About this vendor
Ashley Thomas started The Shabby Rose in 2013 with the passion and dream to create beautiful florals! My goal is that every wedding should be a reflection of the couple. Each couple has a story and should tell their story thru their wedding. When designing flowers for a wedding, I am as invested in those flowers and the couple as if they were for my own wedding. I have such a passion for flowers, and making others dreams turn to reality is such a gift!

I can honestly say Ashley made my wedding day my absolute dream and more! Her flowers were incredibly beautiful and every single arrangement was amazing. I decided to throw in some...
succulents and she made it happen! Every center piece was well thought out and turned out so beautiful. We spent a couple days picking out exactly what I wanted and she made sure that I got exactly what I wanted and then made it even better. I got so many compliments on the flowers and all of my friends wanted to use her for their weddings because of how beautiful everything turned out. If you need flowers, stop your search and go with Shabby Rose Florist. She will treat you like a princess and make sure your wedding day is everything you’ve dreamed about and more.
I heard of Ashley from my aunt, cousin, AND my venue! I was completely clueless when it came to flowers. We had this massive door and I didn't know what I wanted to do to accent th...
e beauty without cutting it down and Ashley did amazing and she did it all in 35 degree weather since we had a cold front blow through the day of the wedding. The flowers, center pieces, and extra decorations she brought in made my entire day perfect. Thank you Ashley for all you hard work!
Ashley was amazing to work with and was very accommodating when I changed my mind a million times, even last minute!! She went above and beyond on my wedding day, all the center pi...
eces, bouquets, etc. were so gorgeous!!! Thank you to The Shabby Rose for helping make our wedding day look stunning!
I cannot begin to say enough great things about working with Ashley for our wedding floral. Ashley was a joy to meet with and plan with from our first meeting to our final planning...
meeting and everything in between - I had several additions and changes throughout, and Ashley was always quick to respond and make adjustments as needed. Throughout the planing process, Ashley worked to make sure she listened to my likes/dislikes in terms of floral and decor and assured me my vision would come together.
Our wedding day came and Ashley did NOT disappoint - as soon as I saw our bouquets and our head table, I started to tear up because everything was so beautiful. Ashley's arrangements for our guest tables, entry way, our head table, our ceremony space and for the bridal party completely pulled our day together. The arrangements were all more beautiful than I could have ever hoped for, and I would go back and choose Ashley again and again as our florist. Thank you for making our bridal party look/feel beautiful and for truly pulling together the beauty of our venue, Ashley! Love, The Drinans (Julie and Zak)
Ashley is AMAZING!! She completely understood my vision and made it a reality! I even threw a last minute item at her that she went above and beyond with! We had so many compliment...
s from our guests and I loved every piece she did! Our day would not have been as beautiful without her. One of the best decisions I made while planning was hiring her!
I loved working with Ashley on my wedding flowers!! She was so great to work with, communicative, and the flowers turned out AMAZING. Thank you SO much!

I can't say enough positive things about Ashley with Shabby Rose. She was flexible when our reception venue changed, and more than willing to meet as often as needed to make sure ...
I felt comfortable with her execution of our wedding floral vision. And man did she execute! From the bouquets to decor for 2 venues, she knocked it out of the park! She has such a talent for taking description and bringing it to life. One of my favorite memories of our wedding day was walking into the reception venue and seeing how perfectly the room matched the image in my head! I can't thank her enough for making our floral dreams come true!
All the flowers on my wedding day were absolutely gorgeous. I loved them and they were everything I wanted. So why 3 stars instead of 5?
Unfortunately, I expected a little more pr...
ofessionalism than I received. There was a miscommunication about payment that was very stressful to hear about just weeks before the wedding that ended up being a misunderstanding that could have been resolved with little worry if Ashley had double checked her work before contacting me. And then, on my wedding day, after confirming the drop-off time, my flowers arrived 40 minutes late. Granted, i read back on one of my emails and it had a typo on the time but I think it should have been clarified.
So, as a florist I give 5 huge stars! But on professionalism, 3.
All I can say is our flowers were STUNNING! They turned out beautiful and she created exactly what I wanted. I did not have specific ways I wanted my flowers arranged, but she took...
the direction I gave her and came up with amazing designs. The centerpieces were gorgeous, the hanging floral wreaths were to die for, and the arch where we stood for the ceremony was perfection. Ashley is so much fun to work with and did not mind all of the extra/last minute adds we had, and trust me there were a ton. I highly recommend her and will definitely tell everyone about her!!
Ashley did an amazing job! I knew I had to have her do my flowers when I explained (awfully as I know very little about flowers) my "vision" for the wedding, and the next day she s...
ent me photographs of the exact flowers I had been pinning on Pinterest! She really listens to her brides and went above and beyond on the wedding day. But the best part was that the flowers were GORGEOUS! My now-husband always thought flowers were the least important part of the wedding prior to wedding day, but was in absolute awe when he saw what Ashley did; he loved the flowers and raved about them for months afterwards! I would recommend Ashley and The Shabby Rose to all of my best friends!
Thanks again Ashely and The Shabby Rose!
Ashley did a fantastic job with the floral for our daughters wedding. Our daughter had a vision and visiting with Ashley in person she knew exactly what our daughter desired for h...
er wedding!! All we received were fantastic complements on the beautiful floral we had that evening!! Could not recommend her enough!! Thank you Ashley for everything!!
I hired Ashley of The Shabby Rose as my florist for my May 2014 wedding and I can say she was absolutely one of the best vendors I used. She was so organized throughout the whole ...
planning process, despite me making several changes along the way. She has impeccable style and really understood my vision and helped me bring it to life. I had no problem telling her, "This is what I'm thinking, but I'm leaving the final set-ups and decisions to you." Because I didn't get a sample bouquet I was a little anxious to see the finished product the day of, but OMG my flowers were AMAZING! I couldn't have been happier with how everything turned out. Her prices are great and I would absolutely recommend her to everyone I know.
I would definitely recommend this vendor. Ashley was very easy to work with and the price was very competitive. Bouquets and boutonnieres were beautiful and exactly what we were ...
expecting. They were ready on time and pick up was a breeze. Great experience!
