Shaina and Mike took such great care of us. They really went way above anything we expected from a videographer. Prior to the wedding they were always willing to talk. You could tell they really wanted to get to know us and have a connection with us before the wedding. That was so important because it helped them know what we wanted and who we are. When the day finally arrived they really amazed us. They took such unique and spontaneous footage that we know we would've forgotten. But beyond that they were always right nearby to help us with anything we needed. They got us drinks when we were thirsty, they ran to find people when we needed them, they just took really good care of us. Their service was truly unmatched. Last, they made a real effort to work with our budget. And then they even stayed later than we had agreed to shoot some last remaining details. Perfect night with our great videographers.
