Loved the flowers for the ceremony and reception! Beautiful!! Super easy to work with. They came to set up, which went so smoothly, under a hour. And collected their vases/equipment at the end of the night. So we didn’t have to worry about breakdown.

Shady Grove worked with my mom on a semi-last-minute bouquet and reception florals contract. They were responsive and kind and super easy to work with: we shipped bud vases to their studio, and they set up and made everything look great! I'd highly recommend working with this vendor.

Courtney did my wedding flowers and she is truly an artist in her work. She executed a breathtaking 30 foot long floral chandelier above our feasting table in the sitting room of the Biltmore Estate's Conservatory that elevated the magnificence of the setting beyond expectations.

The flowers Shady Grove put together for my wedding day were perfect. They even made a dog collar for our pup who was the flower girl that was perfect. Delivery was right on time. Highly recommend their services!

I hired Shady Grove for my wedding. The flowers were beautiful but there was a huge gap of communication. Andrea would take days to respond, even during the last week before needing the flowers. I sent inspiration pictures but what they gave didn’t look anything like it. Thankfully I’m open to artistic expression and they were still beautiful so it didn’t ruin the day. She simply needs to work on communicating with stressed brides 1-2 weeks before their wedding for confirmation of services.

Shady Grove really came through in the clutch when, in the midst of a pandemic and dealing with canceling/rescheduling our wedding, our original florist went MIA. Courtney took my examples and listened to what I wanted and created a true work of art. My bouquet & husband's boutonniere were absolutely stunning - I got so many compliments!

Courtney and her team did our flowers for our welcome dinner and our wedding and did a marvelous job with everything. I was floored when I saw my bouquet -- it was *exactly* what I had envisioned and I know I can get picky about plants and flowers. Shady Grove was great to work with during the process, talking with myself and wedding planner to make sure our flowers were exactly what my partner and I had hoped for our garden wedding.

Used this shop for my wedding, excellent flowers and very personal attention to detail. She really helped us decided what we wanted, and used some creative freedom to make some gorgeous arrangements. Would definitely recommend for a wedding or just a single arrangement, my now husband got me an arrangement from them on my birthday to see their work.

I was absolutely blown away with Courtney from Shady Groves! She did the flowers for my wedding that was two weeks ago, August 25th, 2018. I told her that I was using all sorts of colors to match lanterns that I was bringing from Hoi An. I wanted a 'magical' fairytale land and that is exactly what she gave me. She brought the most beautiful flowers I have ever seen and the vases that she used were stunning! She showed up early and did a fantastic job with the set up. She also worked closely with my cake vendor in order to make the most beautiful cake stand that I have ever seen. I would highly recommend her. Super easy to communicate with even though I was over 600 miles away while planning the wedding. I have only received my sneak peak photos but I can update review with more beautiful flower photos when I receive them.

Our wedding flowers and greenery were absolutely perfect & exactly what I was picturing for our big day! I brought my bridal bouquet with me on our mini-honeymoon & still can’t stop staring at how perfect my bouquet is. I feel like Shady Grove was so good at knowing exactly what I wanted without me having to go overboard explaining my vision because they listened to me about everything I said the first time. Shady Grove Flowers did the flowers for our recent wedding in Asheville. They were a pleasure to work with from start to finish! Courtney, the owner, is so personable and caring. It was clear from the beginning that she wanted everything to be exactly as we envisioned. In addition, she was very respectful of our budget. All of the flowers for the big day were gorgeous!! Especially the floral garland on the arch under which we were married. The groom’s parents used Shady Grove for the arrangements at the rehearsal dinner as well. These were beautiful, too! Courtney did a wonderful job making sure that the flowers for both events complimented each other yet gave an appropriately unique feel. I really appreciate everything they did to add to the beauty of our wedding weekend!! One more bit of praise – at our request, Courtney delivered the table arrangements from our wedding to a local hospice the next morning, so that we could share their beauty.

Such an amazing job on my flowers! I planned my wedding in two months, and Courtney was so accommodating. She did everything I asked for and more. I ordered bouquets, flower crowns, and several garlands for decor. She made everything look so beautiful and just what I asked for. The garlands were a little on the pricier side, but they were absolutely worth it!

This was the one aspect of planning a wedding to which we were absolutely clueless, and not completely invested. The folks at Shady Grove did a magnificent job of seeking out our styles and preferences, finding out what we needed for the space, and were able to take that and run. The end result was so cohesive with the space, the theme, and the attire that it clearly demonstrated they understood us and grasped what we were trying to accomplish. And of course, their arrangements were simply beautiful.

courtney bloom, the owner and florist was absolutely amazing. somehow, we forgot to tell her we had added 2 more brides maids, and miraculously, she made 2 more bouquets in 10 minutes and they were perfect! the table scapes were lovely, flower girls basket and brides bouquet gorgeous and special. over all, i cant say enough about this talented, calm and lovely florist!

I used Shady Grove Flowers for my September 21st wedding. Our wedding was a vintage/British theme and we used old tea tins for centerpieces. We used a mix of flowers and succulents in the centerpieces, bouquets and boutonnieres. They were absolutely beautiful and all our guests were talking about how lovely our reception looked with the tins on the tables and especially loved the succulent boutonnieres. Shady Grove did a great job and everything looked lovely for our big day!

We used Shady Grove for our bouquets and ceremony decorations. They are fairly priced and do really nice, unique styles. I was very happy with what we chose and how it turned out.

Reading the other reviews, it seems like a common theme to cry when you first see the flowers. That is exactly what I did! All day I kept my nerves intact but as soon as I saw the bouquets I burst into tears. Courtney knew exactly what I wanted (even though I could have done a better job explaining) and did so much with our small budget. I did feel however that it took a while for them to get back to me after contacting them a couple times and they were a little late to the venue. But all in all a great florist and beautiful flowers!

I could not believe how perfect my bouquet was. My expectations were exceeded by far. Courtney did an amazing job on everything. From the boutonnieres to the Mothers and Grandmothers Flower Rings. That's right, flower *rings*! I am not exaggerating when I say my first tears were over the bouquet. As soon as they were delivered to the hotel room where us girls were getting ready, I was blown away. Courtney knew *exactly* what I had pictured in my mind and made it come to life. I wish I could attach a picture with this review! The boutonnieres were perfect as well - not too feminine... my groom (a military man) was proud to wear it!

Courtney at Shady Grove was so helpful and completely understood the look I was going for- fresh picked from the garden flowers with anatural look. My bouquet was gorgeous- peonies, anemones, snap dragon. Super helpful and flexible- not super cheap but you get what you pay for.
