beautiful dining room. On their website, they say they can fit a small number in the dining room but it is misleading because it does not include the other rooms. You could fit over 200 people there. We met with Belinda who is in charge of the weddings and events there and she is so sweet and organized and was always willing to work with me. She is very detailed and lets you go at your own pace during the planning process. The price is quite reasonable considering how beautiful it is, apparently they are not for profit so they can do that. There is a flat fee for food per person and bar is per consumption. The food there is amazing and our guests loved it! Belinda met with us many times and thought of details that I could not have come up with on my own, she has done many weddings and knows the ins and outs. I did not have a wedding planner so this was extremely helpful. One thing to have if you have both a ceremony and reception there without a planner is to have a ceremony coordinator to help with the timing of walking down the aisle etc. I have had many guests tell me that the staff there went above and beyond for them and were very professional. I had a completely gluten free menu and it was beyond my expectations! You have the venue open to you at 8am the day of the wedding for vendors to come in which some venues to not have. The pictures on the golf course were phenomenal, it is such a beautiful place. They only do about 12 weddings a year so I can see why they do not advertise much for that. I HIGHLY recommend going with Shadow Glen!! I would not have changed a thing.
