We booked our venue for double the amount of time specifically because we wanted to maximize the amount of dancing time for our reception. So as you an imagine, having a perfect DJ was very important to us! DJ Linh was EXACTLY that. From the initial meeting to day of, our experience with him was perfect. He was very professional and accommodating and really helped us feel relaxed leading up to and day of the wedding. We had an eclectic mix of genres, some hyphy Bay Area, some 80's nostalgia, and Jonas Brothers were a must. DJ Linh absolutely "got us" and the vibe we wanted for every segment of our wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner and reception. His energetic mixes that blended latin flare with 2010's nostalgia (which were our requests) were absolute bangers, and had the whole wedding dancing with unstoppable energy. Linh is very professional, punctual and he also provides the best quality of work. I know that I can count on him to perform an amazing job at my wedding from the moment I talked to him. DJ Linh was such a great choice for our wedding. My partner and I wanted to make sure we had a DJ who could keep the vibes going and keep people on the dance floor. Linh did that and more! He met with us a few times before our wedding to make sure he understood our tastes well, he edited and shortened certain songs for us that we needed for our ceremony and first dance, and he even asked about fun teasers he could throw into the mix the night of that would delight us and our guests (like a Harry Potter remix!) It was that personal touch that really made the night special. He ended up diverting some from the music we had chosen but we didn't mind as it kept people dancing and enjoying themselves. He was also phenomenal with all of the sound and mic requirements we needed for our ceremony and speeches. Couldn't recommend DJ Linh more!

Linh made my wedding a total funfest and all my guests commented on how fantastic the music was and how well suited it was for the crowd. I was nervous about whether people would really dance at my daytime wedding, but he read the crowd and kept us all having a blast and dancing our butts off. He was extremely attentive to detail, and managed to include some hard-to-find songs that were important to our family. Our initial inclination was to go with a small band for our wedding but after our initial meeting with Linh, we changed our minds. He was extremely easy to work with, provided helpful tips and just all around well organized and professional. We love that he provided sample playlists that we can start from as music selection can be extremely overwelming at first. Closer to the event, I decided I wanted to overlay vocals of a poem to the bridal processional. In a pinch, Linh took the vocals and created the processional piece without issue. It was probably not a big deal for him given his experience but it meant the world to me. The event went off beautifully! The bubble machine is a must for any wedding with kids, they loved it! We were slightly concerned that dancing for our daytime wedding would not have the same effect, but to the contrary we received many compliments that our wedding was so much fun and we believe it was in large part to our DeeJay Linh! DJ Linh was fantastic!!! Our wedding was at Saratoga Springs, and Linh works with them all the time, so his knowledge was extremely helpful when planning the timeline beforehand and in keeping everything going on the day of. Linh was our DJ for our wedding and we could not have been more happier with this choice! He is extremely organized and provided us a DJ infosheet that was so easy to complete and it summarizes various parts of the wedding day that makes it easy to merge with our wedding timeline and schedule with other vendors. We appreciated his thorough planning and ongoing discussions to ensure we are all on the same page and get what we want for our wedding guests/size. Our wedding party was a mix of old and young generations who loved a wide range of music genres — think Vietnamese pop to American pop then to EDM! And boy, did he deliver all! My aunties and uncles adored Linh’s friendly demeanor and smooth transitions (also provided comments and transitions in Vietnamese which was much appreciated by our families). We also loved how he positioned the lights so that certain areas got the focus (like our arch) and the bubble haze was such a fun add-on! He offered a wider array of lighting and add-on choices and was amazing at showing us videos so we had visuals on what to expect. It was super helpful! We received so many compliments about how the dancing was so much fun (some said he was the BEST DJ they ever experienced which we 100% agree) and we witnessed the fun energy firsthand the entire night. He easily became the highlight/best part of the night and we are so grateful for his DJ service at our wedding. All the song choices and dancing will forever be etched in our memories.

Best Wedding DJ I've even seen Linh enabled us to have the best EDM enhanced wedding we could have asked for. We had a cinematic drop at the start of the wedding, after the pronouncement and 3 music enhanced speeches all of which he helped us coordinated and execute on the day of. 2 of my wedding party emailed him to discuss these speeches without me knowing so it was a surprise for me. On top of all of this, he played banger music for both the cocktail hour and dancing period that rivaled many of the modern popular DJ's today. We ended up going booking a bar for an afterparty but would have been happy to have him DJ that as well had we known how good he was. We recently got married at Saratoga Springs and chose Linh as our DJ/emcee. He was great and easy to work with, and played our suggested songs and nailed the vibe we were going for music-wise while also reading the crowd and playing the music they wanted to hear. I've been to a lot of weddings, and ours was the only one I've been to where the dance floor never emptied. Linh has an awesome template that you can fill out that will organize all of your music needs for the day of and will also organize discussions you have with him about what you need. We basically gave him specific songs for the ceremony and a playlist full of songs that we wanted to play for our ceremony and dancing. Linh exceeded expectations here. He was able to read the room and play songs on AND off the playlist we provided. We were also able to fit in several "cultural songs" throughout the night in a way that was natural and made an overall enjoyable experience for all of our guests. If you're interested, Linh has a really cool lighting and effects package that made our night more memorable. This package really made the difference with the dancing and adding a dreamy ambience to the groom's musical performance. We recommend that you don't miss out on the fog bubbles! Great questionnaire to help guide the song choices and overall vibe of the event. Friendly, pleasant, easy to work with, and helped run our event very smoothly. I'm not sure if this is customary, but I thought we might have a better chance to go over the wedding plans prior to the event such as a scheduled meeting. Instead, we had to reach out to check in and were only able to chat/ make sure things were set just a few days beforehand.

Linh was a key part of what made our wedding so fun! We had a jazz singer come for cocktail hour and dinner and he worked with her seamlessly to help get her set up with his sound system. During dancing, he played all our requested music and outside of that knew exactly what vibe we were going for. He created a really fun party for everyone and almost all our friends came to the afterparty afterwards. Prior to the wedding, he was available to answer any questions we had and was so easy to work with.

One of my favorite moments was when my brother gave a speech involving our history of choreographing lightsaber fights together as kids – Linh responded by cueing up "Duel of the Fates" at the end of the speech, which was a delightful little touch. Linh at SF DeeJays was great to work with. In the lead-up to our event, he called us to gather some information about our event, and the vibe we were looking for. He really went the extra mile in trying to understanding what we wanted. When the day finally came, he delivered in spectacular fashion. He's a great MC and DJ, and had the dance floor packed the entire night. Our venue's event manager also made a point to tell us that she loved working with him.

My wife and I got married at an outdoor venue nestled in the redwoods. SFDeejays provided the music and entertainment for the reception. We had a varied selection of music genres we wanted to play, from classic rock, country to 90s pop and some more recent hits. Thank you Linh and another DJ, sorry I forgot his name due to how busy the whole reception was did a great job with the volume of the music and the transitions into different genres. We did some add ons, the extra lighting, fog buttons and dancing on the clouds. Guests were really impressed by how dancing in the clouds look for our first dance, and everyone from toddlers to adults loved the effects of the fog bubbles. We were worried the dance floor would be empty, but guests loved the music selection and danced away for hours. Couldn’t be happier with the level of service and would definitely recommend the add ons, the extra lighting and bubbles and clouds really enhanced the experience.

Linh was great to work with for the wedding. 1. He is very responsive and listened to all of our questions and concerns leading up to the wedding. 2. He made things very easy in terms of timeline and music with his music sheet. The only thing we had to do was fill out the sheet with our preferences and he made the music and show come to life. 3. His team has an amazing live set up in terms of music, lights, haze etc which really was the star of our wedding. Some of the extras cost more than the basic package but it was well worth it. We got a lot of positive reviews from our guests about the job that Linh and his team did and we would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

My wife and I both love music, so it was important to us to pick a DJ who would make sure our wedding music spoke to us and our closest friends and family. DJ Linh and his crew did that and more! From the first meeting, we knew we were in good hands when he asked questions not only about the songs we wanted but about who we were as people. He made an effort to get to know us and it really paid off! During the wedding, we were afraid that our music taste was eclectic, but even with must-plays ranging from disco to hip-hop to pop - everything felt so intentional and so good. We got a ton of compliments from all our friends and family. Not only was the music fun, all guests really enjoyed the bubble haze and the lights (especially the kids)! The night ended way too early because everyone wanted more!

Linh was so easy to work with, very detailed, and made sure our day was perfect. His light set up was top of the line and made our little forest wedding feel special with the cold fire, bubbles, and light sticks. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a DJ to keep the dance floor going.

For starters, we had to delay our wedding twice due to COVID all the way back in 2020. SF DeeJays and Linh were so helpful and very flexible with these changes and we had no problem rescheduling with them. It was huge that they were able to make that part so easy and seamless. Linh did an amazing job, he communicated with us often (both before the day of and on the day of) and made sure everything went the way we had it planned. We gave him a lot of freedom with music choices, really only giving him genres to play from and he chose great songs! His announcements were precise and on time, and he actually threw in a smoke bubble machine which was a HUGE hit for literally everyone. I would absolutely recommend Linh for any event.

DJ Linh is the best. You can tell when someone genuinely loves what they do and really cares about the client. Emails were very organized, detailed and well thought out. My wedding day came out flawless. DJ Linh has such a kind demeanor and wants to make sure everything is going as we want it even if it’s not in the original timeline. I at first canceled my father daughter dance thinking my father already left but he did not so DJ Linh was so great to just insert our song and the announcement between dance songs so my father and I could still have our moment :) Thank you DJ Linh for the amazing experience!!

Linh was a fantastic DJ and made the dance floor the highlight our wedding! Leading up to the day, Linh made sure to spend time walking through our timeline and our vision with us. He provided recommendations when we needed advice, and asked a lot of great questions on details we didn't think about. It really made us feel comfortable knowing how prepared he was. He also has a lighting package as part of his services, and his lighting + bubbles + haze combo was a HUGE hit. Linh was a great DJ and that helped the evening go very smoothly! From welcome music, ceremony music (we had a Persian ceremony and he was very accommodating!), first dance, cake cutting song (for Persian knife dance!), and dance music Linh did a great job. We were glad we got the extra effects - all of our guests loved the bubbles filled with haze - we also did lasers, and extra uplighting. They were all worth it! As an added complication, my husband and I had created a puzzle for guests to solve during the wedding and we're thankful Linh was willing to be the point person with the answer and the gift!

We are so glad we decided to go with SF DeeJays. Even though we didn't really know what we wanted, DJ Linh was very helpful along the way and offered really great recommendations. As a music nerd, I had pretty specific preferences about what music I wanted to play at my wedding. I was worried that we'd end up with a DJ who would hog the microphone and play all my least-favorite wedding cliche songs. Linh was the exact opposite! I gave him a bunch of playlists for different parts of the event, and he worked well with them, mixing between songs and adding a few of his own that fit right in to the mood. And he tastefully performed official announcements, like instructing guests that dinner was served, introducing people giving toasts, and opening the dance floor. While I think Linh would also be great if you wanted a more active DJ, for someone in my position who wanted a lot of creative control, Linh was a wonderful partner! Would definitely recommend.

Planning a wedding during COVID-19 was challenging and stressful, but Linh Ngo (SF Deejays) made it a lot more easy and enjoyable. There was a reason why our wedding venue selected Linh as their preferred DJ and we are very grateful to have him for our wedding. We appreciate the effort Linh has tirelessly put in to help make our wedding day perfect. He is exceptionally well-versed in all genres of music, and is very professional, thorough, and charismatic person to work with. Not only had he helped us with putting together a perfect playlist for reception and ceremony tailored to our liking, Linh also spent many hours on the phone with us, offering valuable tips and advices on just about every aspects of wedding planning (he could very well be our wedding planner). His familiarity with the venue, specifically Saratoga Springs, has benefitted us greatly. He understands how meaningful it is for a couple to have a perfect and seamless wedding and works very hard toward helping us achieve that desired outcome. As a plus, he offers many different lighting options. We got the smoke bubble machine for the kids, but all the adults loved it! And lastly, all his services come with a price that has helped us greatly with our budget. We can't thank him enough and we recommend him for everyone!

We couldn't have asked for a better DJ. Linh was amazing! He was patient with us as we prepared for our big day, meeting with us on multiple occasions ahead of the event to help us think through our wedding's music, vibe, and activity timing. He is a fantastic DJ, we love EDM and requested popular EDM songs to be played. He was able to mix EDM songs with the classics so that both young and old could enjoy our dance floor. He really got the party pumping! I got multiple complements on the DJ and music we picked, and I owe it all to Linh! A goal I (wife) set with Linh on our very first call was to have my now husband be on the dance floor ALL night. He is not much of a dancer. Linh exceeded this goal! My husband and I danced the night away with our friends enjoying the music that DJ Linh had selected, making it the perfect evening. To top it off, Linh added an impressive arrangement of lights, geysers, and bubbles filled with haze to make this the EDM inspired wedding set of our dreams. We can't thank him enough for making our wedding exactly how we envisioned. If you are looking for the best DJ around, you've found him. Hire Linh and you will be so happy you did!

Don’t pass up on the opportunity to work with Linh! He was incredibly professional, responsive, and (most importantly) fun to work with! We really appreciated our prep phone calls with him to (1) align on the music and vibe throughout both our ceremony and reception, and (2) help lay out the run of show for the evening to make sure everything stayed on schedule. Linh also brought along an awesome light rig, smoke machine, bubbles, lasers, and other fun toys to create a festive atmosphere. Folks were dancing the whole evening, and we got plenty of compliments from our guests. The night was an absolute blast, and we wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again!

Linh is an amazing DJ. He is extremely responsive, professional, and very easy to talk to. He helped walk us through the wedding day step by step so we would better understand how things would play out throughout the day. Linh was absolutely AMAZING. We knew he was going to be fantastic from the day we met him - he is such a nice guy, super accommodating & creative. My hubs & I got married last weekend in our backyard, which required a lot of extra work for the DJ. Linh visited 3 times before the wedding to make sure he was prepared & that we were all on the same page. On top of the complications of creating our own venue, we asked Linh to coordinate several extra things, including music videos, synchronizing videos on a projector and TV, moving between two different locations throughout the night, and managing a silent disco with two channels. Linh did a fantastic job of keeping the party on schedule, taking song requests from the guests, making announcements, & keeping the crowd excited. Linh has shown he is capable of mastering any challenges thrown his way. We highly recommend Linh for any event.

Experienced, nice and fun, we loved having Linh as our DJ! He almost fell like one more guest, as he interacted with us and some other guests during the wedding. We were at first a bit worried we hadn't decided all the music we wanted to play at the wedding until the very last week, but Linh showed that he is very experienced and played pretty much everything we wanted and then a bit more! Several of my guests even asked me after the wedding if I could put up the playlist together for them to listen to :) I must say our playlist mustn't have been the easiest to put together, as we had an unusual mix of Spanish, Latino, British, American, Korean and even Youtube originals in our list; but Linh delivered!
