She then informed me that she would add a couple darts to fix it, Again, she never mentioned that it would cost any extra money. When I went to pick the dress up, she charged me extra. She never once said at the beginning that it could potentially cost more or when we went to pick up the dress the first time. As soon as we walked out, my daughter told me, you’re right mom, she never said that. This is so unprofessional and over a small amount of money, she lost my business and gained this review.

She has surrounded herself with the best team and I couldn’t be more grateful to have her be about of our special day! I couldn’t recommend going to Kelly more. I love her!

I felt like I could relax and be myself, which helped me find the dress of my dreams! I was the only bride at the store, so all of the attention was on me which again helped me feel comfortable trying on dresses and making decisions. My support team had a comfy place to sit as I tried on dresses, and there was good lighting and mirrors to see the full image of the dress. The dresses offered are high quality, comfortable, unique, and gorgeous! Once I found my dress, I returned for several fittings. Kelly added buttons, and fitted the top for my body type. Also, Kelly is a genius when it comes to the bustle. It was easy to put up the train of the dress and it held up all night. The dress also still looked great with the bustle. Overall, my dress came out beautifully! I felt like myself and a bride! I got my veil through Sew Bridal as well which completed the vision perfectly. Kelly and her team are amazing! I started looking for a dress a few months later than recommended (quicker wedding) and Kelly really helped me with my timeline for getting my dress ready in time! I found my dream dress at Sew Bridal but had some ideas to make it even better and Kelly was open to helping me make all of the changes. She made sure everything came out absolutely perfect and it was an amazing experience. She also took a piece of my grandmas dress and stitched the date my grandma wore hers and the date I wore mine in blue as my something old and something blue, which was so special. I highly recommend Sew Bridal! Full disclosure, Kelly, the owner is actually my sister, which made this experience even more special and amazing to me. I have watched Kelly make her dream a reality with Sew Bridal and through Sew Bridal help so many people look and feel confident and amazing on their wedding days. It was really a wonderful experience to be able to be her costumer!

supportive. Her gowns are to die for and her alterations are absolute perfection. My best friend and I both got our dresses from Kelly and they were both altered by her. The dresses literally fit like a glove and there was no indication of them being altered at all. The compliments I got on my dress were unending. I appreciated that Kelly really understood ME and my vision. When my alteration appointments were completed, she even offered for me to come in a couple of weeks before the wedding to try on the dress again just to be sure I was completely confident in the fit. I cannot recommend Kelly and Sew Bridal enough!

I am getting married in New Orleans and she totally got my vibe. There was something that I loved about each dress I tried on. I am mid size so it felt great to fit into some of the sample gowns and get a better idea of how I would look. I really enjoyed the intimate atmosphere that we had the place to ourselves. It made the experience even more special. I liked that as I continued to try on dresses, we went back to previous dresses to decide which ones I liked better. It made the process easier. I would highly recommend Sew Bridal to brides who want a relaxed and fun shopping experience.

Kelly worked hard to make sure my dress was exactly to my liking and accommodated my schedule for fittings. I was even able to get my dress steamed through Kelly. Picking up my dress was quick and easy! From start to finish Kelly delivered a great experience, I am so glad I got my dress at Sew Bridal!

own bridal shop for my wedding wardrobe. A month before my wedding I decided I wanted a 2nd dress. I ordered 8 dresses in the mail to try & Kelly took elements from one dress and put it into another to make the vision in my head a reality. We made a whole new gown. Whether you're a girl with a vision, or need help finding one, Kelly GETS YOU and doesn't let you leave unhappy. Sew Bridal did my big gown, my reception dress And even some honeymoon fits I brought in. They really are QUEENS 👑 at work. Kelly and Olga thank you for everything. A wedding can be stressful, especially that last month or 2. Work with people who (actually) know your name when you walk in, make you laugh, think of ideas for you even in their off time, people you can share your brutally honest opinions & concerns with and people that are actually invested in You, your look and your experience. If you've read this far stop freaking out about finding the right place. I would choose Kelly all over again tomorrow

I was over the moon with my experience here and she is not only so talented but she has such a positive attitude that creates such a fun atmosphere! I will forever recommend her to anyone i meet. 💕

life), Sew Bridal did the most impressive job. I ordered a custom-made wedding gown, but it was made too small. Without enough time to hash out the mistake with the wedding gown shop, the only way the dress could fit me was through laborious alterations and tailoring (as anyone can imagine, making a gown larger is much more difficult than making a gown smaller). Kelly and Olga did an exceptional job tailoring my wedding dress so it fit me perfectly. I cannot emphasize how difficult a tailoring job my wedding gown presented, even for the most seasoned seamstress. I could not even zip up the back and walk up the stairs in its original state because it was several sizes too small. Kelly and Olga worked tirelessly to add inner panels to my dress to make it wider, they sewed on extra fabric, one lace appliqué at a time, to ensure the bodice fit snugly, among other alterations. This work was manually labor-intensive, time-consuming, and very tedious, but they patiently worked on the dress over the course of months. The end result was a beautiful wedding gown that fit me so well that I truly felt like I stepped out of a bridal magazine on my wedding day. My husband told me he would never have guessed the gown went through so many alterations had I not told him. I rarely ever post online reviews, but I wanted to post this review for Sew Bridal as a testament to the incredible work done on my wedding dress. At the end of my wedding day, I will never forget the moment when I stood in front of a full-length mirror to view my dress, remembering all the work that had gone into the alterations, and thought to myself, this dress is perfect. It is the most beautiful wedding dress ever, and I credit Sew Bridal for this touching memory. Thank you, Kelly and Olga! Words aren’t enough to describe how much your effort and time meant to me.

ill had not found a dress that I truly felt confident in. However, once I tried on my first dress at Sew, I knew I would fine the "one" that day. And I did! I truly felt like a confident bride in my dress. Kelly, thank you for helping me find my dream dress!

It seemed like every time I went in, I wanted something else changed or adjusted on the dress, Kelly did this and made these changes happen without complaint. A couple pieces on my dress were harder to take in (mesh along the strap of my dress) - Kelly brainstormed and found ways to alter my dress to be comfortable for my day and did a tremendous job considering my dress had SIX layers. I am short (5'1") and petite and this dress needed to be taken in a fair amount. In addition, her shop is so cute. She has decorated the place beautifully - It has a wonderful aesthetic and they also sell wedding gowns there. The alterations cost was comparable to a lot of nearby seamstresses. I highly recommend Sew Bridal!
