Hi, I'm Shalyn! I'm a Southwest Missouri wedding photographer with a calm, guided approach that helps couples feel comfortable, confident, and fully present on one of the biggest days of their lives. My goal has never been just to create beautiful images. It's to create an experience where you can slow down, enjoy your day, and trust that every meaningful moment is being preserved.
Whether you're completely comfortable in front of the camera or already worried you'll feel awkward (you're not alone!), I'll guide you naturally every step of the way. From building a thoughtful timeline to gently directing portraits and stepping back when the real moments unfold, I'm there to make the day feel easier - not more stressful.
Having grown up around weddings and now photographing them week after week, I understand how quickly the day goes by. That's why I focus on genuine moments, timeless imagery, and a photography experience that feels organized, relaxed, and personal.
