Sammy is excellent all around! She put together an organized timeline that let us get all the photos we wanted efficiently without feeling rushed and went over the plan with us prior to our wedding day. She arrived early to plan photo locations around the venue. She was very helpful with posing and generally anything we needed. And we are very happy with the photos she took! Highly recommend!

Sammy is an Indiana University graduate with a major in journalism and specializations in photojournalism and public relations. Since she was only 15 years old, Sammy has had a true passion for photography, documenting the action shots that naturally unfold throughout special events. Having interned at the Sports Media and Technology at Indiana University, she understands the importance of capturing the authentic and raw moments of the day.

- Sammy Nance-MurphyPhotographerI am a freelance photographer in the Western Kentucky and Southern Indiana area. I am available for weddings, portraits and events! I graduated from Indiana University with a major in Journalism with specializations in Photojournalism and Public Relations. I have been a photographer since I was 15 years old with a passion for documentary photography. My favorite photos to capture are celebrations and the emotional moments of life! I also enjoy making portraits that capture peoples personality. I previously worked as a photography intern for the Mark Cuban Center for Sports Media and Technology at Indiana University. During my time there I learned how to work collaboratively and stick to a timeline in high pressure situations. This skill has been amazing to carry over into wedding photography!
