Seventh Heaven Cakes

The cake was definitely good for the price. It was one of the most reasonable cakes in San Antonio that I could find and it was fresh and tasty. We stuck with a simple design and with simple flavors of white buttercream frosting and white chocolate mousse filling in a white cake and we were happy with the results. It was very good, standard cake. Michelle was good about connecting and doing exactly what I asked for.

My daughter was married on Sept. 4th 2011. My daughter lives out of state so we had to do everything long distance. During one of her trips to Texas, she said she had two vendors to choose from for her wedding cake. So we set up an appointment with Michelle. My husband and I, along with my daughter and her fiancee all went to meet with Michelle. Michelle listened to what my daughter and her fiancee discribed they were wanting in a wedding cake and before we knew it, Michelle had hand drawn exactly what they were saying, and in color. Michelle turned the page around and my daughter and her fiancee were amazed in the two cakes they were looking at, they were exactly as they had imagined. On my daughter's wedding day, Michelle showed up at the exact time she stated. She had the wedding cake and groom's cake set up in no time, and this was with adding fresh flowers to the wedding cake and chocolate covered strawberries flowing off the groom's cake. They were beautiful and tasted amazing. Everyone loved the cakes. We would highly recommend Seventh Heaven for your wedding, birthday, or just because cake....you will love the flavors she offers!

Michelle with Seventh Heaven Cakes did an outstanding job for us! She is very reasonably priced, and more than worth the price for her skill level. Every meeting with her was fun and informative. She gave me three huge portions/flavors to sample at our initial meeting, and I had plenty to take home for my fiance and parents. She is kind and creative, and was able to bring my vision to life. Our cake was absolutely beautiful! She showed up early to set up our cake, delivering it herself. She placed the flowers from my florist on the cake and also waited for us to deliver our cake topper, which we had forgotten to give her ahead of time! And her cakes truly tasted DELICIOUS! We received countless compliments on both of our cakes. (The pink champagne cake is divine!) Michelle is honest and upfront about what will work best for your cake(s) and she will work hard to make everything perfect. She truly cares about her creations and clients! She prefers phone calls/text messages for communication, so that is always the best way to reach her. I wholeheartedly recommend her!

Michelle from seventh heaven knew exactly what I wanted for our cake. All I had to do was show up and tell her the style I liked and the flavors and she did the rest. She had this cute presentation for me at our first visit, to try four or five different types of cakes at once. They looked like little bread loaves. Overall, I was very happy with the quality of our cake. I was just disappointed we didn't get to eat more of it!

Michelle did a wonderful job on the cake we ordered! Not only was it beautiful, it was the best wedding cake I've ever had! All of the guests raved about the cake. She's also comparably priced with other cake vendors in the area, but she in particular is worth every penny. Tips: She runs the business on her own, so she limits the number of jobs she can take as well as the minimum order size. If you're having a very small wedding (say, under 75 people) you'll need to try another shop. Book well in advance to make sure you can grab a spot (6-12 months in advance).

Michelle was wonderful. She took our mental image of what we wanted and turned it into a reality. It was perfect and amazing and everyone loved it!

She was very creative and actually designed our PEZ groom cake from scratch with just the mention of PEZ. It was perfect for my husband. We loved her and the cakes.

Fabulous cake that everyone raved about. Can't wait to eat at first anniversary. Also, beautiful designs and lots of ideas. Sooooo easy to work with. She made it all a breeze.

Michelle took a drawing I had done and turned it into an awesome cake!;Flavor was not quite the same as when we did a tasting.

Michelle is absoultely fantastic. I kept changing my mind and she was always very pleasant.

We were able to do 2 separate tastings for free to ensure we knew what we wanted. I brought photos of cakes I liked and we worked to design the perfect cake for us. We used custom cake toppers that were fairly heavy and Michelle made an extra effort to make sure they stayed on the cake and looked good. Our baker made the groom's cake as well. Both cakes were extremely delicious and our guests thought so as well; there was none left at the end of the night! I would highly recommend.;The website comes across a little rude in it's presentation but Michelle is very friendly and easy to work with in person.

I loved Michelle Brittains work. The taste and the price were amazing. She was prompt and professional. On our one year anniversary, the cake tasted just as it did on our wedding night. Moist and delicious for being froze a year.

She was easy to work with, and was more than willing to sit down to discuss my ideas for the cake. She offered suggestions and was professional and trustworthy.

Great personality and willing to do just about anything when it comes to design. So easy to work with, especially when I kept adding the number of people, Michelle had no problem with that. Did an incredible job on the groom's cake. And the taste of both cakes was simple awesome.;I was a tad disappointed with the design of the wedding cake - it wasn't as clean as I would have liked it to be - but working with Michelle and the taste were far too overwhelming for me to be nit-picky about any of her work. Awesome!

She can do anything! I brought her a few pictures of colors and designs I liked and she drew up a cake design within minutes. The final result was beautiful, unique and tasted great
