I take it as a good sign our guest loved the drinks & our specialty one when the alcohol was almost gone at the end of the night lol!! Although as the bride I had an unpleasant experience with one of the bartenders. I spent all of our wedding of course doing typical things such as our first dance, cutting cake saying hello to our guest, and taking pictures etc. . Realizing I had not yet met the bartenders I decided at the end of the night to go up to the bar and order a drink. The female bartender working asked me what I wanted and she began making my drink. Simultaneously she said how I looked beautiful but how I also "LOOKED LIKE I HAD LOST A LOT OF WEIGHT!!!!!" Like excuse me? Are you saying on my wedding day that I look like the kind of person who used to be fat is what I asked her. Like what does a person have to look like to have seemed fat before she didn't even know me I had never seen her before!!! Her response was "I feel like an asshole now." Well as you should that is such a rude thing to say to a bride you should have just left it as you look beautiful!! I was so upset I took my drink and went off crying to my bridesmaids and husband. I hope she personally didn't get a good tip. But other than her personal rude comment to me, our guest did compliment they loved the drinks. Besides that rude female bartender I would recommend their services. The owner was very communicative & responded back either the same day or the next day. They are very busy with events so I would be patient and always leave a voicemail. We also gave them a bottle of champagne to pour for us in our personalized glasses we had and they were very accommodating about it. Thank you shake it up bartending and I wish you the best on future events but I do recommend maybe your bartenders saying more kind comments to guest, especially if it is the wedding couple themselves!!

PLUS he made excellent drinks. My now Husband and I had no idea how to stock an open bar- we felt so prepared when we were provided with a supply list. Also, they helped us find the best deals by letting us in on what liquor stores have competitive pricing and will let us return any unopened bottles. Also, we never felt pressured to upgrade beyond our budget. Other Bartenders wanted to add on extra cost for things that were just included in the price. We are very pleased with the cost, and the service. We definitely are glad we went with Shake it Up for our Wedding.

rude to my guests... several folks came up to me and asked what was up with our bartenders. They complained about their tips ( I personally gave them $80) and I know my guest are not cheap. The opened several bottles of wine before people asked and then we had to waste it. I will say I don't think Kevin is the issue it was the two folks we happen to get that night but I would request experienced bar tenders without attitudes prior to scheduling.

ive and addressed all my questions and concerns. Our bartender that day was great, he even called to ask if we needed anything and stopped and got limes for us. We did bought our own alcohol and just hired the bartender, bar, and ice. It was a great way to go because we were only serving beer and wine so it worked out cheaper. The bartender that day was on time, professional, and very nice. He came and served the head table which I really appreciated as well.

They were amazing and unbelievably nice. The bartender was so concerned that I always had a drink and was great with my friends. I had two table of people who are professional bartenders and Restaurant managers and they thought he was amazing. I couldn't be happier with this venue!

prices. We were able to have a full, open bar for 5 hours with a bartender and their own bar and still stay within our tight budget. Having an open bar definitely made it more fun for everyone! The bartender (I believe his name was Chris) was good at remembering faces and what drinks people had previously ordered. Overall, I was very impressed with the service and would definitely recommend them for anyone’s wedding or other large special event.
