When I arrived at Sew 'N Sew, Debbi and her staff were beyond accommodating and spent the time to ask me what I was looking for, styles I liked, budget, etc. They suggested I pick a couple, let them pick a couple, and have my mom pick a couple. The bridal gown collection was the perfectly curated selection, offering an array of styles and fits, without feeling beyond overwhelming. The first dress I tried on ended up being the one! All the associated costs were provided up front, so there weren’t any surprises. Our initial wedding date was postponed due to Covid, and Debbi was always in communication with me. She assured me the dress was in safekeeping and made me feel at ease, given the status of everything else unraveling. She also was so thoughtful as to gift me a beautiful potted tea rose plant and a handmade bridal mask on the day of our original wedding date! It was such a special surprise. With all the unexpected letdowns of being a “Covid Bride”, Debbi and her team were one of the constant positive reinforcements. The personalized touches along the way helped make my experience so memorable. If you want an owner and team who aim to provide nothing but the best possible customer service, then Sew ‘N Sew is your place.

She was able to take out the lace up back and put in a zipper, add straps, shorten the dress (which had lace), and stop almost all of the scratchiness. She let me try it on several times to make sure it was the dress. She was very personable. I told my step daughter she has to go there when she is getting married. I got the perfect dress within my budget and she sold it to me off the rack because of my time frame. I had gotten so many compliments on my dress. After a not so pleasant experience at a national brand men's dress clothes retailer, we tried Sew n Sew. Danielle was professional and responsive, constantly communicating with the groom and groomsmen about what measurements were needed and when the tuxes were in. My groom's jacket was a little too small when it came in the Monday before our wedding...they had the next size up ordered and in store the next day. I couldn't have selected a better store to go to for our wedding attire needs!

They're very knowledgeable and willing to help you. Everything from the initial dress selection to all the follow-up fittings made me feel very comfortable and welcome. Highly recommend!

I had my alterations done here as well by the extremely talented Natalie. The dress fit absolutely perfectly and Natalie made sure every last inch of the dress was perfect, even going so far as to make sure my lace pattern was perfectly matched on my straps after the alterations. I was an out-of-town bride and the shop couldn't have been more accommodating in scheduling fittings around my quick visits home for wedding planning. On the final pickup you still feel very special when they have the dress all laid out for you. I would highly recommend doing ALL your wedding shopping here as these ladies know what they are doing and make a stressful process as easy as possible!

The owner worked with me on price and made sure my dress (ordered in June for an October wedding!) was in the shop and fully fitted by then. Thank you Sew 'n Sew!

, checking in like I’m in a doctor’s office.. waited around while they were getting someone to help me. I tried dresses on, some were pretty, elegant, but not that perfect one.... My mom got a dress at Sew N Sew for my brother’s wedding. She said let’s check what they have. I walk in, and was greeted with friendly staff, and not the doctor’s office, your nothing but a number feeling... I explained to the staff what I was looking for, but also open to suggestions. At this point I was 1 1/2 months away from the wedding! Yikes!!! Had no dress and was beginning to panic... I tried on dresses, everyone I tried on was unique in its own way, nothing like David’s Bridal dresses. Then I put on the ONE... The dress that I have been looking for, what I pictured in my head!!! But it needed some alterations... and when I say some I'm putting that lightly. :) The dress I fell in love with had straps, netting over the chest, and a low back. I wanted the dress strapless and no netting. At that point they brought the seamstress over she looked at the dress, on me, I explained what I wanted, and she said yes I can do it! I was so relieved. I went back, with my shoes and began the alterations. The seamstress, dellicately cut the netting off my chest and removed the straps. Now remember above how I said the dress had a low back??... It’s impossible to have a strapless dress and no back. The seamstress made a back for my dress (yes a back!!) The straps she removed from the dress, she used to cover up the boning on the back. She pinned, tucked, and clipped my dress, and began the alterations. She stayed late, squeezed me in around other appointments, and in the end.... Gave me my beautiful, perfect everything I imagined it would be wedding dress! I wish I could rate Sew N Sew higher than a 5!!! From the unique dresses, to the one on one help, and having the ability to understand what your vision is... is nothing short of amazing. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else!

They put me in all in dresses I thought I wanted and then said, "Okay, now try this one." Before I even saw myself in it, I was glowing. My matron of honor new it was the one just by the look on my face. I didn't need to try any more on because of the expertise of the staff. I had tried on 6 dresses and found my wedding gown on the 6th one. And then when the day came, I was in the perfect dress that I could dance freely in and still look great! I highly recommend you make a trip to Sew 'n Sew!

I picked out 10 dresses for me to try on. I went through them all and had my top two I tried on again. I was struggling to decide because I couldn't imagine what a pure white color would look like as the dress I was trying was an oyster color. My consultant pulled the white I was looking for in a different dress but the same designer so I could get an idea. I ended up wanting to try the dress on for color but quickly new it was THE DRESS! I would have never picked it because it was strapless but they quickly assured me the seamstress could add straps. In three appointments the seamstress hand crafted the straps of my Pintrest dreams for my dress. The day off my wedding I was so comfortable in my dress and just can't stop looking at photos now. Sew'N Sew gave me the best wedding dress experience!!

d fitting to find that my dress had not been touched in the 4 months since my first fitting. The owner first blamed me for not calling that month to make my appointment (though I obviously did, since I arrived for my appointment) and then blamed the desk manager for notating it incorrectly as a first fitting in their scheduler. She did not take any ownership over the issue. My mom also realized that my veil was missing, which I had had at my first fitting. I was promptly informed that they were ordering me "a fresh one." So perhaps they sold my veil? Or lost it? They got it to me before the wedding, but man, thanks for the added stress. Nonetheless, the seamstress, Nathaly is the most beautifully talented person I've encountered. She made my unique, asymmetrical dress a fabulous French bustle. She said it was the most difficult bustle she's ever made with 9 button loops. It took 2 people to execute and she was so patient while my mom and maid of honor sorted it out. The dress was challenge that Nathaly handled with grace and I looked and felt fabulous on my big day thanks to Nathaly alone. Sew N Sew as a business scares me because brides don't need any added stress. They stressed me out a bit, especially when planning a wedding from across the country, but Nathaly makes magic and you should seek her out for all your seamstressing needs!

I had found Sew’n’sew on Facebook and decided to go up there to check out a trunk show for Stella York dresses. I was able to find a few options and ended up buying my dress that day. Natalye was a huge help as the seamstress especially with all the different questions I was asking her. The dress was perfect and looked amazing in all my photos. I got so many compliments on it and several asked where I got it from. I was extremely pleased with the whole experience.

The dress came in earlier than expected and during my first fitting we found it actually fit and only needed minor adjusting. The entire experience was stress free and I never had to worry about it, which is a huge part of the wedding so it was a relief to check off my list. Fast forward to the day of my wedding, I turned awkwardly in the limo and the hook of my dress popped off as we were pulling up to the ceremony. We could not get the zipper to lock so we could not continue until it was fixed. We did a fix to get me down the aisle and after the ceremony as we exited the church Debi from Sew n Sew was standing there to ensure it was fixed! With everything going on I did not see her at first and as I was exiting after family photos I saw her in the back pew just patiently waiting! She stitched in a new hook right there! It was permanently fixed within minutes and she said the prior fix was done well but now with the new hook there was no way it was coming down. I am forever grateful for Debi and her staff! Of course later at the reception and cocktail hour guests were asking me what happened, their response to what I had told them was, "I would use Sew n Sew just for that reason for any future event, that's amazing."

not coming in. On a different instance I was told to pick up my dress at any time and I came today to find out that it is not here. The owner told me "she doesn't work with us, she just rents the space call her." And just walked away before I had any chance to ask a question or make a comment. In several instances and visits the owner did not acknowledge me. It took several "excuse me miss" to get even a quarter of her attention. I would absolutely not reccomend this place. The seamstress is a nice women but a unprofessional. The owner of the shop is very rude and unprofessional.
