et married there. We started by working with Nicole to tour, look at options, and book our date. She was super communicative, friendly and attentive! After booking, you get assigned a wedding coordinator. During this time, communication was scarce. We would go days or weeks without a response. This was very frustrating especially when it came to inquiring about the payments. We pretty much knew how much we were paying for each due date except for the final payment which was dependent on final headcount and options. About a month out when the final payment was due, we had multiple issues getting a response. We were receiving multiple invoices with conflicting amounts and no explanation. About two weeks out, we finally get clarification and make the final payment. Besides the administrative issues, our day was everything we dreamed of. The weather was beautiful and the resort was absolutely gorgeous! We booked Meadowoods & the Alpine room. Overall, our planner Helaina was very friendly and she really stepped up the day of and made sure everything ran smoothly, even when one vendor was missing for 3 hours, and she worked very well with our day of coordinator.

Food, drinks and cake were phenomenal, and the winterberry room is so stunning it barely needs decor. Several of our guests shared with us how kind and accommodating all of the staff were, from the hotel to the shuttle drivers. Seven Springs blends rustic mountain charm and elegant glamour, which is not easily achieved. No detail was overlooked, and we cannot thank them enough for our perfect wedding weekend!

ure of getting married at Meadowoods (there outdoor ceremony spot) and had our reception at the Winterberry in September. It was such a beautiful, memorable day. From day 1 when we booked with them, the team was so organized and kept in contact with you through the process. They provided us with a payment plan so you arent stuck with a lump sum bill right before your wedding day. EVERYTHING was included... from linens, food and beverage, your wedding cake and the best part a COORDINATOR! Future brides do not go without.
We had the uttermost pleasure working with Sarah B through the entire process. From the beginning she was so organized, detail oriented, friendly, kind, and made sure our wedding day was perfect. I can confidently say I woke up the morning of with zero concerns because I knew the day would run smoothly because of her organization and attention to the timeline of the day. I was right, I cannot pinpoint one thing that went wrong. She was so much fun to work with and made the wedding planning process enjoyable and stress free.
The staff at the resort were wonderful. Starting with hotel check in on Friday, rehearsal dinner at Seven Ten Bistro, the entire wedding day, and checkout Sunday. I can say being a bride and groom here, they treat you like royalty.
I really do not need to express how beautiful the venue and ceremony space is, it speaks for itself.
All in all, if you are looking for a resort that offers everything in one spot do not pass up checking out Seven Springs. I will forever remember this day and all of the time and dedication the staff put into making our wedding day perfect. They deserve more than 5 stars. Exceptional.

outdoor ceremony site and Winterberry reception venue are literally picture perfect sites. The resort offered true onsite "one-stop shopping". Golf outing to start the weekend on Friday morning (Highlands Golf Course at Seven Springs), rehearsal dinner (Helen's) and welcome gathering (Foggy Goggle) on Friday night, dedicated room in conference center for hair and make-up the day of the wedding. Ceremony, cocktail hour and reception on Saturday, and finally a private brunch (Matterhorn) on Sunday. Onsite hotel with large two bedroom family suites to serve as "home base" (including a HUGE living room and dining room area!). Extremely efficient shuttle service to get the bridal party and guests from one place to another throughout the entire weekend. Helaina LeGrand was our assigned wedding coordinator, and was very patient and helpful in responding to countless emails from us. Helaina literally coordinated everything for us, down to handing out gift bags to our hotel guests and the storage and arrangement of cookies for the infamous Pittsburgh cookie table. Attention to detail and prompt, friendly customer service were critical factors to us in our vetting process, and Helaina and her staff delivered with flying colors. They offer three tiers of pricing/service for reception, which will accommodate varying budgets. No hesitation whatsoever in recommending.

ake, a pretzel wall, a champagne toast at the ceremony and prosecco at the bar all night. The in-house catering is fantastic, we had multiple people tell us it was the best wedding food they have ever had. The setting is stunning, the rooms are amazing and the staff were all so great to work with. We were in the alpine room which is the smaller of the rooms but has the Matterhorn attached for cocktail hour and has such a lovely deck that looks over the slopes that had fire pits set up for people to relax around, smoke cigars, escape the music for a bit, etc. The shuttle service was included and drove people around all night, to and from the after party bar and took us all around for our photos. Overall, this experience was even better than I could have imagined!

Our guests staying at the hotel had the best customer service - two were even gifted two pillows because they told the staff they were the most comfortable pillows they ever slept on! It was very easy working with Nicole from sales and Sarah, our wedding service manager, to build the perfect weekend. The Winterberry was the perfect reception space for our 130-guest wedding. In the future, I would love to see Seven Springs have a designated bridal suite with mirrors and sinks for the girls to get ready in. I do feel that this is a pricier venue, but the service and experience we had was completely worth it. Thank you to all of the staff at Seven Springs who made our wedding so perfect!

The outdoor ceremony at Meadowoods was like a fairy tale. Striking! Winterberry was our reception venue, it offers an outdoor patio and our guests loved having cocktail hour and being able to relax a bit between dances.
The space is gorgeous as it is and if Linda Brown Floral is your florist then it’s transformed to whatever your hearts desire!

ing for venues this was at the top of our list. As soon as we toured the Meadowoods ceremony site we knew this was the place we wanted to get married because it was beautiful. We also loved that Seven Springs provided pretty much everything in their wedding packages; coordinator, wedding cake, linens, alcohol, food, room for the wedding night, and shuttle busses for the guests to get to and from the ceremony and reception. Our coordination Helaina was amazing. She was extremely professional, responsive, and answered all the questions I had. We had our reception in the Alpine Room and that came with the outside deck and fire pits as well which our guests loved. As for food, I’ve had so many people tell me that it was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding, and I’d have to agree. Our cake was out of this world as well. They got the design exactly how I’d asked for it to be. It was beautiful and delicious! We also loved that it was at a resort so all our guests could spend the weekend and we had a ton of time to spend with our families over the weekend. I would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a mountain setting for their wedding!

ways on top of all the planning and day of setup - we never had to worry about anything. Also, the food was great and the bartenders and servers were all extremely nice and professional. Our only complaint was the resort accommodations for guests. We had several guests tell us they had issues with booking a room and we even had a couple people tell us they couldn’t come because there were no rooms left (This may have been a limited time issue since their system was down).

uring all the uncertainty they never made us feel pressured to make a decision. Even when we thought we were cancelling all together, they wished us all the best without hesitation. No detail went unnoticed, If I didn’t remember something they did! Anything we needed, they did it or figured out how to make it happen! They are extremely attentive, made sure our day ran perfectly, and made sure every detail was perfect! Depending on what package you would choose everything is included- table linens, open bar, meals, cake, set up, take down, and a shuttle around the resort for your guests! Not to mention the food and cake was delicious! If you’re looking for a rustic/ modern venue where everyone has the ability to stay, definitely look into them!

We went at the end of October and everything was a beautiful green and orange. Specifically, we got married at the patio outside Helen's waterfall which was perfect for our small wedding (~60 people) but might be a tight squeeze for anything larger. Nicole was an amazing help from getting all the details organized to bringing in the emergency hair dryer when I was trying to dry my train out during cocktail hour. The only issues we had were with checking into the hotel. Some of my guests had wrong rooms (needed handicap but got a regular, was fixed) and I was told I had no reservation the night before even though I asked to book it (only the night of is included in the package we chose so if you want the night before to have an area to get ready the next day definitely do that). Other than that everything went off without a hitch! Also, if you want to have your hair and makeup done on property, the Trillium salon they have there did an amazing job! They also cater to any makeup allergies which was really great. Overall I'd definitely recommend Seven Springs if you want the fall foliage as your backdrop.

was right there every single step of the way. Nicole is more than just an amazing wedding planner and event coordinator, she is a great friend with your best interest always in mind. Nicole organizes every single thing you could ever need and does it all effortlessly. Seven Springs offers every single thing your heart could desire. Your guests will have plenty to do and will want to make a full weekend out of it. There are soo many places to host all of your events. Helen's in the PERFECT spot for a cozy rehearsal dinner and Foggy Brews is a large space and super fun to host friends and family the night before the wedding. Meadowoods is gorgeous year-round, even with 2 inches of snow in November. My guests gasped as they walked into Winterberry in its full glamour and loved the large space for the dance floor and all of the rustic charm. The absolute best part is that the shuttles are amazing so none of your guests ever have to drive anywhere and can just relax. I had the best and most gorgeous weekend of my life and my guests said it was the BEST wedding they had ever been to. I am so grateful for Nicole and the entire Seven Springs crew for running an absolutely SEAMLESS weekend with 170 of my closest people. 10/10 recommend.

Our 7Springs wedding planner, Nicole Gradler, was AMAZING working with us through restrictions, rescheduling, and every aspect of planning our special day. 7Springs was very accommodating to us through rescheduling to the following year. Finally, we had our dream wedding on October 23, 2021. Every detail of our day was perfectly executed, better than we could have ever imagined. Nicole was very organized, thoughtful, and professional. She truly made our dream come true. As a bride, I appreciated having zero stress on the wedding day. Everything was thought out and planned to a T. I only had to worry about the rainy weather forecast for our outdoor ceremony. Nicole checked in with me throughout the day and we made the final call 2 hours prior to the ceremony time. We got to have our dream outdoor ceremony and everything was set up beautifully, even with a rainy morning. The reception food was amazing, staff were nice and professional, and we received so many compliments from our guests how beautiful everything was. Our ONLY complaint relates to the 7Springs hotel service. Our ceremony was at 4:00 and hotel check in was also at 4:00. We requested an early check in to accommodate our guests but got some push back and uncertainty. At the end of the day things ended up working out, but it would have been much less stressful to have this coordinated from the beginning. I would 100% recommend 7Springs for planning your dream wedding. It was truly the best day of our lives!

reschedule twice, once from Covid and another from Navy orders. They made the transitions seamless for us as well as kept us together when we forgot NUMEROUS things. Their calm and excited demeanor made us feel at ease and truly taken care of. Jenn from Truillum Salon also set up our hair and makeup appointments. They did a fantastic job and made us all feel like royalty. We were all so happy with how easy everything was to plan at 7 Springs. The staff at Seven Springs was incredibly helpful in making our wedding happen. It was planned in 7 weeks, in the middle of COVID, on one of the most popular days of the year (10/1...
0/20). All of the day-of staff members were booked for the day, so we had to be flexible. Since the resort is such a special and sentimental spot for me, I so wanted to make it work out and have my ceremony at the resort. Rena and Sierra offered me a few options, and we ultimately booked a small inlet at the top of the mountain near Tahoe Lodge.
While we did not have day-of staff (which I totally agreed to!) Seven Springs managed to set up the perfect number of chairs. They even left us a rag to wipe the chairs down the day of in case it rained the night before/morning before the ceremony. We had to work around the paddleboards/boats at the lake, but no one was there at the time of our 5 PM ceremony.
I would highly recommend having your wedding here (especially at the top near Lake Tahoe)! I can imagine it would be so much fun without COVID restrictions, too!

Leading up to the wedding, I always had someone I could contact with any questions and I knew they would get back to me quickly. Not only did Rena and the team at Seven Springs help me with my actual wedding day, they also helped me through a welcome party for my guests, helping coordinate our cabin rental, tent set up, and even pizza delivery. The day of the wedding I didn't have to worry about a single thing, I knew Rena had it taken care of before it could even cross my mind. When it came to the rehearsal and actual day of our ceremony we worked with Rena. She was full of energy and information and calmed all of my worries. She was detailed, prepared, and ready to answer all questions that we had. She fluffed my veil for me and made sure everything went seamlessly. I would give Seven Springs 100 stars if I could and we cannot thank them enough for how supportive they were throughout our entire wedding planning process

icken oscar & arancini ravioli). We had about 200 guests and for the food to come out delicious for all guests was amazing to me.
The venue was beautiful and I didn't need to add much decor to it because it has so much to offer on its own.The only thing I wish Winterberry could offer was a separate room for the bridal party to hang out in before getting announced into the reception. We made due with what we had, but it wasn't ideal.
We got amazing photos around the resort & our own shuttle to help transport our bridal party around the property. This was super helpful!
I can not say enough good things about Rena & her team. They were accommodating with every request we had thrown their way and did in their best power to make everything exactly how we wanted. They made sure the day went smoothly and I didn't have to worry about a thing!

very much with the planning process! They communicated very well with me and were very prompt and punctual. And the day of was very stress free! Rena and Taylor were there to make sure everything went smoothly, and it did! There is not even one minor detail I could complain about. If anyone is looking for a wedding in the mountains I highly suggest Seven Springs!

ely spectacular. We had our reception in the Winterberry Hall and WOW just WOW. Drinks, food, cake and a honeymoon suite is included in the price. We opted to do 2 different buffets and I'm still getting raving reviews from friends and family on everything. Linens and dining wear is included in the package as well and that relives a lot of stress. I'm still in awe about everything Rena and her team had done for us.

I did not have to worry about a thing (other than praying for good weather) the day of our wedding or during the whole planning process! they were there to answer all of my questions and helped create the wedding of my dreams! the Winterberry room is so beautiful and the staff were so awesome! (PS. Peg is the best bartender) Rena even had a full meal and cake placed in our room for after the wedding so we could eat! It was such a wonderful wedding planning process and they made it so easy! & genuine! Though we don’t live in PA, Nicole made the planning process seamless via email/phone, with only 1 site visit. She made herself readily available the day-of, especially keeping a close eye on the weather. Nicole even arrived at my hotel room to personally guide me & my father to the ceremony site! Jenn at the Trillium Salon - so sweet & down to earth - helped calm my nerves and made my hair wedding-ready! The entire staff - front desk (Maria!), Bavarian (Jeff!), our shuttle driver! Just everyone at Seven Springs made our intimate group feel so welcome! Highly recommend!!

truly speaks for its self. Very little decor needed to make it into your very own wedding oasis. Then we met Rena, we fell in love with her! who is nothing short of amazing. Thorough, thoughtful, competent, and very responsive. I never had to wait to hear back from her. She and her team were always pleasant and helpful. This is not their first rodeo and it shows. Anything we needed or wanted to do she made it happen. She even went as far as sewing on our rings last minute for our ring bearers! organizing photo opportunities, getting on the bus on our wedding day to make sure we got amazing shots and had clear direction on how to get there so we could use every minute of our time wisely. Our photos are breath taking. Something I will be thankful for the rest of our lives. You can’t find that type of dedication anywhere. When we started planning we heard “ ready for it to be over”? Our answer was no. She made it so easy I was never stressed or overwhelmed through the entire process. ESP the day of. I had nothing to worry about which is priceless. For planning a wedding with someone you love you just want to enjoy and sit back and love every minute of it. That’s exactly what we got from our wedding experience. If you are thinking of choosing this venue please do not hesitate. You will not regret it.

o don’t let the prices scare you. The cake, food, drinks, service charges, linens, tables, chairs, are all included (with upgrade options if you choose). They will make you your perfect dream wedding cake and offer to make another for you for your 1st anniversary instead of freezing it! Our guests are still raving about the food and how gorgeous the wedding was a month after! Honestly, Rena the wedding/event coordinator really made the difference in our decision. After we spoke with her for the first time, it was clear it was the perfect choice! Rena was absolutely amazing! From start to finish she answered all of our questions (even my crazy bride ones), was incredibly professional, made sure our needs were being met and made sure our wedding rehearsal and day went smoothly. She made sure everything was set up correctly the day of the wedding, put up signs for guests so they knew exactly where to go, and made sure lou and I arrived to the wedding on time and were ready to go. I can not think of one thing about the day that didn’t go according to plans. I can not thank Rena and her staff enough for everything they did for us to make our day the best day ever! If you want to have your dream rustic wedding that goes absolutely perfect, I highly recommend Seven Springs Resort and talking with Rena and her staff!

to say about Nicole, Rena, Hannah and the seven springs venue as a whole. Nicole was extremely attentive throughout the entire process, from showing us the venue, to answering weekly questions over a year long planning process, and even to the day of when she checked on us in person frequently, texted me, and attended portions of our reception to make sure everything was seamless (and it was). Our rehearsal dinner was on the alpine deck with the country buffet, and it was a perfect slope side picnic under bistro lights. Our ceremony took place in the breathtaking Meadowoods that felt so spiritual and dreamlike, it brought every guest to tears. Lastly, our reception in the Timberstone room...a perfect party to end a perfect weekend! The food was phenomenal (even our photographers made a point to tell us they enjoyed our food), the venue was decorated perfectly, and I am already looking forward to our 1st year anniversary cake it was so good. I keep closing my eyes and wishing I could go back to that day and do it all over again..and again...and again. I recommend Seven Springs to any bride that wants enjoyable stress free planning, and the BEST day of their lives.

the Wedding coordinator was beyond fabulous. She was the most attentive, supportive, responsive, happy person I have ever dealt with. She responded to my countless emails and questions quickly and never got annoyed. She made sure to keep us posted on timelines and even gave us lists of vendors they typically use (all were amazing). She even had a baby halfway through planning and still managed to keep everything together. That’s when Nicole stepped in who was equally as amazing. Every single thing we asked for they made happen. I stress out about everything, but I quickly realized there was no need with the two of them on our side. We had our ceremony and reception in the Alpine room. It was beautiful. Everything was perfect and the guests raved about the food. I could go on and on. We would do it all over again and can’t wait to go back for our first anniversary.

We loved having our wedding at Seven Springs! The wedding coordinators, Rena and Nicole, were very responsive and on top of things. They would send us timelines and check in with...
us if we needed anything. They were also very helpful with giving great vendor advice. Rena miraculously had a baby and despite being on maternity leave things were so smooth. Nicole covered her, or she responded via email and it was a real non-issue for something that could have been stressful! Having those two help us, made everything less stressful.
We had 140 people at our wedding and they fit comfortably inside the Alpine room. The Alpine room has a great rustic feel to it and has an amazing view of the slopes that make for some great pictures. As well as an awesome outdoor deck with heat lamps and lights for guests to enjoy.
What we additionally loved about Seven Springs is all that the resort had to offer to our guests. We loved hearing stories of families going mini golfing or skiing in the morning before the wedding. It was nice knowing our friends and family had fun during the wedding as well as at the resort outside the wedding.
If we could have our wedding again, we would definitely have it at Seven Springs!

ur guests. The rustic vibe of the room and the views of the mountain made for such a gorgeous, picture perfect evening. The employees of of Seven Springs could not have been any nicer and accommodating. In particular the bartenders and wait staff at both our rehearsal and reception were exceptional. Lastly, we would like highlight the food. For us, food is always something that stands out at a wedding and we truly believe ours was delicious and one not to forget. Thank you Seven Springs for giving us the best day we could ask for!

rocess. We don't live in the area and had no idea of which vendors to chose. Rena provided a comprehensive list that we were able to find the perfect florist and DJ from. Rena let us know a few months before the wedding that she was due very close to our big day (CONGRATS ON THE BABY!!) but she introduced us to Nicole who would be taking charge. Nicole did just that. She was easy to communicate with and so helpful. Our day flowed so well thanks to Nicole, Eileen and the rest of the Seven Springs staff. Our ceremony was a little chilly but they provided blankets and even cleaned up while we were taking pictures. The extent to which this staff went to make our day go so perfectly was astonishing. So many compliments on the beauty of our setting, the deliciousness of our food and the friendliness of the staff. I would highly, highly, highly recommend Seven Springs if you're looking for a gorgeous venue with fantastic staff. THANK YOU!!!

We had our ceremony outside at Meadowoods during sunset. It was beautiful! They made sure everyone knew where to go and what to do. Our reception was held in the Alpine room. Again, everything went smoothly and looked beautiful! I would highly recommend Seven Springs to any couple. They made the whole process stress free and everything was absolutely perfect!

arsal dinner was flawless. Everything was set up beautifully, there was plenty of support staff and the food was outstanding. We had a Welcome Party after the rehearsal dinner and it too went perfectly. Kudos to all for a job well done!!! The wedding the following day from the ceremony at Meadowoods to the reception in the Alpine Room was equally impressive. The attention to detail and their professionalism was a five plus star rating. They made sure everything went smoothly and took care of everything so all could just enjoy the day. We would recommend this venue for a wonderful, romantic and fun wedding.

enough good things about Rena and Nicole who helped our wedding be the most perfect day. Our tasting was amazing and they planned our whole day out to the minute! Not only were they the sweetest Rena was 8 months pregnant while working our wedding! Rena and Nicole were simply the best. Also the chefs, and bakers and wait staff were equally great! The food was amazing and everyone has been telling us how great it was. We are so happy we chose Seven Springs to have our wedding.
