She checked in well in advance of our day to make sure we still loved our details and verified counts. Pickup and drop off was very organized and they even send photos of how much you will be picking up so you can plan for room. I look forward to booking them for another event in the near future!

This was the beginning of something very special, crazy, and unique - we had no idea what we were getting ourselves into, but both of us were so excited and ALL in. I am surprise bride #1. Our day wouldn't have been possible without Hope and her crew. The shabby sisters aren't just another vendor, they are special, they care, and they will treat your day as if it were of loved ones of their own. Hope & I hardly spoke the entire year leading up to the wedding and never met until the day of, yet somehow she created something beyond anything I ever could have done on my own, she took my stress and helped keep me sane until the very end. She is magical! My wedding was personal for her, she was invested and took thjs nee adventure on while planning jer daughters wedding! Shabby Sisters worked & coordinated with other vendors and our bridal party, always rolling with the punches, last minute changes and all my craziness. They did literally everything for us from decor, flowers, colors, dresses, suits etc. Everything that day was a surprise. I am forever grateful for everything they did for us, and even more so for being apart of our story, and to be apart of theirs. We hold you so dear to our hearts 💕 Hope, Sarah & I all cried during the reveal, then We convinced them to do a shot with us 😁, they stuck around to make sure everything was perfect and never would have left until it was. I recently reached out for their assistance again in surprising my husband for our 1st anniversary and without hesitation they were thrilled to help, and delivered. They even included a gift for us, our crown apple! Hope, Sarah and all of shabby sisters, thank you for simply being who you are, and everything you did to make our day possible. Out of a few Pinterest photos they almost exactly recreated my vision, and they did it all by phone and email as I planned my wedding from NYC. When I picked everything up with my fiance, our rental car was nowhere near big enough for everything, and they were so sweet in keeping me calm and trouble shooting - even offering to have one of their workers back the stuff in her truck and follow me back to Ithaca! All of my guests were so impressed at how unique and beautiful our wedding was, and out of every amazing detail of our wedding day, Shabby Sisters is far and above the one I could not imagine our day without. It was so unbelievably beautiful and I could not be more grateful to them!

a mask there in October of 2019 for a bridal shower in may of 2021. They were super super helpful, and gave me ideas I could have never thought of. They werent expensive and taking their ideas and decorations changed our plain tables into a beautiful themed shower. I would strongly recommend them to anyone, they’re the vendor for my sisters wedding in June of 2021 also. For anyone complaining about getting a deposit back just remember that they have a business to run, and it’s in the contract. You are also given the option to reschedule the rental dates if they can’t be used on the original date, so they definitely try to be flexible and help out.

osit back and they refused even though the law required deposits to be returned due to the pandemic, shabby sister kept our deposit for their own benefit and took full advatage of the pandemic situation

They do not require masks to be worn in their show room and refused to return my deposit even tho we had a total of 3 people in our wedding party test positive. when I stressed my concerns her response was "technically you could still have a wedding and we don't offer refunds, that they don't even know anyone who has had covid and she cant remember the last time she had to wear a mask" I explained sure we could but not safely at this time. I can not tell her how to live her life or what level of concern she should have for her loved ones but I am NOT willing to risk lives just to get married!

so for any future rental needs! They were so sweet to work with and amazing at answering any questions I threw their way, as well as adjusting my order size and replacing certain items after the pandemic restrictions cut our guest list down. My husband and I couldn't be happier with their company!

I cut to 50 guests, but Shabby Sisters still did the centerpieces and set up and my dessert table. Their set up was magical. It made my small wedding feel like a grand event. 10/10 recommend hiring this company for decor and set up. They are amazing!
