About this vendor
Seville Quarter is proud to be the Gulf Coast’s Entertainment Destination since 1967! Located in the heart of the historic district of downtown Pensacola, Florida, our complex incorporates a multitude of full service venues - each unique and brimming with character. Always ready for a party, these versatile spaces offer couples a wide breadth of choice when celebrating their big day.
Seville Quarter was established in 1967, from what was once the Pensacola Cigar & Tobacco Company warehouse. Its founder Bob Snow was a trumpet player and Dixieland bandleader who fell in love with Pensacola whilst serving in the US Navy there. Bob’s passion for music led him to open Rosie O’Grady’s. A true good-time saloon, its timber-framed interior and pressed-tin ceiling have sheltered many a rowdy night of hot jazz and cool drinks. Couples toasting their big day here will be met with the same warm welcome and New Orleans-style décor that has defined Rosie’s for decades. Over the years, the property has expanded to become the emporium of fun and cherished memories it is today, and now hosts seven characterful venues. The owners’ love for antiques is on show throughout, from the authentic English pub tables of Lili Marlene’s to the bar of the Palace Café. Those exchanging vows are spoilt for choice and can celebrate in style across the property. The open space of Apple Annie’s provides a classy setting, with beams crisscrossing a skylight-filled ceiling. Its vintage chandeliers and exposed brickwork add a touch of elegance to this spacious banquet hall. Outside. couples can pose for pictures by the fountain in the courtyard before dancing the night away with friends and family. The wedding party can also opt to celebrate in the Heritage Hall, which is purpose-built for events and can be partitioned for those celebrating a smaller get-together.
The staff of Seville Quarter is here to help couples throw the party of a lifetime. They are veterans in the events game and offer a number of services including rental of audio-visual equipment, and coordination of outside vendors. The private events managers can help couples to plan a menu that will satiate even the most hungry guest, with hearty dishes of comforting fare. Taken as a whole, the property can host a spirited and unforgettable evening for over 1000 guests.

Our wedding happened right after the previous coordinator had quit, it was a stressful time, but the new coordinator, Lauren, did an excellent job helping me figure out all the las...
t minute details.
We initially were suppose to have an outdoor ceremony and reception but due to the rain we moved it inside. Lauren made sure to make this adjustment very easy. The wedding was absolutely gorgeous and affordable. Our guests complimented the venue and how great the food was. I would highly recommend Seville Quarter to anyone planning a wedding.
We had a blast at the wedding and the venue was beautiful. During the planning stages we had a difficult time getting ahold of Ashley, the event coordinator for Seville and we also...
hired her as our day of coordinator. We didn’t “meet” our DJ until the week of the wedding. She was provided with the venue and was really nice, but she played outdated songs and didn’t know the concept of the anniversary dance but didn’t ask any questions either. We requested champagne bottles on the table and a sparkling cider for me since I’m 13 weeks pregnant and they said they could do that but the day of there wasn’t any on the tables. We requested them to box some food for me and my husband to ensure we had something to eat at the end of the day, again being pregnant and instead we just got the rest of the cake. Had to wait an hour in a fast food line at the end of the night. We also wanted our open bar to be well and down but they just did beers and wines until we found out and corrected them. So they definitely dropped the ball on a lot of details. The venue was still beautiful and everyone had a good time. We came in way under budget even with DJ, food and bartender included. We rented the fountain courtyard for the ceremony and Apple Annie’s for the reception. We never did a good tasting but the sliders and French fries were amazing. Didn’t hear much about the taco bar though.
The Seville Quarter went above and beyond to make sure our special day was everything we hoped for. It was breathtakingly beautiful and elegantly decorated so to compliment our dec...

Wow, what a wonderful experience we all had during Matt and Alyssa’s wedding! From the pre-planning, the gazillion emails and phone calls, related last minute changes, the time fl...
exibility to allow vendors to set up, to the tables setup, and being welcomed slightly ahead of schedule and offered coffee by the co-owner, we just have no words to fully express what a wonderful welcome we received, the way we were served and treated at your beautiful Heritage Hall.
All was on schedule and impeccably on point from the fabulous decorations and table set up, to the food, the bar service, the courteous and professional staff, and Ashley’s (banquet manager) availability not only during the event itself, but also the moment she was walking to her car after the hard day’s work, and we called her name because we forgot some items. She were kind, professional, and extremely accommodating. Thank you!
Our guests raved about all of the above, and that “it was one of the best weddings they’d ever attended”! We utterly concur. It was fabulous as it turned out better than expected or wished for.
Thank you for providing such a memorable experience, not only for us and our guests, but mainly for the two most important and deserving people in the party, Alyssa and Matt. Seeing them happy was what made all the planning and all the stress associated with the planning and coordinating all so worth it.
Again, thanks to you, the manager, the amazing staff, and the owners for the seamless, and most memorable experience that we will treasure forever!
Venue and caterer all in one! Chef Brandon Melton and Banquet Manager Pam Rogerson were wonderful. So happy!
When I first booked this place with Pam it seemed wonderful compaired to other places I had looked at. The price was good (700) and included chairs, glassware, silverware and clot...
h napkins. I had also thought that the table clothes and chair covers were included in the price but found out a week before the wedding that we were being charged for table clothes and the chair covers were $6 each. I would have liked to have more clarity of the prices when we first booked a year before. They made it sound as if they could do things then when it came time to do it I would be charged extra. The Bar tender, cooks, servers and DJ were all great!! Wonderful food and great music. I just with they would think about makeing a booklet or something with all the details of what can and can't be done and the prices up front. They also forced me to have more food then I wanted, so that was an extra cost. Pam also was having issues with answering my emails. I would email her information or questions and she would never respond or asked me about it two weeks later when I had already sent her the information 2 weeks earlier.
I loved to have my wedding here. Some things frustrated me, for instance, you have to use their catering since you are using them as your venue. But, either way, their food was del...
icious. I probably could have gotten slightly better prices else where though.
Seville was beautiful, although, I had to pay $700 more for the room and court yard I wanted. I had my ceremony and reception here, at apple annies. For both it was $1,000, which r...
eally isn't a bad price. However, if you use Seville for your reception, you HAVE to use their catering. No outside food is allowed. But, for the bride and her maids they have a room upstairs to get dressed and do your make up. My wedding turned out beautiful and I was very happy. I would have liked some things to be better explained. My DJ I got through them, and he never called to confirm our playlist, and I would have liked different catering, but like I said.. It wasn't allowed.
We loved having our reception at Seville. We held our reception in Apple Annie's. The room has a lot of character and space, so it was great for us. The cost was really amazing con...
sidering what you got too. As long as you used $1000 worth of catering, the room fee was only $700. This included a coordinator, set up and take down, and cleaning. The coordinator, Pam, was incredibly helpful. She was quick to answer all of my questions and is such a pro. The reception ran smoothly due to all her help. We had a great time!
Excellent staff (Ms. Pam Rogers) and excellent food! All of the staff was able to give us hint regarding our wedding before and after.
She was wonderful. She kept everything going well. I didn't have to worry about a thing on the day of the wedding. She was a dream to work with.
