 5 minutes into the tour and my eyes sparkled so brightly that my then fiancé knew there was no other option. We are so happy and can't wait to go back for our one year anniversary! Thank you 7 Springs, we all love you!

along the planning path from helping out with local vendor recommendations to the best meal options and schedule of events. When the day came everything ran smoothly. The Meadowoods venue was beautiful for an outdoor venue in the beginning of June with birds singing and the leaves rustling throughout the service. The picture locations all around the resort are beyond amazing especially turtle dam and Helen’s! The reception was held in the Alpine room which was perfect for our 120 guests. The guests were able to enjoy the cocktail hour on the large private deck before an excellent dinner and night of fun. The deck was perfect throughout the reception as a place to step out and relax under the night sky and Edison Lighting. Throughout the reception the staff was amazing and took care of everyone’s requests. The things that surprised us the most about the service at Seven Springs was the entire staffs dedication to ensure that our day was perfect. Our Maid of Honor was beyond thrilled when Rena and Nicole even helped bustle the dress! If you are considering Seven Springs please take the time to visit Rena and take a look for yourself, this place is perfect!

In addition, there are lots of other things to do around the resort, which made the weekend almost like a mini destination wedding for many of our guests! As awesome as the place itself is, the real gem here is Rena, our wedding coordinator. I don’t even think I can write a review that does this woman justice! She made the entire planning process seamless and catered to every need and request. Literally ANYTHING we asked for, she made it happen like magic! She also made sure I was aware of other things going on around the resort at the same time as my wedding that we could take advantage of to enhance the experience. She patiently handled frequent changes and modifications, and made everything so stress-free. The day of, she was basically my wedding angel. She was there from beginning to end to keep things running smoothly, to make sure everyone and everything was in the right place at the right time, and, honestly, to calm my nerves! She was so attentive and I am so grateful to have had her to run the show! Also, Nicole worked with Rena the day of the wedding - I met her for the first time that morning and you really would have thought she’d been working on our event from the start! They both genuinely care about the success of your day, and that makes the whole experience so much more amazing!

We had our rehearsal dinner at the Foggy Goggle with the mountain bbq buffet and it was to die for. I don't eat meat and I was obsessing over the steak. Our ceremony took place at the breathtaking Meadowoods. Nestled into the forest and tucked in among the trees, it was the perfect place for an outdoor ceremony. Our reception was in Exhibit Hall! The huge space and stone cased walls, sold me instantly! The high ceilings give an elegant ballroom feel but the stone walls and sconces give just a hint of the warm rustic mountain resort feel. Everyone at the resort was so accommodating, helpful and friendly. It is the perfect venue for any wedding with the best food, service and style around. My husband and I couldn't be happier with our choice in our wedding venue. We are so thankful to Seven Springs for helping us create the best day of our lives!

aled the deal. Every square foot of this resort is beautiful. Rena was our wedding coordinator and I could not have been more pleased. She helped me every step of the way, answering countless emails, providing vendor suggestions, and even measuring the length of the aisle at Meadowoods - And, that was before the wedding day. We got married in the Timberstone room, which is nestled at the bottom of the ski slopes, windows all around the room, a deck on the perimeter, with beautiful wood and stone pillars inside. On top of that, the staff was incredible. They were prepared for anything, including the torrential downpour that occurred during our ceremony. They provided all of the transportation around the resort shuttling guests to and from the main lodge and the wedding party around the resort to get photos. Also, the saying that wedding food usually sucks did not apply here. Their food was amazing, even better than when we tried it for the tasting. Our guests were blown away - even I was blown away! Rena and Sierra helped the day of the wedding, and I am so thankful for them. They kept everything on track and made sure no details were missed. If we could do the day over again we would not change a thing. The ceremony space, the reception room, the food, the staff, the wedding coordinators - everything was more than perfect!

She even made sure our "Sparkler Send Off" went as planned! Seven Springs is such a great place for guests to stay for a weekend. There were so many things to do for everyone! Rena hit the ground running by explaining everything in detail and covering all the little things we might not have thought of. They were extremely accomodating with all our requests and allowed us to make the changes we wanted. On the actual day, Rena was nothing short of PERFECT! She took care of everything behind the scenes and absolutely nothing went wrong. The Alpine room was set up exactly as I wanted it. The food prepared by the chef was delicious and fresh! The servers were on top of their game. The bar tenders handled drink requests and the crowd super well. The wedding cake was stunning, exactly as I had asked, and scrumptious...multiple guests complimented the whole day. Our hotel rooms were clean and comfy, as well as the gorgeous Sugar Hill cabin my family rented. The rest of the resort was fun and entertaining, and all of my guests had the best weekend ever. I seriously cannot say enough about it all. I would 110% choose Seven Springs to do it all again. you have a plethora of places to take beautiful wedding photos. It was so nice to have a one stop shop for our wedding, people could walk from the reception straight back to their hotel rooms. Having the option to rent a townhome/condo allowed us to have an intimate rehearsal dinner/party with our family (with 24/7 shuttles to return them to the hotel!). Franki (the wedding coordinator) was FANTASTIC and helped everything run smoothly the day of. If anything went wrong, I had no idea, because it was all perfectly executed. To be honest I couldn't have imagined a better location to celebrate the most wonderful day of my life.

Since we were planning our wedding from northern VA, they made the best vendor recommendations and were extremely accommodating to our non-traditional ideas. Even though we were married on one of the busiest wedding weekends (Labor Day), we were always treated as though we were their number one priority. Also, the food was DELICIOUS and never-ending! Our guests continue to rave about the level of service, how amazing the food was, and what a great time they had at our wedding! I definitely recommend Seven Springs to anyone who is looking for stress-free planning and an all-inclusive wedding package. It may be a little pricier than other options, but since your wedding day flies by so quickly, it is worth every penny to not waste time sweating the small details/setting up/tearing down and truly enjoy minute of the day!

I really do not have anything bad to say about the staff or facility at Seven Springs. From the spa who helped us get ready, to the food, to Rena, to the room and grounds it was perfect! and event crew. If you book a wedding at this resort you get the service of a wedding coordinator to help you with all the details of the big day. Rena was assigned to my wedding and she was absolutely fantastic!! She always answered my emails and phone calls the same day and made sure to always have an answer for me. She assisted me from the very beginning with planning and made sure everything ran smoothly on the big day. I never realized how much of a great help she would be, but I couldn't have done it without her. There was a wedding tasting a few months prior to the wedding and it was delicious all the food was excellent. They prepare so much food and dessert for you to try that its hard to choose just a few items! When booking a wedding you also get a wedding cake designed by the resort's bakery team. My cake was delicious and turned out beautifully- it looked exactly how I wanted it to!! I got so many compliments from my guests stating how gorgeous my wedding was and it was the best wedding they have every been to- It was also a huge hit that people could stay at the resort the night before and the night of for convince. Guests do not even have to go outside they can just walk down the hall to the room my wedding was held in. My guests loved all the amenities the resort had to offer such as a swimming pool, spa, game room, restaurants, bars, shops, skiing, snow tubing, live music, Christmas events and more! I highly recommend anyone getting married to check out seven springs resort, you won't be disappointed!!

uding the wedding itself. We worked with Sierra Jack initially, and were concerned when she left and Franki Wasik took over. Franki, however, soon showed her true colors and her most professional attitude as the transition was seamless! She promptly returned all emails and phone calls and patiently answered this first timer's questions never implying as if it was anything other than her pleasure. She showed us all the marriage sites and made several wonderful suggestions when we asked for them (never putting her own opinions above ours). She was in constant communication with my daughter-in-law which made the bride feel relieved also. She organized our taste testing and participated with us again answering all questions. She provided excellent rehearsal dinner options as we did that at Seven Springs too! We went with the Mountain barbecue which was wonderful. She was with us for the rehearsal and kept things organized and moving along, again providing outstanding suggestions, as to what worked well due to her experience. The day of the wedding she was there but not invading "our space". Our cocktail hour was perfect as were our dinners and our Pittsburgh Cookie Table was set up perfectly to display our hard work in a beautiful setting. There was an ice luge with my son and daughter-in-law's names sculpted and their signature drink! Beautiful elegant table settings, gorgeous atmosphere and the icing on the cake were the fireworks that went off that evening. Our guests were beyond impressed as were we! After the wedding was over, the left over cookies were nicely boxed up for us to take home as well as the bride and groom's toasting flutes and cake knife. We didn't have to worry about anything! Upon going home, I had some additional concerns and reached out to Franki who again responded in a prompt and professional manner even though the wedding was now over. I can't say enough about how perfect EVERYTHING was and am wondering how we can ever top that wedding with our others!

all stayed at the resort, some at the hotel and others in cabins and chalets. Guests with kids enjoyed outdoor activities, with the alpine slide being a favorite! The employees that I worked with were wonderful. Thoughtful and timely in their communication and focused on making our wedding day dreams a reality. While we ended up planning everything from food and music to decorations, arrangements and set-up (all a ton of work!) I wad thankful that this venue allowed us to do what we wanted. Book really early.. Like more than a year in advance. And if you are managing a lot of the details on your own, I suggest visiting multiple times if you are from out of town. It was nice to do this because we got a little vacation every time we had to leave town for wedding stuff! And what better place to vacation. My wedding was in mid-July. Thought it would be a tad cooler up in the hills, but it was not! Even so, we were surrounded by plenty of tall trees to keep the sun at bay. I really can't say enough about the grounds of Fin'n Feather. We knew what it would be like, but the day of the wedding (after all the craziness of last minute set-up) it was more perfect than we had imagined. Our guests have told us over and over how much they enjoyed the whole day and the location. We were delighted to give our guests a true vacation from the hustle and bustle, by making our wedding celebration all day. No rushing. No driving. Just an authentic outdoor experience. We brought in a bluegrass/swing band with a caller and square-danced the night away on the large grassy lawn. Truly one of the best days I have ever known. I can't wait to keep up the tradition and visit Seven Springs year after year.

smaids (and everyone else). They took care of EVERYTHING for us; the set up, the decorations, rehearsal, shuttles, cookie table, breakdown after the reception.. literally everything. And it was SO helpful to not have to worry about all of that stuff and know that it was taken care of. And they did a wonderful job with everything - the reception was beautiful, and I wouldn't have changed a thing!! I have nothing but amazing things to say about the venue and the staff; everyone was so kind and helpful, and the venue was gorgeous and everything I ever hoped for. Rena and Frankie are so helpful, professional and organized - I truly don't know how they do it. They had a total of SEVEN weddings at Seven Springs the same weekend as ours, and somehow still managed to make us feel like ours was the only one. They dedicated so much time and energy to making sure that everything went off without a hitch. I was truly impressed by them. I worked mostly with Rena up until the day of when Frankie joined us also, and she checked in with me regularly to make sure we were on the same page, kept me on track with the decisions I needed to make at the time, and answered all of my questions. She was incredibly helpful, kind, professional, and always accessible. She responded to phone calls and emails almost always within 24 hours. She really worked with my husband and I to customize our wedding package and our experience so that it was everything that the two of us wanted. She is WONDERFUL to work with, and I would recommend her to anyone!! I truly cannot say enough great things about her and our entire experience with Seven Springs. I wish we could relive the day over and over again, and I wouldn't change a thing!! Except maybe drink a little less so I could make it to brunch Sunday morning :)

ur lives. We got a lot of compliments. Overall the service was great. The food was also fantastic. The Princess cake is to die for. However we did experience a few things that we wish we'd thought about earlier or had changed. About 4-6 months prior to the wedding we did experience delayed responses from the wedding coordinators. Once it got to be 1-2 months prior to our wedding it got better. After the reception, it was confusing for some of our guests to get back to the hotel if the shuttle wasn't there to provide the transportation. There were no signs and no attendant to alert our guests to wait for a shuttle after the reception. We also did not get back some of our props and the majority of our cookie containers/tins after we were told all of our stuff would be packed up for us. After our wedding they found three props, but did not say anything about finding the rest.

f 2014 we decided to visit Seven Springs as a possible wedding venue. This was my first time visiting 7 Springs, and that day we decided we would book for our May 2016 wedding! We originally booked with a past employee and then we were assigned Franki as our Wedding Coordinator. Franki made sure everything was enjoyable for us, from our tasting to the rehearsal dinner, everything went very smoothly. When the wedding day finally came, I was relaxed and able to enjoy the entire day! (I am not a relaxed person – my sister said the groom was worried sick I didn’t have a “Melt-down” yet. And it never happened!) Franki and her team took everything I said I wanted, and took it to the next level. What I loved most about Franki, was that I could let my ideas flow and she had a sensible solution that was better than originally envisioned. As I walked in to see the reception to review before our guests arrived, I said to my husband – “Wow! This is really our wedding? This is more beautiful than I imagined.” For one day out of our lives, we were the King and Queen, Franki and her staff did everything we asked without hesitation, accommodations appeared to be endless, and our Fairy tale wedding in the mountains was enjoyable, stress free and simply more than we could have every hoped for. Our wedding dream, became our wedding reality.

ng to be WAY out of our budget, but to our surprise, it was equivalent, if not cheaper than many of the places we considered in Pittsburgh. Once the planning began, I worked with Sierra. She was awesome. She listened to all of our requests, concerns, and ideas and offered her advice and fixes for our consideration. She put my mind at ease every step of the way. Any concern (or minor panic attack) i had, she quickly calmed with the perfect answer. I'm still not sure how she did it. She was a true professional. Less than 4 months before my wedding, i got the terrible news that Sierra was leaving 7 Springs and that Franki would be taking over. I believe in many circumstances, a change like this would have some misses or bumps, but the transition was seamless! Franki is just as, if not more, talented, organized, and professional as Seirra. The team of Franki and Rena made sure every last detail was perfect. They went above and beyond. I cannot thank them enough for everything they did. The wedding turned out better than i ever dreamed, and it was because of the entire staff at 7 springs. Everyone had so much heart and passion for what they do, and it showed in their work. Because of their dedication, we were able to have our dreams come true. Many of our friends and family are still telling us that it was the best wedding they've ever been to. Thank you Franki and Rena!!!!!!!!!!

id most of my planning during the height of wedding season, but she was still super responsive to all of my calls and e-mails. Our actual wedding day was PERFECT! We had about 100 guests for our ceremony and dinner in the Alpine room, filled with candles and winter white flowers and the space looked beautiful. I recommend opting for the ceiling twinkle lights and a fireplace full of candles if you're having an evening wedding. The food was also outstanding, and there was SO MUCH of it. P.S. The “Princess cake” of strawberries and bananas is probably the best thing you’ll ever eat! We hired acoustic musician John Wiatrak to play from the start of our ceremony until the end of the reception, and we received so many compliments from our guests on the music. If a DJ isn’t your style, you MUST get details on John! The wedding day went smoothly as Franki and her assistant that day, Rena, handled all the details. It allowed us to really enjoy each special moment of the day. Our guests enjoyed spending the entire weekend at the resort and it allowed us to spend a little extra time with everyone. We can’t wait to go back next year for our Anniversary!

She kept me calm, coordinated every last detail, and made sure everything was where it needed to be, so we could focus on enjoying ourselves! She was so wonderful to work with, would answer emails on time, and coordinated the other vendors so we didn't have to worry about that the day of. The food was amazing, staff was so friendly, and the atmosphere was incredible. Seven Springs is the perfect mix of elegance and rustic-chic and fit so well with our style. In addition to everything else, we submitted a picture of a cake that we loved, and were so surprised that the cake looked identical to the picture! I can't say enough good things about this venue, the food, and staff. I will definitely be encouraging all of my friends to get married there, just so we can re-live the amazing experience!

She worked with us to make sure we had everything available to make our daughter's wedding day a dream come true. The food was amazing, the cake, sweet perfection. Ms. Jack has a list of preferred vendors for flowers, music, etc....take advantage! She knows the quality of these vendors and will not steer you wrong! I'm just sorry we have but the one child, otherwise I'd host another wedding at Seven Springs again in a heartbeat. Worth every penny! Thank you Sierra!

All of our guests commented all night how great everything was from the atmosphere to the food, which was DELICIOUS! We still get compliments on what a great time they had and everybody was saying best wedding ever! We wish we could do it all over again! We made a long weekend of it. Friends and family came in from all over and enjoyed the autumn festival the resort was hosting that weekend; we had a welcome party Friday, rehearsal dinner Saturday, and Sunday was the big day. We even had a lot of close family and friends stay until Monday as well. The food, was great, the packages are even better. Basically a one stop shop and no worries because our wedding coordinator sierra was there every step of the way. We definitely recommend Seven Springs!!!

really have our dream wedding. Each location was truly beautiful and unique. My ceremony was at Meadow Woods and I could not have picked a better location! It is truly magical there and my guests were amazed with how beautiful it was. It also made for some stunning photos! Our reception was held in the Timberstone Room. We were able to create our own atmosphere and look while still enjoying a beautiful room. Again, our guests were beyond impressed with how beautiful it was. I would also like to mention how extraordinary the wedding coordinator, Sierra, and her assistant, Joy, were. My wedding would not have been what it was without their patience and desire to make the day perfect. We were dodging rain storms that day and because our ceremony was planned for outside, I typically would have had to make the tough decision to move inside hours before. However, Sierra understood how much I wanted to be outside so she went above and beyond to ensure we could do so (thankfully the rain stopped!) without any extra stress for us. She was also so responsive to questions and concerns and helped to make the planning so much easier. I am BEYOND thankful for everything Sierra and Joy did to make our wedding perfect. Along with the wedding coordinators, the staff at Seven Springs were absolutely fantastic. From taking care of the bride and groom to each and every guest, they truly went above and beyond with their service. I have absolutely no complaints or regrets. My guests contacted me for weeks after the wedding to tell me how great of a time they had and how impressed they were with the venue and staff. We did not have to worry about a thing! Sierra and her team set everything up the day before and had it ready to go for us the following morning. What a wonderful feeling after your wedding! Looking back, I would not have changed my venue location at all. From the convenience of having both the ceremony and reception in one place to the incredible service from Sierra and her staff, I am so happy that I chose Seven Springs. My husband and I still talk about how easy and enjoyable the experience was. You definitely get it all when having your wedding at Seven Springs. he perfect spot! The guests loved all of the activities at the resort and some rented chalets, which they loved. I truly have just two complaints: trying to coordinate all of this with the resort was one of the biggest headaches -- ever. The group sales staff really didn't communicate well, which was incredibly unsettling! And the bar continually kicked out our guests, who were sober!

Overall for the price it's a great resort, wish they could have stepped up and been excellent.

Our guest had the best time ever!! I can go on and on about how awesome everything was and how amazing Sierra is. She's so sweet and very organized. we were very impressed and happy with their services. We had a very large guest list (350) as well as a very large wedding party (24). Sierra and her team were able to provide suggestions and come up with the most beautiful ideas to make the day extra special for us. We had our ceremony at the Meadow Woods which was the perfect location for a rustic outdoor theme. The Meadow Woods only held about 250 people so Seven Springs provided white garden chairs for the rest of our guests. It was perfect. We loved the Bridal Barn. That was added a few months before the wedding and we absolutely loved it. Our reception was held in the Grand Ballroom and Sierra and her team did a fabulous job decorating. They were able to design the room to fit all of the guests, DJ, Band, photobooth, gift table, memory table, cocktail area and cookies. Sierra utilized the garage space for our Cookie Room, which she decorated and designed her self. The day went without a hitch! It was absolutely perfect. I would recommend Seven Springs to anyone looking to have their wedding around this area. The service is out of this world. Sierra and her team really have the knowledge and experience to make your special day an unforgettable one.

Once we settled on the main items, the ceremony venue of Meadowoods and and the reception hall of the Alpine Room, Sierra and her team took over. As we were planning this wedding from 4 hours away, she lead the day to day corresponding with the other vendors and teams- ie. food/beverages, flowers, decor etc. on our behalf which was tremendously helpful. After months of planning, the wedding weekend came and went off with out a hitch. Sierra and her team worked tirelessly to ensure the entire bridal party, family and guests enjoyed themselves and didn't have to worry about the small details. There are so many activities to enjoy while there that all the guests could explore at their own pace- the spa, golfing, mountain biking, hiking and more. The wedding turned into an entire weekend of fun times. It was an incredible wedding and I would recommend Seven Springs to anyone that is looking for a uniquely charming wedding.

It was such an easy and carefree wedding day because everything was taken care of for us. Everything from the food (which was amazing), the cake, flowers, and linens. The resort provided even a shuttle to take my bridal party around for pictures so I didn't have to stress about finding the perfect background. I would recommend any event there for any occasion and they will be sure to take care of everything for you. My only advice would be to make sure you bring your ID to any of the bars on the resort, they will not let anyone in without it even if you are the bride and groom!

Over the next two weeks, we were able to plan our ceremony that included a total of 8 people and would take place at Helen's Restaurant. Unfortunately, the weather was not cooperative and we did not have the outside wedding by the waterfall; however, Helen's accommodated nicely by allowing us to have the wedding in front of the fireplace. It was private, cozy, and afterward, we walked into the next room and had a phenomenal dinner. I was (and still am) amazed at how well everything turned out. We were able to have a shuttle take us from the Hotel to the Restaurant and back, which was extremely convenient, and we had fun downstairs in the Matterhorn afterwards. I cannot thank Sierra enough for how helpful she was in putting our special day together for us and making the arrangements!! If there was anything I would have to mention to someone planning to rent a room at the Hotel, whether getting married or not, I would advise if using a credit card to book the room, use one that you feel comfortable getting charged in full right away. Unlike every other hotel experience I've had, instead of using the card to hold the room until check it, it was charged immediately. Also, in the room that we stayed, the pipes were really loud for some reason and we heard them throughout the night. Other than those hotel issues, which were fairly minor and the credit card issue was corrected right away, I would give the 7Springs Wedding Experience my highest recommendation :)

SHE ALWAYS HAD A BLAH PERSONALITY, WITH A NEW BRIDE TO BE I EXPECTED TO WORK WITH SOMEONE THAT WOULD BE EXCITED FOR ME AND BE AS CATERING TO ME AS I EXPECTED (BY CATERING I JUST WANTED A RESPONSE TO QUESTIONS IN AN EMAIL) MY OVER ALL EXPIERNCE WAS GREAT ONLY THING WAS THE LACK OF SERVICE. I EVEN WROTE A LETTER TO THE MANAGER AT SEVEN SPRINGS AND EXPRESSED MY CONCERN FROM THE VERY BEGINING AND NEVER EVEN GOT A RESPONSE. THE BEAUTIFUL GROUNDS IS WHY I HAD MY WEDDING THERE.. EVEYTHING ELSE WAS GREAT. CAKE, FOOD... WAS WONDERFUL..
