Seventeen and Co 5 Stars/Quality Vendor!!! I’d like to first begin by saying that my fiancé and I were very careful with choosing our Wedding Vendors. We wanted only the best to help with our big day. So when I came across Seventeen and Co., I saw perfect 5 star reviews, detailed beautifully about their experience with Saisha. After our time with her, Miss Saisha deserves more than 5 stars!!! Of course as I scrolled down after non stop gushing over Miss Saisha I am absolutely shocked to see a lonely 1 star review. We decide to book a tasting anyhow and I ask Miss Saisha about this review to which she very professionally explained, and showed clear and obvious documentation that all of the allegations toward her were grossly falsified. I say all of this to say, we are glad that we did not allow a bad review deter us from having one of the absolute best Wedding Cake Vendors in Orlando joining us for our special day! We got to experience first hand what the rave around her reviews was all about! The cakes were so moist, baked from scratch and so wonderfully packed with flavor we did not know existed. The combinations of buttercreams to fillings were endless. We tasted the dessert options as well and they were also phenomenal! Her presentation was beyond exceptional! Her packages are perfectly priced according to comparative market research that we’ve done. I can go on and on. I want to begin by saying that Saisha is such an amazing person with a beautiful soul! She is very professional and detail driven. My fiancé and I had the pleasure of meeting with her for a cake tasting and she went above and beyond to make it a fun and delicious experience. She is such an amazing host. She met us at the door and welcomed us in. Saisha made us feel like at home. She had a great set up waiting for us for the tasting with all the different fillings, buttercreams and cakes that we had chosen for the tasting. Her cakes, fillings and buttercreams were simply Amazing!!! We loved it all at first bite! It was a difficult choice to choose just one. She wrote down every detail about our wishes for our dream wedding cake and even helped with feedback and ideas of her own which made it easier for us to decide on our dream cake. We are so excited to have her as our wedding dessert vendor! Her passion for her craft truly shows in her baking and in her personality! Saisha is such a a powerhouse! As a small business owner she handles her business as a true professional and has a passion for her craft. Our tasting was phenomenal! With multiple flavors and options, we were able to customize the menu to our preferences and even add and remove from the flavor profile. She's able to build a service from the ground up and it was a great joy working with her for our wedding! Would highly recommend!

Went for a taste testing and immediately knew we had found the perfect baker. Saisha is the consummate professional. She pays attention to every detail and makes sure your expectations are met. I haven’t even mentioned that her cakes were delectable. Just know that once you start eating the cake, it’s hard to stop.😊

Cake tasting By far the best cake tasting experience we had. She is super professional from start to finish. You get detailed information. During the tasting she listens to you and takes notes about your likes and dislikes. The cake is amazing it is not from a box which others will try to pass to you like it is homemade. You are made to feel like family.

The is the best tasting I have experienced. Saisha was on time, had plenty options for us, and was very detailed in the explanations. Above all the sample were delicious. I found myself still thinking about the red velvet cupcakes days later. I am referring her to all of my friends!

I booked a cake tasting with Saisha. My fiancé couldn't make it, so my mother went with me. Our initial appointment had to be rescheduled, but she was able to meet with us later that same day. Since she's a small business, we met in a conference room in her apartment complex. She met us outside and walked us in. She had everything set up and walked us through each tasting. The cakes were delicious and she wanted to customize the flavors and texture to my liking, so she took numerous notes on what I thought about each cake-filling-buttercream combo. She then asked about cake decorating and design, cake sizes, the displays, cupcakes vs cupcake shooters vs puddings as a secondary dessert, wedding colors, cake toppers, etc. The last thing we talked about was pricing, which was very reasonable - not like those bigger bakeries that charge an arm and a leg for anything related to a wedding. She was very kind and apologetic about our missed meeting earlier that day. I could tell she cares a lot about what she does and takes pride in her work and I felt confident that she was the right fit for my wedding. After we agreed on the price, we discussed follow-up meetings and what to expect before and on the day of the wedding.

DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR! They were highly unprofessional. The delivery was several hours late to our wedding. We did not receive the cake we ordered. We did not receive all the dessert ordered. The ice cream was melted and unusable. The delivery person was not dressed appropriately for the occasion. It was a terrible experience.
